The food was good the restaurant was clean including tables men's bathroom clean & orderly they're about 5 kiosks for ordering the outside is very well kept no trash outside which is rare for any Taco Bell the staff was very busy the only things I didn't like was there was no one on the register maybe I'm old fashion but customers know how the kiosks work & too many posters on the windows have to twist, duck your head to see outside. This is always my go to Taco Bell in the area. They'll never do you wrong when you order a 5-layer burrito. I've had the same consistency for years and it tastes better every time. One concern I have is the drive thru menu board. It's further back from the speaker and the value menu is all the way on the top left making it extremely hard to read. There's also a ton of items on there as well. Not sure if that's what they are aiming, for but a couple of items late night I think will get the job done for us hungry civilians. :P read more

It has been a while since I've been to a Taco Bell. This location seemed to be doing everything required correctly; fast service, order was correct, staff was friendly. My problem is with Taco Bell itself, this is no longer an economical option to grab a meal. Portions have shrunk and prices went up, very disappointing amount of food for a $20 visit. I came here for my free taco from t mobile Tuesday and I placed an order of multiple nacho fries and these empanadas that had apple filling. I arrived there a few minutes earlier than expected, however I still ended up waiting more time, 10 minutes after the application said my order would be due. I feel as is the application and the actual stores don't work in sync together because the application said my order was getting worked on however, the staff didn't start working on it till I got there and then I received a notification on my phone that they just started working on it. OK Taco Bell "haters"; I love Taco Bell. They have a good product. The location on S River St in Hackensack delivered a very good meal. It was tasty. It was hot. It had value. It was a clean restaurant. It had great service. Drop mic....... I have been to a few Taco Bells around the country. I will say it again "I love Taco Bell". I would say that I have only had a couple of so so meals. Most times I am a happy camper. I enjoy their commercials. I enjoy their food. Most important they have a variety of food products. Using Fritos chips in their burrito; brilliant. Great flavor and nice crunch. Dorito taco shells; again flavor and awesome taste. They are always trying something new within their brand. This location is conveniently located within walking distance of my office but I've had so many problems here that I hate coming. This morning, I had a $2.75 order but got an $18 receipt. I pointed out the mistake to the girl and she said that my receipt didn't print out so she gave me someone else's...which obviously makes no sense to anyone but her. I ask for a receipt so that I can make sure that my credit card got charged correctly and that took about 10 minutes due to some problem that they claimed to be having with their system. This is a pretty decent Taco Bell. Unlike some, this is a free standing Taco Bell, not a combo Taco Bell/KFC. They offer the full menu, including breakfast. I have to say, I'm a fan of Taco Bell's new breakfast. It's leaves the competition in the dust. The breakfast burritos are freshly prepared and don't taste as "processed" as the sausage breakfast burrito at the competition. They are also much larger and filling. Given it's Taco Bell, you can customize your burrito with the full range of Taco Bell sauces, rather than simply picante. It's good stuff. The "A.M. Crunch Wrap" is tasty too, but the hash brown within makes it a bit too greasy for me. This is, by far, the best fast-food breakfast available. The service was also very good. This is Taco Bell, so you get consistency and a decent price. As fast food goes, this is probably a bit better than the competition. What's not to love? Try the breakfast. They legally ripped me off. I ordered the 12 taco box, and asked them to make it supreme and they charged me $23ish. I went on two separate times getting charged the same amount.When I went to the Fort Lee location, I had asked them twice when I ordered the 12 taco box and upgraded to supreme, that they indeed had it down as supreme as it was coming out to just under $15. They had just charged a few extra bucks for the upgrade, while now I am guessing at at this location they just charge you the full price of each taco times 12. Never going here again. read more

The food is well assembled, rather than in the slapdash manner that can be found in other locations. Sometimes you open up the wrapper and have no idea what you're looking at.
