Normally it's an average TacoBell, not bad, just the same as the rest. Tonight was special. The drive in line took 40 minutes...that is NOT an exaggeration! I get that staffing is low...but I'm literally watching 3 people stand at the cashier thing talking to each other while they obviously need more people making food! Excuses the poor picture quality...trying not to be obvious and get my food possibly altered!

Employee consideration. Easily the hottest day of the month so far and to "save a little time" you have someone outside taking orders? DO BETTER!

Burnt , waste of time and wrong ingredients

Just came back from ordering the new crispy chicken sandwich taco. And these nigga gave me 3 small burnt inedible pieces of chicken. And oh wait is that fucking potatoes? The shit doesn't even come with potatoes. Everything time I order from this location it becomes a complete waste of time . Taco Bell has the most simplest shit . And they fuck it up all the time. 10pm order. Not even close to AM . And this what y'all serving for my hard earn money ? Fuck y'all . Never again. I haven't been at this location in a full year . And this is exactly why. Every fucking time .

The inside, There's Cheese and No EXTRA SOUR CREAM!!! Horrible!

So, I have given this Taco Bell soo many chances since my last review that now I am completely fed up!! Do they ever get your order right? The answer is NO!!! They just don't care, even when you tell them to specifically not to put certain things in your order bc you have food allergies! Ummm, Hello!?!!!! Today was Labor Day, so some places were closed or had limited hours that you'd rather order from (me). So, ordering something simple off the menu without asking them at the drive thru to customize too much should be a hop, skip & a jump for anyone employed there at there assembly line, right? One would think so but guess what.... WRONG!!! How hard is it to order a Soft Taco Supreme with NO CHEESE but EXTRA SOUR CREAM and actually get that when you open it when you get home?? Apparently, it's not possible at this place! Ridiculous & Unacceptable and I am NOT happy! 0 STARS !!!!!!!

My collegiate Taco Bell! Once upon a time, it was one of the classic facades down the street closer to Landmark. Once upon a time, it was right around the corner from my dorm-townhome. Yeah. TB owned my late-night binge soul. I've settled down on the craze in the years since college and hadn't visited this particular location in a while. Tonight I just needed a fast meal and TB happened to be around the corner. They had a long line in the drive-thru but managed it well. It was funny they couldn't tell when our car hadn't reached the window yet due to the queue. Poor cashier must have said, "How can I help you?" 10 times before we could audibly tell her how she could help us. Ah, well. Food was good. Still a big fan of the crunchy tacos. Four of them each time I go. Consistent. Gross for you. You know the deal with Taco Bell. I still love it.

Yep I cheated...but I swear it wasn't my fault! I was seduced by the cheesy goodness and, um maybe the highly paid advertising execs who lured me in and tantalized me with those dang commercials! I'm a big time cheese lover and I gotta say, the Quesalupa lives up to its name and on a "cheat day" this fried tortilla in the shape of a boat with all that cheese and spiciness was cheatalicous! Y'all know where my heart lies, but it was one and done...I swear!

This is an old skool Taco Bell. It hasn't been updated like most of the Taco Bell's in South Jersey, so it's got vintage charm. Ahem. It's really small inside, not always as clean as it could be due to the presence of numerous college students. Darn kids! Never got food poisoning here, but heard of people who did. But you hear that about every Taco Bell. Regardless, Taco Bell saved this starving student's butt on more than one occasion.

Crunch Stack! One of of each flavor
    Billy S.

It's a new year... guess what that means! Crunchstacks at Taco Bell! Essentially they are a standard Taco Bell crunchy taco wrapped around a soft shell taco with a layer of movie theater type nacho cheese holding it together filled with 3 flavors, original nacho crunch, chipotle cheddar and reaper ranch. All priced for a college budget friendly price of $1 each. At the price of $1, it's cheaper than the regular taco with twice the amount of carbs lol! Honestly couldn't taste much difference between the three other than they are delicious when looking for a nice cheap meal. Did not have the same service issues as others have mentioned. One of the employees immediately stopped what he was doing and came to the register when I walked up. Service was quick, friendly and speedy. Food came out literally as soon as I filled out my drink and sat down. Don't expect much better or worse a quick service restaurant. Would definitely come here again to satisfy them bell cravings.

However, the portions were very limited in comparison to the price. I think they are getting a little greedy with pricing and portions. One person in my party ordered the mixed fajitas and it's was more than $20 for about a 6oz a chopped meats with vegetables, a hand full of rice and half a cup of refried beans. The person in my party that received the food looked at it, look up at me and said "really". Another person said "isn't that more than $20?". The person that ordered it cringed and apologized for ordering since we were paying. Another person ordered a burrito and it came all by itself on a plate. The put nothing to even make it look good. Another order was tacos and the meat was not even hot. Soft drinks came to $8 for the large and $6 for the small. Place hadn't been bad before reason why we decided to go this time, but I felt like I got robbed. Tab came to $100, when in other places that serve high quality food would charge $80 or less for the same things we ordered. The place looks nice though and the service was good. I just think those prices need to be checked or the portions need to be larger. I have been to the Mariachi Loco in Hammonton and with this kind of tab I would have fed an extra person or two.

The oldest is working. When he arrived, Dane came up and asked his name and checked for our online order. He ended up bringing food back for 2 other customers then proceeded to ask "what's your name again?" My husband repeated his name and he went to the back to check on it again. Several more minutes pass and Hailey comes and asks "what's your name again?" Once again, he tells her his name and she goes to the kitchen, comes back and asks to see the order. At that point , he clicked the order on his phone along with the confirmation text and showed her both. She then goes back to the kitchen, comes back out and continues her job as a server with constant eye contact and no interaction. Unbelievably, then comes back for a FIFTH TIME ATP AND ASKS HIS NAME AGAIN. Hailey then pulls up a tablet, finds his name, goes back to the kitchen, comes back after almost 40 minutes total at this point, and asks if we want a refund tomorrow. SERIOUSLY?!? Then has the audacity to become more and more combative like we have done something wrong as opposed to being apologetic. SMH. My husband tells them to make the food instead of a refund because we were actually hungry and have been traveling all day. He comes back to pick it up 10/15 minutes later and was given our "order" by new guy Joel (finally a helpful one). My husband thanked him for taking accountability and attempting to correct the situation. You would think it was over now, right? Food in hand. Headed home. Good. NOPE. My husband had to go back. Our 13yr olds Birria tacos weren't there and neither was the dressing for my salad. Or the extra we paid for. Lastly, I ordered a fajita salad. Aren't the peppers and onions supposed to be cooked/grilled something? See pics. Full transparency, they did try to compensate with free dessert but, this was way too much. And the dessert came before they forgot a whole meal. Oh and when I called back to explain the issues, I got to speak with the sweetest peach - insert sarcasm - Naomi. She spelled her name out nicely for me and then hung up on me, instead of again, either being apologetic or taking accountability for your company. I wasn't even being nasty because I knew we had to get more food that my son would be ingesting. It's not personal sweetheart, if you work in an industry that customer based, be ready to accept feedback. Good or bad.

It had an open kitchen with a small bar section so you could eat right where they cook. It was decorated in traditional Mexican decor. Now for the food, I ordered the enchiladas , one with Verde sauce and the other with Molé. The food smelled wonderful as I opened the bag and it looked just as delicious. The tortillas were fresh and homemade and the flavor was on point. The verde sauce had a great flavor and had just enough kick to make me know there was some spice. It was covered in lettuce and cheese and specked with diced tomato. The chicken was moist and tasty. The Molé sauce was deep and rich and had excellent flavor. It came with beens and rice. The beans were light colored and not black beens and the rice was standard Mexican rice. Overall it was really good. I will be going back again. They accepted debit cards but also had an ATM in the corner. The only drawback is that they didn't have any menus to give me so I will have to search that up on the inter webs. A small inconvenience for a wonderful meal.

Also, the prices were vastly different as well; the kids quesadilla and fries was a more than reasonable $5 online, but much, much less of a deal at $10 in person. Service was fine, and we didn't have any issues. Our waitress spoke spanish completely with The Misses, so I'm not even sure if they DO speak English here. I got the al pastor tacos, which were fine, and The Misses got chicken tacos, which she said were "a little dry." She finally asked for a side of sour cream to help them go down. The little ones quesadilla and fries was fine, and actually had some good sized chicken chunks, so that wasn't bad. We used to be in this area every Wednesday, and would have definitely gone back, but now that we're not, I'm not sure that we'll make the trip back for it.
