My tiny order of Nachos Belle Grande and a bean and cheese burrito.
Laur V.

This location often messes up orders which was the case tonight. I ordered Nachos BelleGrande and a bean and cheese burrito. It wasn't until I left it hit me what a small bag I had so I pulled over and had 2 items I didn't even recognize so I went back only I went inside because the line was long. The man inside made up my order and brought me a small box (the Mexican pizza size box) so I thought that was the nachos and mentioned I also had a burrito. He said it was also in the box. I was surprised but just went on my way with my corrected order. I've gotten nachos belle grande for years and never have gotten such a small order. It was like a half order. The man said they were having a container issue. That's ok but at least discount the small one. Bad enough having to return due to a wrong order but then to get this tiny order was very disappointing.

I think every time I've gone to this Taco Bell in a past year my quesadilla has looked something like this honestly at least it was cut at all sometimes it's just folded in half

It's a decent Taco bell. I usually order stuff for my picky teenager. I use the app now, it's nice to earn points and get free stuff. There is usually at least some item missing or a mistake. I always request no tomatoes for my kiddo that detests them, but at least half the time there are tomatoes in crunchwrap. Same with asking for no beans in the beef and been burrito. we've also recieved a soft taco with no meat in it. and last time got a dorito taco with no lettuce or cheese! lol. Of course these things aren't noticed till I arrive home, and not worth the effort of driving back. Always check your order if u can before you drive off, or it may be worth it do drive a little out of the way to another Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is the best ! I went in there having trouble trying to redeem my free taco from having t mobile. The counter girl Tammy was super nice trying to help me and told me how to do it. The manager then came from the back and said don't worry about it and just rang it in for me for free. Of course the taco was delicious, as they always are. Other than the nice staff the store itself was very clean and up kept.

This place is gas yo. The lunch is always bussin! They dont miss. Put respect on Penfields name.

Who doesn't love Taco Bell??? They have everything you need now especially since they are open for breakfast. I always get chicken quesadilla's and I am ALWAYS happy. Finally just tried breakfast and was pretty content with it. The breakfast burrito is okay. A good amount of everything in a bite. The AM crunch wrap was really good, I was a fan. My complaints are that they were small. Thank god I got both a burrito and crunch wrap. I finished and still wished I had more though. Now I know for next time that I will need extras to get myself feeling semi full. I still love Taco Bell though and I always will.

Great Service, But a West Coast Palate Had Trouble Adjusting…read more My husband and I decided to try Rustic Taco Bar during Canal Days, hoping for a taste of our former home on the West Coast. First off, I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff. The service was truly great--super friendly and attentive, especially considering how busy it was during the festival. We really appreciated how welcoming they were. However, we found the food to be a bit of a culture shock for our palates. We understand there are regional differences, and for us, this was very different from the Mexican food we're used to. The tacos were served on flour tortillas that, since they weren't freshly made, could have really benefited from being heated or toasted on the grill to give them a better texture and taste. The biggest surprise for us was the filling. We've learned that "beef" on the East Coast often means ground beef, which was very odd for us in a taco, as we were expecting carne asada. It brought back memories of childhood taco nights rather than the street tacos we know and love. The salsa was just okay; for us, it was really missing that punch of salt and a fresh squeeze of lime juice that makes a salsa pop. Overall, the people were wonderful, but the food just didn't quite hit the mark for our West Coast tastes. If you're not used to SoCal-style Mexican food, you might enjoy this more than we did. For us, it was a reminder that we're a long way from San Diego!

The tacos here are unique with a garbage plate taco, steak frites taco among others. They don't skimp on the the size or fillings for the tacos which I guess warrants the higher price per taco. You shouldn't leave hungry which I love. Overall the food was good. I had the steak frites and whiskey barrel bbq taco. Both were very good and my wife had the rustic beer fry(fish) taco and mango marg taco. 2 downsides that pushed me from a 4 to a 3. We ordered the elote corn side dish. It came out as corn on the cob which is not practical for dining out given the amount of toppings. We managed to cut a bunch off and the flavor was great but a mess. The other was a takeout order that we were bringing home for our daughter. It was entirely incorrect and the items we got were about 1/2 the price of what we ordered. We didn't realize until we were home staring in the face of disappointment and refusal to eat what we delivered from our daughter. That said I would still go back, but lesson learned on the corn and takeout.

We decided on Bickering Twins, because can you go wrong with Mexican food and a margarita? Luckily we had no wait on a Friday evening at about 7pm. I was worried that since not many people were there it was a bad sign, but that was not the case. We were seated at a nice, sort of private high-top table near the door, which made it feel like we had privacy and our own little space. We ordered drinks, and I wimped out and went with a paloma instead of the tamarind maragarita. The paloma was great, but I'm still wondering whether I shouldn't have risked it. Our group of three decided to get chips & salsa (because why wouldn't you), and then we ordered three dishes to share. Our choices were as follows: Peruvian Ceviche, Birria Quesadilla and Chicken Enchiladas. First of all, the fact that they had ceviche and it was good just hands down made my day. It was good - I only wish there had been some corn kernels served with it. The birria quesadillas weren't what we had expected, but they were very flavorful and the juice was tasty. I Really enjoyed the enchiladas for the mix of flavors and textures. There were so many vegetables with our dishes and the sides of rice and beans were more than filling. My only complaint is that the rice was too much of a yellow rice - I prefer a white rice, but that's just personal preference. Even though we kept the menu at the table anticipating that we would want to order more, we ultimately were stuffed and the portions (while they looked small were actually quite filling!). Jose our server was kind and friendly. I would definitely come back as there are a variety of other meals I would try, and they have flights of Mezcal and Tequila that looked tempting. After a long hard day of hiking, this fabulous meal made the day. We returned to our hotel with sore legs, but our bellies full!

Tacos CDMX has the best street-style tacos in the entire Ithaca area, hands down. I moved here…read moreafter 20+ yrs in California where food truck tacos are not only a staple, but an edible art form that is both approachable and cherished. Here, the food is never prepared in an overly curated-for-Instagram-but-empty-inside kind of way, but rather with a focus on simple ingredients prepared with care in a slow-food way that emphasizes their deep, rich flavor. My favorite is the Al pastor taco with pineapple, a combo of guacamole and chipotle salsas, with fried cheese added on top of the diced onions and cilantro. To die for!! And still only $5 each. This afternoon, after eating literally hundreds of their tacos over the last few years, I tried their smash burger. Absolutely outstanding! Might be the best burger in town as well, it's honestly that good. And only $10! A few weeks ago I had a burger from a local restaurant for $20, which seems to be the going rate, and it paled in comparison to their oh!-so-tasty-you-can't-stop-licking-your-fingers burger! And if you ask, they'll customize it for you with a fried egg, or in my case, with lots of extra fried onions. Their torta sandwiches have also garnered a cult following due to their packed ingredients and massive size, still just for $14. If you're lucky, in the warmer months Eduardo might be serving some of his delicious aqua frescas, or even better, some of his incredible lemonade beverages. Sooooo refreshing! The bonus: you get to hang out with these cool and friendly guys Eduardo & Carlos, as well as their friendly staff who work so hard to make your food so delicious. This place is truly an Ithaca treasure! And more good news: they just moved (May 2026) from Press Bay Alley (118 W Green St) to Press Bay Court (114 W Green St), where they now offer plenty of indoor seating, a big improvement over the old place that only had room for a handful of people at a time. Their outdoor seating has grown as well, and the overall ambiance is more festive and fun. Do yourself a favor - go get some of those mouth-watering tacos, and definitely try the smash burger!

With that said I highly believe any taco or burrito needs a great homemade tortilla or it ruins it and this 'mission' tortilla was no exception and made the taco not so pleasant with a sweet factory taste. I saw them cook my ribeye taco and put seasoning on it but it wasn't enough unfortunately. Also they don't have togo containers for the hot sauce which sucks cuz I wanted to try all of them and pour them on at my discretion. It was an alright taco tho and nice workers.
