Tonight, I went to Taco Bell on a quick run for some snacks. To my surprise and bad on me for not double checking someone else's work as people that do not work at Taco Bell often do. I was missing half of my order. I only discovered this after getting home. The Taco Bell in Elizabeth Colorado excels at providing one thing consistently, "Apathy". Additionally for what ever reason their regular Pepsi suddenly tastes like Diet Pepsi. My current working theory is that someone not paying attention put the wrong product in their soda fountains then only after letting it run that way for a while, decided to do the job right and corrected their mistake. I won't eat at this location. I went and got a black bean item and when I got home I was a few bites in when I realized they had given me beef instead. My dietary choices are for ethics, but it also makes me sick as I haven't eaten animal products in decades. I was sick for over a day (if it was the meat or if it was something like E. coli, who knows...) but I won't go back to this location. My sister also ate here and got sick to her stomach prior to me eating here but we didn't discuss until after I brought it up. It sounds like getting orders wrong is something they do more than not based on the reviews. And the quality and safety of the food is a roll of the dice. read more

This Taco Bell has got to be one of the worst I have ever been to. I've been there three times in a row ordered the crispy chicken burrito, was told to pull up to the window and hand it out different orders and when I ask where the crispy chicken burritos are they tell me they can't make them. I have absolutely no idea why but they can't seem to pull off a crispy chicken burrito and rather than tell you that at the drive up menu they just give you something else, consequently I will never return to the Taco Bell in Elizabeth. For some reason this taco bell has a perpetual problem with ice. Their ice machine is down again, which it is down just about every month. During these times they still charge full price for lukewarm soda that is often flat. So not only are they cheap in their repairs they charge full price while providing subpar service!!! Furthermore, my father's order was refused at the register due to the recent implementation of self-serve kiosks. He waited 30 minutes for assistance at the counter only to be turned away. I am giving this Taco Bell 5 stars only because the food was very good, the young staff was polite and were working quickly & very hard to please us customers. My question is where is the owner of this establishment?? Obviously they are short handed because the floor has not been swept in days, beverage station is filthy with spilled sticky soda, and the windows are an embarrassment. Owner or manager should be in there managing their team, cleaning up and picking up the slack. We love our Taco Bell. This restaurant has one of the best locations in Elizabeth but sadly the owner does not take pride in their business and I just hope the owner will want to save their business. I agree with the 90% of reviews that all say the same thing. This place has the WORST staff of any Taco Bell that I've been to, which has to be at least 20 different locations. They make you the most pathetic tacos, very little meat, cheese, sour cream, but a full head of lettuce on every taco. Then to cap it off the shells are always broken. I ALSO have had the same experience of them "forgetting" items every single time, and the cinnamon twists are missing 100% of the time. Service is not so great here, on multiple occasions. I don't choose fast food very often, and Taco Bell is usually my favorite fast food. Love the new Cantina taco meal. Have to say however, the Taco Bell in Elizabeth CO, can use some help on their quality. There is nothing worse than going through drive through and not getting 100% of what you ordered. I've been to this taco bell a few times thinking maybe it will be better than the last time. It is the slowest drive through I have ever been through. I probably wait about 30 minutes each time for my food and there is no way to escape the drive through. It's a Taco Bell. I go maybe once a month. There is an older lady that works there who is the protector of sauce. I have had disagreements with her over how much I get thru the drive thru. So now I just pull around and go in and get the sauce I need. Today she litterally questioned me on the dining room floor about it. She saw me and asked if she could help. I said no just grabbing some sauce. Then she said didn't you ask for it thru the drive thru? I've called in about it and told the manager I'd pay for my sauce if it's an issue.he said no I didn't have too. I'm done. I don't take too much sauce and I'm not going to be questioned about it anymore. Fire her now. This is your second f'ing sauce complaint. Come on? Fix this. Free sauce for all! I pull up to the drive thru before I enter I was met in the parking lot by a worker named, "Carter" he ran to my truck explained the card reader in the drive thru was down but the one inside is working. Just went through the drive through for this place today. Everything seemed fine up until asking for hot sauce. I thought McDonald's was stingy with their sauces, but man, this Taco Bell made McDonalds seem overly generous. There was an older woman working the drive through that asked me if I wanted any sauce. I asked for quite a bit of mild sauce and she said she'd give me what she could. When she handed me the bag, I also asked her for 5 hot sauces and she only gave me 2. Once I got home, I found about 5 mild sauces in the bag, which was not enough for the three orders of food that we got. If I could add more stars to the five, I would do so. I have noticed that one person mentioned Kyle, who works at the register, as being very friendly. Well, I have to say that I have never seem an employee like Kyle ... he is EXTREMELY courteous, friendly, and very polite! I saw him greet each customer as they walked in and he made them feel appreciated that they came in to Taco Bell. He also would take the time to tip his hat as they left and thanked customers for coming in. What REALLY caught me about Kyle is that he acknowledged my military service, asked about my service, and thanked me. Kyle is a first class employee!!!! read more
