I got in there today and there was a gentleman having a very loud zoom meeting on his computer. Turns out he's someone from the management of this restaurant. I asked him if he had earplugs as a subtle hint that he was being too fucking noisy, but he didn't and he really didn't care to turn the volume down. I decided it was a good opportunity to crank classic rock for my iPad. The food is standard Taco Bell. Good for a cheap bite. Given the choice, I would usually go to one of the better restaurants in town, and there are many. read more

i was the only person in the lobby. it took 8 minutes and 33 seconds until someone came to the register. it took 22 minutes to get my food (2 items) and one of the items was not what i ordered. Stopped here for a quick lunch ona road trip. We ordered on the ap on the way in to speed things up. Well that didn't work, we were waiting quite a long time for "fast food". They were pretty busy, but nonetheless ordering ahead did us no good, actually probably did worse. They were also out of a ton of items, which was barely legible on a sign near the door. The food is okay at best. No one speaks English well enough to understand those of us who do speak it. They refuse to acknowledge their guest in the lobby. It takes 45 minutes or longer for delivery orders. 30 minutes or longer for orders in the lobby. There is absolutely no air conditioning. The smell of the food mixes with a horrible smell. Slowest fast food ever! Always short handed, always looong waits! Sometimes the dining rooms open, sometimes it's not.

Unfortunately this location has an overall negligent staff. :( my order was messed up 5 times, and every time I went to have it corrected I was left with the order worse than before. I mentioned being vegan and was given chicken twice and then also cheese 3 other times. Once that issue was fixed a whole other plethora of problems came about. I don't think there is effective management on sight right now, as my mother went in earlier as well and waited 10 minutes to have an employee even acknowledge her. This was around 6pm. Multiple times my food has been put together sloppily, or the food has been burnt black to where it appeared inedible. Employees at the front don't seem to understand the Fresco style system Taco Bell has...as I was charged $2 extra per Taco for beans instead of beef and no cheese, but pico de Gallo instead. Maybe it's just this location though! I really wanted to give this location a shot but it isn't going successfully. :( Tip: for order accuracy, go inside to order. Double check your food. Make sure to grab any napkins or utensils (bring your own!) as they're almost always not given to you. read more

By far the worst Taco Bell as far as service, we hit the drive through after a long day of traveling...we were in line for about 24 minutes AFTER ordering, so add an addition 10+\- minutes waiting to even give our order. When making it to the window the girl running the register was fine and pleasant, it's what you could see in the prep line that was bad, 2 girls hanging by the inside registers just BSing 3 more doing the food prep...2 girls were making the tacos and then one boy simply and I mean doing as little as possible by putting the food in a bag. Now I could see the order board through the window, that's how I know how long we were waiting after ordering. There were no orders on the screen before ours, inside or out. Yet they were making 4 big taco boxes for what I assume was an employee but not in uniform he was hanging around the back... The owners haven't had the lobby open for over a year so it is drive-through only. Which makes for a line 10 cars deep, you wait 20 minutes just to place your order. THEN you get your order, its stickered closed so you aren't able to check if they got your order right. I have never heard of a restaurant of any kind having a 24hr policy for replacing a fucked up order. They already have done a bad job at customer service and then they choose to not honor their values and make it right!! Brittney may be a good manager and do her job well, but she has ZERO customer service skills when it comes to how she speaks to people and zero empathy for the customers frustration. I went back today and spent over forty minutes in the drive through. I didn't want to leave because I placed my order through the app well ahead of time and my card had already been charged, but despite this they didn't start the food until after I passed the drive through speaker and I had to wait additional time at the window even though at that point I had put in the order online just over an hour ago. Whoever is in charge of the app needs to allow the store to start the food after the order is placed online so people can pick it up as soon as they arrive and not clog up the line even more, and whoever is in charge of this location needs to pay your workers more so you can 1. Have enough of them and 2. Not be constantly training new people so customers don't have to wait over FORTY MINUTES in line. In the mean time I recommend anyone thinking about Taco Bell to go to Taco Boy just across the street instead. read more

I am giving this location 4 stars as I go here quite often and they are normally short staffed and for how short staffed they are they work quickly. However it irks me when I order a pickup order to go and the lobby is closed with cars out to the road (10-15 cars deep) and I see an employee sitting in the lobby and it turns out he is on break. When the line is that long there shouldn't be anyone on break unless their shift is about done and they hadn't taken a break. read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life and the worst part about it is it's consistently the worst. Every single visit is unpleasant. I've never seen anything like it the staff is completely complacent sometimes rude. the food is the normal Taco Bell, it just takes three times as long to make. Each visit they are out of multiple items... sticky notes all over the Pepsi machine indicating that for sodas were out, they must had ran out of sticky notes because they missed a soda that was out. So 5 in total. I am sure this is a franchise, Taco Bell would never have allowed this place to coni the. I honestly wonder how it's still a Taco Bell, other corporate franchises have district managers that check in... I can't imagine this one comes here very often. The drive through lines are horrible and you don't save anytime by going inside. The employees do not care. I've lived in Durango for 18 months and it's been like this ever since I've been here. They are lucky that they are in a hungry small town and they put up with it. Please help this place corporate... they need new management and retrained!! I had a 60 taco order today and your staff wouldn't allow me to place the order over the phone, I had to come in and wait forever like everyone else.
