We got it delivered by Uber Eats. The order was delivered quickly. Most of it was cold but I guess that's to be expected. We got a few different things. Most of it was poorly put together. I'm not really a fan of Taco Bell because I think they are overpriced for poor quality food. The steak quesadilla looked good, just tasted ok. The nacho fries were very good. so to start off i made an online order and went inside to pick it up and the guy at the counter asked us if we wanted a bag and before i could answer he goes ok your all set and walks away. It was late after driving for few hours. Checked at near by Quality Inn. Got quick fast Taco Bell directions from Yelp which took eight minutes to get there. Using Taco Bell app to order the food and it also gave directions to unit location. Being app member I just get to drive up order and mention my name .. pronto they pullout my order flash it on the screen for me to approve.. I generally ask for NO ice in my drink. In all the pictures we saw there was so much chicken but when we got ours there were barely any chicken. I even ordered the Chicken Cantina and the same thing 2-3 pieces of chicken. What you see is not what you get. It's expensive now so they should give us more not less. read more

The food is good but I've never been spoken to in such a manner that the drive-thru employee spoke to me. I'm not expecting anything insane but he scolded me for ordering online and picking up through the drive thru instead of picking up inside. This Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong so many times it is pathetic. Honestly, embarrassing. I just don't get what is so hard about doing your job correctly. Everyone makes mistakes, but this place almost feels deliberate; it is almost every single time. One time they forgot to put potatoes in my spicy potato soft taco... So just lettuce and spicy. I will attach pictures below. But the last straw for me was when they got my order incorrect, I went back in to have them correct it... when I got back to my car, they had messed up again, and even worse than the first time. I will never be going back, I am ashamed to even have gone as many times as I have. At least by cutting out Taco Bell, I will be exempt from the inconsistent quality and nutritional content of dog sh*t. read more

ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE are the only 2 words I can think of when I think of this location. On two separate occasions I have come here after putting in a mobile order. In the first, they lost my order completely. Today, on the second, I was looked at by three (3!) Different employees and not acknowledged at all. I had to yell at them to please give me my food sitting in the rack. To the manager; FIRE or RETRAIN your staff. They are absolutely horrendous. Do not go here. I stopped in for breakfast and tried the new chicken biscuit and I liked it. The guy at the counter was either new or just totally lost. Personally I like the breakfast stuff once in a while because it's different. Taco Bell is trying to up its game but to me a total food snob it's hard for me to give a raved review. This particular Taco Bell I have been going to for awhile and it's usually good (food and staff/customer service wise) but once in a while I can order through the app at around 11:30 and arrive there well before they close at 1:00 and it's usually one of two things: 1. I'll get a new person that doesn't quite have their legs yet or 2. They will tell me that "they don't have an order for me" even though on the app it says that they accepted it and made it Overall: If the staff were willing to take their job(s) seriously and do it to the best of their ability, there would be less complaints all around. Employee by the name of WILL, is by far the best greeter/cashier. Always had my order correct and ready to go at the drive up window. Never rushed me away always asked if I needed any extra napkins or sauce and always greeted me and my family with a smile an welcoming small chat to feel valued as a customer. Clearly this Taco Bell I just ate was so good I had to give it five stars. For whatever reason, I have found myself at Taco Bell restaurants all across America. From California to Florida This is the best Taco Bell I've ever had in my life, and everyone must know about it. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and a Beef Quesarito both were fantastic in taste and quality. TACO BELL CORPORATE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I have not experienced customer service like this in an extremely long time. Not only were your employees polite to guests, but also to each other. The food was extraordinarily prompt, and even with one small error, (my daughter tears apart the nacho supreme and reconstructs, so it was a weird part anyway), hot and perfect. The location was impeccably clean, and also interestingly unique. (Look into that last part.) The customer service is what tied the bow together though. Your employees handled themselves in the manner that you would expect from someone working for 3 bucks an hour plus tips. I eat at Taco Bell a little more often then I would like to admit, and have not been in an atmosphere quite like this. Most sit down restaurants don't hold a candle to this location. If I was running a business, I would offer training positions or management positions to half of this staff, and show some form of appreciation to the other half. Sorry for the long review. As far as food goes, this Taco Bell I think is up there. I went through the drive though, this guy couldn't hate his job more. He was incredibly rude and he clearly wanted me out of there.
