Clearly this Taco Bell I just ate was so good I had to give it five stars. For whatever reason, I have found myself at Taco Bell restaurants all across America. From California to Florida This is the best Taco Bell I've ever had in my life, and everyone must know about it. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and a Beef Quesarito both were fantastic in taste and quality. The food was steaming hot and fresh, I would like to thank the manager on duty, Paul, again for the great service and food. read more

Honestly they have potential..... it's just the staff... I feel As though they can tend to get lazy in making orders correctly... they half fast it, then have an attitude when you address them on it... it's frustrating because this location is close by... I don't order Taco Bell often but when I do I really hope to get proper service and meals made right. Hope this helps. read more

We got it delivered by Uber Eats. The order was delivered quickly. Most of it was cold but I guess that's to be expected. We got a few different things. Most of it was poorly put together. I'm not really a fan of Taco Bell because I think they are overpriced for poor quality food. The steak quesadilla looked good, just tasted ok. The nacho fries were very good. Also as I expected, the food made me sick a few hours later. I think I'm good with Taco Bell for a while. read more

Very horrible customer service. Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and asked to use my Taco Bell rewards. I was told it was "too late" because I didn't provide my check-in before ordering, even though no one asked for it. The employee, who said he was the manager, told me I'd have to drive through the line again just to use my rewards. There were no cars behind me, and my order was already on the screen, so there was no reason this couldn't have been handled. Instead of helping, he refused, so I left and went to another Taco Bell. Poor customer service and an unnecessary inconvenience. read more

Tonight was the last straw for me. They're not even trying anymore. My burrito ended up basically being a cheese roll up with a touch of rice. read more

i came here earlier today with my dad and my sister, the food was amazing per usual but the what i assume to be manager was insanely rude to the employees. The young man who helped my dad and sister at the counter was super sweet and helpful and greeted us amazingly. When i put my order into the ipad i waited for my food and one of the lady's called my name so i went up and she told me to wait for my drink so i did exactly that but i overheard the manager raising his voice and belittling the young man who helped us (kervin I) he told him to "use his head" when working. He had made my drink and the manager asked him who it was for and kervin said "lauren" and the manager replied "is lauren here?" i spoke up and said "yes im right here" he ignored me and came over and asked what i was waiting for and i told him "the drink you made that guy throw away just now" and he said "oh okay" and walked away and made kervin remake my drink. i felt so bad for him, kervin came over and apologized for nothing. there wasn't even a rush and little to no people were waiting for food or something so he had no right to speak to him like this read more

Kervin and his employees were so kind, the dining area and restrooms are clean, and the food was done so well and quickly! Best Taco Bell i've been to in a long time! read more

Well it was fair . Depends on who makes the tacos. You can actually tell a novice taco maker. The Dorito los taco supreme is very good but overpriced. read more

food is always amazing even customizations they always get right but what makes this taco belle specifically better then the rest is the staff especially eric from this location he is the sweetest most hard worker person i've ever seen i see him almost every time i come and he's the nicest person ive ever met he puts effort into your meal and if you have everything you need such a caring employee read more

It was late after driving for few hours. Checked at near by Quality Inn. Got quick fast Taco Bell directions from Yelp which took eight minutes to get there. Using Taco Bell app to order the food and it also gave directions to unit location. Being app member I just get to drive up order and mention my name .. pronto they pullout my order flash it on the screen for me to approve.. I generally ask for NO ice in my drink. No change or credit card required at window bc they charged my CC when I ordered it from hotel !! In snd out like a flint .. read more

so to start off i made an online order and went inside to pick it up and the guy at the counter asked us if we wanted a bag and before i could answer he goes ok your all set and walks away. One item i got was a lux box and we did not receive our side. Of course I didn't realize until we had already left. Another thing is the nacho fries i recieved were barely seasoned at all. and to top it off there was no ice available for our drinks read more

In all the pictures we saw there was so much chicken but when we got ours there were barely any chicken. I even ordered the Chicken Cantina and the same thing 2-3 pieces of chicken. What you see is not what you get. It's expensive now so they should give us more not less. read more

The food is good but I've never been spoken to in such a manner that the drive-thru employee spoke to me. I'm not expecting anything insane but he scolded me for ordering online and picking up through the drive thru instead of picking up inside. I've never ordered online before tonight and there was one car behind me - I was not causing a backup. It was insanely rude and uncalled for. read more

This Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong so many times it is pathetic. Honestly, embarrassing. I just don't get what is so hard about doing your job correctly. Everyone makes mistakes, but this place almost feels deliberate; it is almost every single time. One time they forgot to put potatoes in my spicy potato soft taco... So just lettuce and spicy. I will attach pictures below. But the last straw for me was when they got my order incorrect, I went back in to have them correct it... when I got back to my car, they had messed up again, and even worse than the first time. I will never be going back, I am ashamed to even have gone as many times as I have. At least by cutting out Taco Bell, I will be exempt from the inconsistent quality and nutritional content of dog sh*t. read more

I stopped in for breakfast and tried the new chicken biscuit and I liked it. The guy at the counter was either new or just totally lost. Personally I like the breakfast stuff once in a while because it's different. Taco Bell is trying to up its game but to me a total food snob it's hard for me to give a raved review. As locations go it was clean and acceptable. read more

ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE are the only 2 words I can think of when I think of this location. On two separate occasions I have come here after putting in a mobile order. In the first, they lost my order completely. Today, on the second, I was looked at by three (3!) Different employees and not acknowledged at all. I had to yell at them to please give me my food sitting in the rack. To the manager; FIRE or RETRAIN your staff. They are absolutely horrendous. Do not go here. Wait for the main st location to reopen. read more

This particular Taco Bell I have been going to for awhile and it's usually good (food and staff/customer service wise) but once in a while I can order through the app at around 11:30 and arrive there well before they close at 1:00 and it's usually one of two things: 1. I'll get a new person that doesn't quite have their legs yet or 2. They will tell me that "they don't have an order for me" even though on the app it says that they accepted it and made it Overall: If the staff were willing to take their job(s) seriously and do it to the best of their ability, there would be less complaints all around. Just keeping it truthful with you guys! read more

Oh boy what is going on here.. the employees honestly look like they would rather be dead than working here. Its almost comical. The wait time was outrageous for a very simple order and empty restaurant. Then to top it off they gave my order away to someone else. What i would assume to be the person in charge (not sure if it was the manager) realized what had happened they remade my order and threw in some crunchy twists. But i cant imagine i would go out of my way to come here again. read more

Employee by the name of WILL, is by far the best greeter/cashier. Always had my order correct and ready to go at the drive up window. Never rushed me away always asked if I needed any extra napkins or sauce and always greeted me and my family with a smile an welcoming small chat to feel valued as a customer. Thankyou for being humble and serving with a smile. read more

I'm vegetarian and they constantly give me meat in my food. They close earlier than what their closing time is supposed to be and when I asked them to do my meal correctly they still charged me for it. For a fast meal it's okay but for customer service not so great. read more

Came in at 12:05, did express order on the touch screen. Waited for 25 minutes and my order was not complete. Left. They told everyone to stop ordering or wait 30 minutes, they have $150 dollar order. Unorganized, they pick random people from the order board. Stay Away. read more

TACO BELL CORPORATE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I have not experienced customer service like this in an extremely long time. Not only were your employees polite to guests, but also to each other. The food was extraordinarily prompt, and even with one small error, (my daughter tears apart the nacho supreme and reconstructs, so it was a weird part anyway), hot and perfect. The location was impeccably clean, and also interestingly unique. (Look into that last part.) The customer service is what tied the bow together though. Your employees handled themselves in the manner that you would expect from someone working for 3 bucks an hour plus tips. I eat at Taco Bell a little more often then I would like to admit, and have not been in an atmosphere quite like this. Most sit down restaurants don't hold a candle to this location. If I was running a business, I would offer training positions or management positions to half of this staff, and show some form of appreciation to the other half. Sorry for the long review. They have earned it, and probably more. To the staff of this store.... Seek advancement in this organization, or move on. You are worth so much. My family thanks you for a great experience. I don't review fast food places ever, however, this is the best run Taco Bell I have ever been into. The place is clean, the counter people are very well trained and polite. I wish corporate would take some lessons from these owners and bring their other stores up to par. read more

As far as food goes, this Taco Bell I think is up there. I went through the drive though, this guy couldn't hate his job more. He was incredibly rude and he clearly wanted me out of there. The best part, he wasn't dressed like the other employees and wasn't wearing a name tag so I'm sure he's the manager- I've had employees take my order like they've enjoyed their lives more than this guy. The manager should want more customers, he lost one tonight read more

I don't know what it is about this particular location. I have been here dozens of times over the past 10 years. The food is always well made and the service is consistently top notch!
