The lady taking the drive-thru orders is very rude and needs to watch her tone when talking to customers.

The food was good for a Taco Bell except for the cinnamon twists. They tasted like cardboard. The lady at the window was very polite, except the cook. We had ordered a freeze but they never gave it to us so we had to wait. After waiting, the lady, who looked like the cook, (not the window person) came over and started yelling at us. She said there was a timer and when we tried to tell her we were missing our drink, she continued to say "there's a timer" (still yelling) and forced the window closed and left. Since she obviously wasn't going to come back, we just left. Note: there were no cars behind us and she didn't even bother to ask why were we're still there. If you don't want to deal with rude cook and disgusting cinnamon cardboard, go someplace else. read more

This Taco Bell closes early. I was told by an employee that " We closed early because we ran out of everything" then I asked ok what are y'all doing tomorrow? She then replied " Umm I don't know I'm not working in the morning but we are just closed right now...as they are ringing out a customer. If I could leave zero stars I would. The doors were locked so we went through the drive-thru and tried to place our order. After making a request the lady at the intercom says "sold out" but not which item. We named the Mexican Pizza and asked if that is what she meant and she yells into the intercom "That's what sold out means!" We will NEVER return to this location. read more

Worst Taco Bell EVER! I live nearby so I've come here a total of 5 times. Every single time I come here I regret it. They are always having problems: missing ingredients, machines down, short staffed, prioritizing drive though over in-site customers. Long wait times. What ever you do NEVER use a delivery service to deliver your food. We've tried 2 different food delivery services and our orders were wrong both times. Consistently don't put all the items at the bag. Specifically quesadillas that go at the bottom of the bag that you can't see right away.

Thoroughly pissed off! I ordered in the drive-thru around 12:30ish. I ordered the #6 which is the chalupa supreme meal, & I ordered an extra 2 tacos. The chalupa shells were so hard that they were crunchy (they are supposed to be soft), there was only a teaspoonful of meat on each chalupa, the lettuce was brown, & sour cream was scarce. The tacos were basically just brown lettuce & cheese with barely any meat in them. On top of ALL that the meal was beyond cold. They should be ashamed of theirselves for serving this food. I understand I went to the drive-thru 30 minutes before they closed. But that's no excuse for bad food. If your store closed at 1am...you should be serving quality until 1am. No excuses. I will be calling the this location tomorrow to demand a refund. Just Terrible. read more

I have yet to be here once where I didn't have to pull forward and wait at least 5 mins for my food. I went for breakfast and there's no breakfast menu up. The food was thrown together and nothing like it was from the previous Taco Bell I tried the breakfast at that got it right. Worst customer service ever! The drive-thru lady will scream at you for repeating your question, like she did tonight (April 25, 2019; around 9pm). She will say I'm loud because I don't want to repeat myself. The worst part is her manager will say, "She wasn't rude. But if you say so, that's fine." Fine?! No apologies, nothing. He's "fine"! And will say I've known this woman for 1 year and haven't seen this before. I doubt this man who was not at all remorseful. Also, I don't know how that allows the lady to be rude. If I could give them no stars I would Long story short-- I tried placing an order online it didn't go through/ tried to call and phone didn't work/ showed up to the drive bc of COVID doors are closed (understandable) told the girl AHEAD OF TIME it was a company order and I was willing to wait on it or come back if need be. She told me to proceed with order as I'm saying it all of a sudden her attitude changes they are out of chicken beans rice cheese (basically everything) so I ask what is available and she said I should've placed the order online or called (I told her I did and even tried saying the number) and she cut me off saying "can you just continue with your order or are you done?" I asked what they did have since they seem to be out of a lot she continued with her attitude so I cancelled the order and as I left she still said STUPID BITCH over the Inter come so I'll be calling her manager and I downloaded Yelp for the first time bc that is how upsetting this is. Went here after getting a great car wash nearby and was rushed to order. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. We asked for a value box and was told it wasn't available and to look at the menu online and drive back around only to see the exact value menu we were told was unavailable. Asked the window attendant for sauce to which he exclaimed he had given enough but never offered sauce for the first order! And only provided us with sauce for one order. I visited this Taco Bell at around midnight and when I went to the drive through, no one responded. I went to the window and honked and waited about 15 minutes before leaving. They close at 1 and the lights were on and there was a car in the parking lot, so there must have been someone there so I'm not sure why they wouldn't be able to take my order almost an hour before closing. read more

This Taco Bell is an adequate one and one that I have been going to for roughly 7 years. The service is usually persistently friendly and of good company. They aren't the fastest Taco Bell and drive thru does great at lunch but pretty slow and sloppy at night. The other big issue they never give napkins or sauces in drive thru unless you remember to ask. Inside they are of good size and it is nice that they keep it all open all the time so seating is never an issue. Their fountain drink machine finally received an update, so the sodas are not flat as they use to be but my big complaint inside is it isn't the cleanest nor do they have their condiment station in order. It is rare for them to have all the sauces out and even sometimes napkins. The food though is always the best part, the taste, prep and tortillas are usually done better overall than other Taco Bells that I have visited which is the reason I don't mind returning year after year. read more

Pretty disappointed. I stopped by for a snack 4 hours before close and all the lights were off. When I called to ask how late they were open I was told "we are short staffed and running low on food, so we closed early". Taco Bell is known for being open late. The cinnamon twists are always bad.... some weird chemical taste. Probably bad oil or shortening. The fountain drinks are always watered down..... doesn't matter what you get. I'm a high school teacher. On Tuesdays I volunteer to tutor at-risk students at my school until 10 o'clock at night. This Taco Bell is the only place open and serving food so I stop there to get something to eat after I'm tutoring. I've spoken to the woman running the late night window many times and thanked her for being there for me. Tonight when I pulled up and placed my order, I realized I made a mistake. The woman running the window yelled at me through the speaker and said I needed to have my order ready before I spoke because she didn't have the time to be deleting my order off of her register. It broke my heart, after working so hard all day with those kids, that this woman could not show me the same patience and compassion that I show those kids every day and the same patience and compassion I have shown her so many times before when I was there on similar nights. I drove away hungry but with my dignity intact. My prayer for that woman is that someone shows her patience and compassion when she needs it most. I will not be that person because I'll never go there again. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I placed and paid for an order online for pick up. When I arrived, they told me that they did no have my order and asked me to pay again. They assured me that my card I used was not charged since the online order did not come through. A few days later I see that I was charged for the order and that I paid for the same order twice. I had to contact Amex, who canceled the payment. I notified corporate where all they said is that people make mistakes. The part that bothers me is not that the fact that people make mistakes but it is when I am lied to about what is going to happen and I had to check and cancel things from my end. absolutely the worst location i have been to, and on a consistent basis. I have given it many chances, but never again. drive through employees either neglect the drive through, or are nonexistent. i usually visit the the drive thru late night, and employees are always drunk/ smoking in the kitchen and it is obvious! i could smell it and even see the smoke cloud coming out of the drive thru window! On top of this i receive wrong orders, or get charged for food i do not receive. On multiple occasions i have just had to drive off because i was never greeted after at least 15 minutes, and cars in front of and behind me have done the same. on other occasions there was no one even visible in the restaurant, even after a very long period of time. advice to owners: find some new employees! last time this happened was saturday night 8/16/15. Terrible terrible, I have given this location chance after chance because it is so convenient to my house. Every time I come here I get the wrong order or pay for items I don't even receive, I assume they are having a bad day or maybe really slammed but I can't continue to come up for excuses. Get a training crew in here and train the staff, the fact that the majority of the staff forgets orders should be zero tolerance for the company.
