I ordered food for delivery online and my order was wrong. I ordered a chicken bowl and there is barely any meat. Seems like they attempted to cover the top of the bowl with toppings so they wouldn't have to put my protein on the bowl. I asked for sour cream on the side, there was none in the bag. No chips included. Then I called and it took 10 times to get someone to answer the phone. I'm so disappointed with qdoba, and I really hope this signals the employees to double check their orders before sending food out! It's not that hard to review an order and ensure that the order is correct! It's really frustrating when you can get the simplest of orders correct, especially when it's an option on the site. I really like Qdoba and I eat there about once a week in Moore, OK. I normally order the same items, a bowl with chips and queso, the problem that I have with the establishment is they never give even a full scoop of anything, rice , beans or even the protein, I'm not a big person but I shouldn't feel cheated on what I order or shouldn't have to ask for more. Qdoba is another burrito place (not unlike Chipotle, Willy's, or Moe's) Especially nice is they have TONS of toppings for your burrito/bowl/tacos. Another plus is Guac and queso are no extra charge Toppings (first scoop of each.) They also have a good assortment of proteins. (Chicken, steak, brisket, pork, vegan etc.) I usually get the chicken bowl. They have some items that have preselected ingredients, might be good for the person that is overwhelmed by choices. We finally went to Qdoba after purposely ignoring it for years, and we were pleasantly surprised. This location is in a strip of businesses located under residential units. Parking is free in the parking lot in front of the businesses, and parking may be hard to get during peak times. This restaurant has both indoor and limited outdoor seating. Qdoba is a Mexican-inspired fast food chain, and has a limited menu. Its competitors are Moe's, Chipotle, CAVA, and other similar pick-what-you-want eateries that have customers go through cafeteria-style lines until they get to the register. R and I hadn't been to a Qdoba in over 10 years, and weren't sure what to expect. We both had a lot of questions about the food, and the patient employee at the food line offered to give us samples of some of the proteins. We tried the grilled adobo chicken and the Cholula hot and sweet chicken, with the hot and sweet chicken being my favorite out of the two. In the end, though I chose to get the steak, which I also sampled. I ordered a bowl with black beans, rice and steak, then got a lot of the items added, like queso, chunky salsa, hot sauce, cooked onions and bell peppers, lettuce, corn, tortilla strips, shredded cheese, guacamole, and probably more items that I can't even remember I asked for. All items were very fresh, and the amount of steak that I got in my bowl was generous. Everything was delicious, and I enjoyed my food. Qdoba is a little more expensive than most of its competition, and chips aren't free. However, I believe that Qdoba set the quality of their food, at least the ones that I had, at a higher level. Customers can buy chips and queso or salsa dip and a drink as a combo with their entree, which can be ordered as a bowl, burrito, quesadilla, nachos, salad or tacos. Customers also have the option of ordering a Signature Eats item, instead of building their own entree. Signature Eats have been developed with specific ingredients that go into their bowl, burrito, quesadilla, nachos, salad or tacos. For customers who want to build their own, available proteins are veggies, grilled adobo chicken, ground beef, Cholula hot and sweet chicken, pulled pork, grilled steak, and IMPOSSIBLE plant-based meat. My roommate dropped and broke one of the glass bottle drinks on the way out the door one time and they replaced it for him. Me and my fiancé decided to go to this Qdoba for national burrito day, this past Thursday, April 4th. We went to this one in Sandy Springs, as this is the closest one to us. It's located in a strip of businesses underneath some apartments/condos. There is a parking lot attached, but parking can be quite slim when it's really busy, which it was when we went. So we ended up having to park all the way in the back and walk up. I have had QDOBA before, but many years ago, and back then, I remember it being quite good. This time, however, was NOT the same experience. I got my burrito with chicken and all the fixins and a side of spicy queso on the side. I also got a side of the ranch. My fiancé also got a burrito and we shared a side of chips. Upon arriving home (we got our order for take-out), we started to eat. I began to dive-in, and 2-3 bites in, the whole burrito began to fall apart. It was so difficult to eat that I ended up just eating a deconstructed burrito because every time I bit into it, more stuff would fall out, and I just became so frustrated that I ate it with a fork and knife. The taste was also not good at all. It had no flavor to it. It was just so blah and I didn't like it at all. I got the adobo chicken and got quite a few ingredients added in, so it wasn't like I didn't get anything in the burrito. I got 6-8 different things in there. It just tasted like the ingredients were chopped up and then added to the burrito. No spices, no seasonings, no nothing. I was very disappointed in this burrito. I didn't even end up finishing it, because it just wasn't good at all. My fiancé enjoyed her burrito a little more than me, but not too much. I don't recommend coming here, go to Chipotle or Moe's or Willy's instead. read more

I've been on a Tex-Mex rage recently. Mostly Chipotle. We had planned on going to a non-Tex-Mex restaurant for dinner, but with our initial option being closed earlier than expected, we headed over to Qdoba. Qdoba is a pricier but lower quality Chipotle, in my opinion. I was excited to see the "free guac and queso" until I realized that the prices still added up to even out to the cost of a Chipotle equivalent with guacamole. Even so, I definitely enjoyed the different sauce and queso options. I got the bacon jalapeño queso (like, how can I NOT) on top of my brown rice chicken burrito bowl with guac. The portions are slightly smaller than Chipotle's, but that queso and the hot salsa I really had a kick. I prefer Chipotle over Qdoba any day. I used to LOVE Qdoba (however I used to always go to a different location). I haven't been in years so I wanted to try it again after becoming addicted to Chipotle. Qdoba just wasn't quite as good as I remembered. The service was pretty good and the employees were attentive and fast with my order. They listened and made exactly what I wanted. The food, however, could use a little improvement. The meats did not look fresh (I do admit that it can an hour before they closed) and they gave a very small portion. I also much prefer Chipotle's chicken. Their queso was just so-so, but their guacamole was pretty good. I loved that they included both guac and queso with your order. Overall, this place is average but I would take Chipotle over Qdoba any day. read more

This is probably my second time having Qdoba. My first was eating their breakfast burrito at some other location in Alpharetta. This location is closest to me that I decided to try it this week. Walking in, you can't help but compare this to Moe's, Chipotle or even Willy's. After ordering a chicken burrito, here's how I'd rank my them: 1. Willy's 2. Qdoba 3. Chipotle 4. Moe's I'm a die-hard Willy's fan. To me, the ingredients taste fresher at Willy's. However, I will say that Qdoba's chicken tastes less processed. Chipotle is great when you crave it, but I find there to be too much salt in their food. We don't even need to talk about Moe's. Price-wise, this was a little more expensive and it doesn't include free chips and salsa like Willy's. That was a little disappointing even though if you fill out a receipt, you get free chips on your next visit. The staff here is friendly, dare I say even friendlier than the Willy's on Hammond. I'd consider coming back for convenience, but eh.. no chips included might be a deal breaker. read more

The food is decent to good here, depending on what the LTOs are at the moment. Currently it's mango salsa which is so-so, but previously it was chimichurri sauce which was great. The service is always good here and the food is generally fresh, although slightly overpriced IMO. Tacos are a total rip off compared to a burrito or a bowl. The chips are very salty and to thick for my taste, but its ok because the salsas are weirdly sweet and unappealing anyway, skip them and douse with cholula instead. read more

I just had to update my review to corroborate my earlier review from years ago. They're still stingy with their portions. They usually give you two scoops of gumbo in the bowl, but when I asked for those two scoops on the side because I was talking it to-go for my wife, the lady at the register said that I couldn't get two scoops on the side because the bowl was already built. So, she only let me have 1...even though they normally give you two if you get it inside the bowl. That's the weirdest, makes-no-sense explanation I've heard in a while. Plus, they were extra stingy with the options as before - if not more. I asked for extra black beans and she maybe gave me an additional 5-6 beans. Ridiculous. The whole point of Qdoba was that it costs a bit more than the competition, but that they don't upcharge for goodies like guac and that they offer hearty portions for no extra charge. Any time that I see a restaurant get alligator arms with portions, it makes me wonder how profitable they actually are. Otherwise, why short change your customers? I really only came here because of a BOGO coupon. It's sad to see that things haven't changed much from my previous negative review. read more

Qdoba has always been my favorite out of the "Moe's, Chipotle's, etc.." but this location just made QDOBA drop to an easy 4th or 5th. The food was cold, and dry, which made for a very cotton mouthy experience. On top of all this, the customer service was very slow and not pleasant. My suggestion would be to have a lead employee on the clock that can speak English well, and can greet customers properly. read more

This Qdoba really makes me sad. Since there are only 3 locations and this is the closest one I hate when I get excited to get me some Qdoba and end up disappointed. I always have to repeat my order. The staff either doesn't understand me and act as if I'm making up the names of my order or they have no idea what comes in the item. I've been here five times and every time this happens. I ordered a Yard Bird twice and both times I was asked what comes in it...not what extra toppings...what ingredients are in the taco. I literally pointed at the menu. They don't serve breakfast tacos here, but they do serve breakfast burritos and bowls. Based on my experience here I will probably not come back to this location. I love the food too much to stop eating Qdoba overall just because of this location. read more

Newly developing in the Glenridge connector area is another townhouse & shops community. Qdoba is one of the eateries. This will be nice for all the offices in the area. Still fairly new and obviously so because the staff hasn't fully fine tuned the machine. It's very much laid out like Chipotle and Moe's. Walk up and have your choice of tex mex goodies fashioned into a burrito/taco salad/fajita extravaganza. The taco shells are crisp and not oily. Cilantro lime rice staple is mild, perhaps too much so. A Mexican barbecue sauce has replaced a longtime favorite mole signature. Sidled in the mix is a heavenly ranch sauce. Creamy and spicy to drizzle most anything you are wanting to create. The lettuce in the salads are not watery pedestrian iceburg but vivid dark green romaine. A sad note is the roasted corn salsa I was looking forward to trying. That corn has never seen an oven or fire but only the inside of a can and a lot of sugar. It really took much of the joy out of my dish tasting of sweet tin relish. I was quite shocked to see at high noon in the state of Georgia the iced tea pots hadn't been yet filled for the lunch rush. Really? The staff was sitting around and this very basic opening checklist item hadn't been attended to. They are open for breakfast after all. Clean as a freshly washed baby still, lots of open seating. Access can be tricky as it's oddly located but those local to the area for work or homelife will have no trouble maneuvering. Tasty food, fairly fresh but borderline unremarkable. I'll give them another go in 60 days and see if the machine is running smoothly. read more

Like Lauren P, I've made two trips here and I won't be returning. The first visit was nothing special, but today takes the cake and is the reason that I'm giving 1 star instead of 2. I got a buy one, get one free coupon through Facebook, and an email was sent to me for it. The email says "To redeem this coupon print it out or bring it into a participating restaurant on your mobile device." Since I don't feel like wasting paper, I had the email ready on my phone before I walked in. When I walked in, the place smelled bad. Like, someone needs to empty a trash can yesterday smell. I wasn't greeted or anything by the most unfriendly man I have ever seen in a position that requires a bit of customer interaction. I had to play guess what goes on what I wanted because when he did bother to speak, he mumbled. Of course after I told him I had a coupon, he spoke the most words I heard...to his coworker, in Spanish. She comes over and tells me the coupon must be printed. She freakin' scrolls down on my phone to the text pasted above and tells me to print it out. I then repeat the text to her, emphasizing the part where I can have it on my phone, and she just walks off. Classy. The best part was then, the guy suddenly knew how to apply the coupon without the paper version of it. Magic! After that, nobody else said a word to me either. I got my stupid buy one get one free, my food fell over in the bag, and this place can shove all its buy one, get one free coupons into a clean garbage can. Even Moe's tastes better than this mediocre food. And I eat Moe's only when it's a last resort and I'm with my parents. On the plus side, I also emailed corporate about this, and they responded very fast with an offer of a gift certificate. I am still not sure I even want to take them up on it, but if I did, I wouldn't come back here to use it. read more

Back in the day, I loved me some Qdoba. In Athens, Ga., this place was my go-to on a Sunday morning after a rough night on the town. I was hoping for a similar comfort food experience this evening and didn't get it. We came for the first time in May after Qdoba first opened in Sandy Springs. Our fist time wasn't great and I thought maybe it was just growing pains, so we decided to wait for a few weeks before going back again. This time wasn't great either. The service here is lazy at best. I ordered the grilled veggie burrito and the one gal working the counter had to leave and run to the back to find a crony to cook more vegetables. I said forget about it and settled for a chicken burrito that she didn't wrap properly and (even worse) had no flavor. One burrito, three tacos, a cup of queso and chips (by the way, chips aren't complimentary! WTF!) set us back $20. My husband remarked we could have gone to Tacos & Tequilas for the same amount and had beer (plus free chips and salsa!) so that being said we probably won't come back here anytime soon. Note, for the commuter crowd, this Qdoba is open for breakfast and serves Tex-Mex eggs, bacon and coffee. I would be interested...except these first two trips have left me feeling meh. read more

We live in a totally different part of town, but my kids' school is around the corner and I'm often looking for a quick, inexpensive and tasty lunch as I wait for afternoon carpool. Qdoba is my go-to place to fit that bill. As a vegan, I am glad that I can customize the food that I'm eating. I love the tortilla soup, it is filling and has so much flavor--perfect for a cold and dreary day (like today). I get it as part of the Craft-2 menu along with either a naked burrito or a naked taco salad. I usually get a small cup of guacamole too, which is always fresh, chunky and smooth. I'm not sure about the other reviewers, but for me staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. They take the time to look into the ingredients if I have questions about certain menu components. Overall, if you're looking for a good, inexpensive, fast meal, I'd highly recommend Qdoba. read more

This place is not that far from authentic. I've been to my fair share of Mexican styled restaurants. But this one is most definitely is in my top 5. I recently went with a few friends this week. Started going here recently and this is a solid franchise of Qdoba. Been here a number of times at different times of day (weekend lunch, weekday dinner, etc) and always gotten great service and fresh food. The manager is often there and has offered to grab refills, carry trays, and bring extra chips. They also seem to do a lot of fundraisers for local things (schools, CHOA, etc). My wife and I ordered 3 chicken tacos delivery via DoorDash form the Qdoba in Sandy Spring, Georgia. When we received the food, however, the tacos only had chicken and some sprinkled cheese. We called to see if, next time, we needed to specify that we wanted lettuce, tomato, etc., because there was no option online to do so. The key manager on duty, (Lucia I believe) was completely disrespectful from the beginning. She would not let my wife speak and continued to state that it was our fault for not specifying what we wanted on the taco. We asked if we could have the tacos re-made, and we were told the only way they would remake the tacos, is if we drove out to the physical store location, show them the tacos, and they would then remake them. Not only is the entire mantra of most every store in America, "The Customer is Always Right," but to say the only way to have our food remade is to drive, during a pandemic, to the store to prove to them that these tacos were in fact not what we wanted, is, in my opinion, unsafe to say the least. And what is worse, is when I drove down to the store location, I was given the number of the GM at the store, Maria, who promptly disagreed with everything I said. She stated, "It is company-wide policy for every single order that is incorrect, in order to receive a new order, we MUST have the old order for Quality Control. " Never in my life have I had a restaurant manager say that to me. Any other location, any other franchise, any other restaurant, I guarantee, would have handled this differently. Disheartened, to say the least, is absolutely how my wife and I feel. We both work remotely, and because of certain health conditions, we are unable to leave our home very often because of COVID. We have ordered countless times from all sorts of restaurants, and have never received such poor treatment, let alone, force us to drive out to show them 3 taco shells with some chicken. I've just moved to this area 9 months ago and have eaten at this location twice a week since I've been here. However, today when I went in for my usual nachos a medium built African American your lady told me I couldn not get my chips in the container that I've always gotten them in. She said that I couldn't get my nacho a flat container as that is what the container is for. I informed her that that container was easy for me to eat off of. I asked her to just give me the same portion that you would place in the round bowl but she refused. It's sad that I have to stop patriating this restaurant due to her lack of able to provide customer service. I'll just take my business elsewhere. read more
