This is one of the smallest locations we have been to. All of the staff is very nice and meets the CFA standards. We just happen to stop in and they were giving away samples of the new chicken and waffles. I need to try it as a spicy filet and see if it's better. This location is clean and organized. The drive thru seems to move pretty well when they get busy. The only problem is when the line gets long there is nowhere for people to stand so they just basically are hovering over you while you eat. read more

This location is beyond terrible. Placed mobile order today and after waiting 15 min was told my order wasn't received by the store due to a computer issue and that I'd have to wait in the line to place my order with the attendant. No apology or offer to expedite my order so I left. The entire time my app kept asking me if I got my order and later saw I my credit card was charged for it. This location also frequently leaves items out of orders and I have to drive back to get the missing items again without any apologies or incentives offered. This is a very poorly run franchise so if you want Chik fil A quality and service don't come here. I live 1 mile from this location and will be taking my business to a location further away that delivers a true Chik fil A experience. read more

Dear Grant Wells, I've been a longtime fan of CFA (CFA One Signature Member), a resident of Dunwoody since 2011, and a fan of your location since 2020 when I migrated to your location after the Perimeter Pointe experienced a prolonged shutdown. In the 5 years that I've frequented your location, I've spoken highly of my experience with others and have enjoyed my interactions with the various staff that have come and gone. Lately, I've had a few bad experiences and today was the tipping point for me. Specifically, it is over the $2 ice cream cone prepared by 2 of your staff. $2 is such an insignificant item but the way I felt I was treated left a lasting impression that I'm writing to you 3 hours after my visit. A few days ago, I had ordered 3 ice cream cones and when I was handed the first cone I had thought it was small. I asked the lady at the drive thru window if they could make it any bigger. She looked back at another lady that had made the cone, exchanged some comments, and then turned to tell me that's the only way they can make it. I was unhappy but took the 3 cones (one for each person in my family) and left. Today, I went to CFA to order 3 ice cream cones again. Again, it was the same two ladies. And today, she gave me an even smaller cone. And again, I asked if they could make it any bigger. She turned to the lady making the ice cream, exchanged some comments, and turned to me and said something to the effect of - This is all we can do. Do you still want it? I was extremely upset that I just drove off without the cones. My wife said we should at least take the small cones since we paid for it. Therefore, I walked into the store to talk to a manager. He was extremely polite and offered to remake my cones himself. The cones that he made were great. A consistent cone size and a service-oriented attitude was what I wanted. I'm disappointed in how your staff treated me. I'm pleased with how the manager handled the situation. After today's event, I will be taking a break from your CFA because I don't want to interact with those two individuals again. me and buds come here on Mondays about 8:45 and the cashier was being all rude about us coming late. We always make sure to leave before 9, when they close, and each buy something and sit quietly. She gave us crap about paying cash because she had started counting the drawer. I had to pay for my friend because of this. I have made my last trip to this location. The food and service at this location is so out of the norm for Chick-fil-A. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, both were not fresh and the buns were stale. All sauces we ordered were left off and the side salad did not have the dressing we ordered. The large fry was barely half full (see pic). Who is supervising the orders here? This is what I expect from McDonald's not CFA. This is not my first problem at this location. Gave us lukewarm nuggets and fries with the fries being soggy and not even fully cooked. The 30 nuggets were weren't extra crispy like we asked and again lukewarm and soggy. The lady gave us attitude about this when we asked for a replacement, we ate 3 of the nuggets and a couple of the fries. One of the fires was half full by the way. This location does do well done and even if they don't the nuggets weren't fresh which is different from well done. It was old barely warm food. Oh and same goes for the sandwich I ordered, I just ate that because I was very hungry but it was the same. Lukewarm and soggy and they didn't put any pickles on even though I asked for extra extra pickles. They gave us a 12 nugget replacement and some well done fries(these were too well done, just burnt really). They refused to give us the full 30 because we had ate some. We didn't eat another 18, we ate 3 so we should have gotten 27. Never going back to this location again and am less likely to go to any chick fil a in the future. I will be doing a charge back with my credit card company for the full amount and contacting corporate about this. Terrible food and even worse service. If they had made it right the first time, and I said well done extra crispy fresh in the mobile order, then there wouldn't have even been an issue. I shouldn't even have to specify that the it should be well done, I and no one else wants to eat lukewarm soggy unsalted fries or lukewarm greasy nuggets. We stopped here for a quick dinner before our midweek hangout. This location is in a huge plaza in Dunwoody Village alongside Domino's and the Italian deli. We came in around 7:30pm on a Wednesday night, and it was nearly empty. Service was fairly pleasant, with the servers bringing our food to our tables. We actually had three different people bringing our three separate meals to the same table. Food was perfect, as Chickfila has the habit of being. I went to this particular establishment a couple of weeks ago and when I walked in it was a gentleman getting his order off of the stand not sure which business he was delivering for but he completed the order in his phone and left. I was waiting for the customers name that I was delivering for to come up. There was a manager Brayden or Braden not sure of how you spell his name came up and asked me if I were waiting and what was the name. I gave him the name and he handed me the bag then he says just waiting on the drink. Another gentleman made the drink and as I was holding my hand out to receive the drink he stops and says confirm order. Now I'm sure that by reading this you would think I'm pissed about him saying confirm that is def not it. The problem was as it should not matter I am of African descent and the white male that picked up his order before me did not have to confirm anything. Me on the other hand not so, then he seen the way I looked at him and says we've had a lot of theft. Well CHIKFILA I think you all are gonna have to go over customer service 101 with this manager b/c if you're going to ask one you should ask "ALL" to confirm not just the African American and then state we've had a lot of thefts I'm assuming from the AA deliveries. Chic-fil-a is already known for their great service, consistent food quality, and taste. But this location takes it to the next level when it comes to its employees and service. I have been to this location many times as it is down the street from my house. The employees are always super friendly, seem happy to be at work, and on top of their game. The location can get very busy throughout the day and I typically go through the drive through. They have two drive through lanes with multiple people outside taking orders to ensure to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They have rarely ever made a mistake on an order compared to many other fast food chains and locations. This location will continue to be my go to fast food when I need something quick, delicious, and typically healthier than the competition. Keep up the hard work and keep treating your employees well. Its Chick-Fil-A. OK. Yes. I agree. Its incredibly stupid to review fast food restaurants. But, sue me. I wanted to be first with a review and these Yelpers are hard to beat at being first. So what can I say about Chick-Fil-A that you don't already know? Well, I thought the tent city that was organized before the place opened was interesting. Apparently Chick-Fil-A was going to give the first 100 people on opening day 52 gift certificates for free meals - one a week for a year. And apparently that - and a small dose of insanity - was enough to get people to put up tents in the parking lot outside the business to get a hold of those incredibly value certificates - two days before the place opened. Who are these people? I am both curious and somewhat afraid to find out. Was anyone getting on a loudspeaker to tell them "Don't take the brown acid?". Not sure. In any case, this morning they were gone as the chicken place served up morning biscuits for a long line of customers. Groovy. This is in the location where the former Arby's was. That Arby's was sad. Arby's shouldn't be sad. The Chick-Fil-A folks tore down the Arby's and put up a brand spanking new place. Very nice looking. Hopefully some of the folks coming to eat the fast food chicken get tired of the lines and actually venture over to eat at East 48th Street Market which is in the same strip mall location and has some really good food. They are head-to-head against a McDonalds which is right next door giving this Dunwoody area a couple of choices of food that you probably shouldn't eat very often. The management of the restaurant seemed to be handling the rush of opening and the amusingly crazy people in tents very well. They showed some concern about traffic management. Good for them. This is a great location right in the peas and carrots of Sandy Springs, but man is it a small shop!! They do a good job trying to keep the drive thru lanes moving, but if you're trying to get a table inside it can be tougher than trying to catch a greased hawg. There's lots of parking so try eating your car, that's what we usually do. I usually, and by usually I mean always, ALWAYS get the medium spicy chicken sandwich meal with Coke Zero, and dip every frickin delicious waffle fry in the chic fil a sauce. If you tell me the calories in this meal I will destroy you! Seriously, I only have a few (hundred) vices. On a separate, less fattening note. You should try a small diet frozen lemonade. It's a Chick-fil-A, so the food is pretty much the same. Drive Thru service is efficient and fast. The problem is that the inside of this restaurant has gone downhill precipitously in the past six months. Not sure if there was a change in ownership or management, but it is understaffed for co7nter service. It is also filthy--tables not wiped, trash on the floor, bathrooms really dirty, trash not emptied, condiment counter messy. I noticed this oN three visits, two of which were not busy times. I heard two employees arguing about whose turn it was to clean the restroom. Employees there used to be really good, now not so much. If the inside is not tended to, I wonder about what's happening iN the kitchen. read more

I live nearby this chick-fil-a and have been going there for years. Despite being quite small, the service has always been incredible. They rarely ever make a mistake with my order and when they do they are extremely apologetic about it and fix it immediately. Recently during the major power outage, I went multiple times to get food for me and my family. I had never seen it so busy. However, they managed to get me my food extremely quickly. The people taking orders outside were very polite and very efficient. They even had someone directing traffic because of how dark it was. They managed to turn an awful experience into a nice dinner in for me and my family.
