If I could Rate this location ZERO Stars, I would. Apparantly Taco Bell has Managers with absolutely no Customer Service Training. They must give them the Title and say "Go for it"! I have been visiting this same location for over 25 years. On Sunday June 22nd at approximately 1:45 AM, I waited in the Drive Thru lane behind 15 cars for about 20 minuites. Then, when I get to the Speaker, I wait 15 minuites, (total 35 minuites) while a long line of approximately another 12 cars forms, behind me. With all cars gone in front of me (already got food and left) I began to think they must have fallen asleep in there so I pulled up to the Window to place my order. The lady who identified herself as the Manager, said "Our device must not have picked up your vehicle but I can Take your order now and you can Pay now, but you will have to "go back around and get back" in line to get your food. Keep in mind, I have a huge F250 Crew Cab with 4 full doors. How could it pick up little cars but not this huge truck? I explained to her that I already waited over 35 minuites and was not willing to get back in line, all over again! I "kindly" insisted "no", I was in line and already waited over 35 minuites at this point and I refused to do it again. She called Baltimore County Police on me. I guess it is my fault that in 2025, with AI and all of the other High Dollar technology out there, their system did not detect my vehicle so "I", the Customer was to be inconvenienced, by having to get back in line all over again. Had she been "properly trained", and not just "cut loose", with no actual Management Training, she would have simply said, "I apologize that our system did not detect your vehicle but I can take your order now and allowed me to wait right there at the window. Not to "further" inconvenience me by having me "Pay 1st, unlike any other Customer, then force me to go back around the building to now get behind the additional cars that came after me and the now longer line because their system malfunctioned, to then pick up my Cold food. What an inconvenience for the Customer, Really? And then, she proceeded to Call the Baltimore County Police on a Customer, when it's the Managements fault, is utterly unreasonable. Some people with authority that have no Management Training, should not be Managers, period. I have been in a "Senior Management" position with a Multimillion Dollar or over 30 years and that resolution would have "Never, Ever" entered my mind for a Customer who was definately not in the wrong. Fearing that type of ignorance may prompt them to Spit in our food, I left and went to a completely different restaurant (not Yum Brands) for my food. If this is acceptable behavior from Taco Bell Corporate and the Parent Yum Brands, I will no longer patronize any Taco Bell or Yum Brands establishment. very frustrating. I attempted giving this location numerous chances for years but it's terrible. something is always missing from the bag or from the food order itself is always wrong. Today was my last time going after being served expired food. The food was sour and you could immediately tell the food wasn't good to eat. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast foods. This location on Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville is the closest location to my home. This particular location has been recently remodeled so it is now very clean and up to date looking. However the food and service here is just as underwhelming as it has always been. I went here to get dinner for me and my partner this past week. I hadn't been to Taco Bell for months due to watching what we are eating. This was supposed to be a treat. First they redid the menu and they got rid of my current favorite menu item. They also got rid of most of their value priced menu items. I ordered a different burrito than what my usual favorite is and while it wasn't bad it wasn't particularly good either. Also the serving sizes at this Taco bell are smaller than any other Taco Bell that I have been to ever. And the prices are higher than other local Taco Bells. Oh and also the drink that I got didn't have the syrup in it so it was off as well. Honestly I would avoid this place. I don't plan to go back here. I can't tell you how many times they have mixed up past orders. If you want Taco Bell try another location if at all possible. read more

I recently went here and got burnt for my money because it was messed up. Just got off work wanted something quick to eat got home to find out that my order was done wrong. Tried calling the store phone ring for several hours no one answered. In case they're reading this it's order number# 311702. The order probably is messed up due to distraction between coworkers and to drive the window. Anyone else is reading this, I ordered the Doritos locos combo with one cheesy gordita crunch. Got charged for it but didn't receive it. What I got was a side of potatoes with sour cream on top of it. I did get my Doritos locos combo but I did not receive my cheesy tortilla crunch. We came here the other day and ordered cheese quesadillas, a potato soft taco, and the 12-pack cinnamon balls. The food was good, we received enough sauce packets to fill a swimming pool, and the order was correct. The two stars is for customer service. For some reason this location doesn't have a screen with the total when you pick up at the delivery window. The first thing the employee did was give us a soda we did not order. Evidently the previous car forgot it, so he offered it to us. We accepted it. Why not? Free soda. We wanted to pay with cash, and the employee said he didn't know our total because the total was up at the front register, but he said he would accept our cash payment. What does that mean, we did not know. We found this to be strange, unordinary, and suspicious. We said we wanted him to give us the actual total and the correct change. He then went to the front of the store, came back with our total, gave us our change, and we said our goodbyes. He rounded the change, though, to the nearest dime, so gave us back less than what was owed to us. Taco Bell wins my heart, but this visit shook my confidence. read more

I went to this location on Tuesday January 30,2024 at 2am and I ordered a grill steak burrito 2 of them. Once I got home to eat my food , I took a bite of the burrito and discovered it was spicy and I can't eat spicy foods at all. I called the location back and asked to speak to a manager and was told that I was speaking to the manager and she stated that I couldn't get my money back and that it was my problem not there's that I couldn't eat spicy food. She was very nasty and she also stated that I couldn't get my money back or exchange it for something else I could eat. Our mobile order on July 19 at 7:20pm came out at the drive thru after an hour! The order of 30 items for the family came out with only 18 items. The woman who came out with her headset on barely spoke English, and then claimed to be the manager when we asked to speak with the manager in charge. She kept asking to take my wife's cell phone with her into the store to show what was ordered. When pressed that they should have the order in the computer she conceded that they did. After showing the error she seemed to finally understand the order was grossly incomplete, and the food made so far is cold. She asked for 5 minutes to remake the order but that was now another 12 minutes ago. The store will not permit any customers to enter the store, and the store phone number forwards to a fax machine. I have been to this Taco Bell numerous times over the years, and can say the service level has drastically gone down. Bad experience #1 was 3 months ago at 7 pm. I always walk inside to avoid the drive thru traffic. Nobody was in line, and my order still took 20 minutes. But I realize every restaurant has a bad day. So bad experience #2 happened yesterday walking in again. This time at 8 pm. 6 people waiting for food, but nobody in line. Ordered a Nachos Bell Grande, steak quesadilla, and 2 cinnabons. I waited 25 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD! Full staff on hand. One woman had been waiting so long, she just got fed up and asked for her money back so she could leave. They are advertising drive through orders on the app however they are not doing this. The app tell you to wait in the drive through, when you get to the speaker they tell you to come inside (after waiting in the drive through). I then had to wait an additional 5 minutes inside- which is what I was trying to avoid! The manager said they didn't want their drive through getting backed up so they do this to all app orders. "Abandon Hope All Who Enter Here" ~ Sign At The Entrance of Hell (also posted at the drive thru entrance of this Taco Bell location) This is easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced. Typical drive through waits are around 20-25 minutes. The same length line (5-6 cars) would take 3-5 minutes at any other location. Last time I was there, they closed the doors 1 hour before the posted dining room hours. When I knocked on the door and pointed at the hours sign, they just looked over with a stoned "Derp face" and ignored me. So, you would imagine that a taco tastes pretty good after waiting 20 minutes. You're hungry, right? Nope. The taco quality is also mediocre. To be honest, "mediocre" is an understatement. These tacos are basically not worth eating. And I eat ANYTHING! I eat Taco Bell on a practically religious basis: 2-3 times per week like it's going out of style. I have been to a ton of locations.
