Don't go! 12/29/2021 around 1:40pm- Gave my order for nacho belle grande spent almost 28 dollars on my order and what I get is a complete rude service and wrong order. The folks didn't even follow the recipe. Forgot to add toppings on my nachos. Not too sure why it says it is closed. I was there 2 nights ago and it was as open as most legs in Vegas, just not all night long. Pitty. Zenen should be promoted. I will make this short, but Zenen greeted me very quickly after walking in. Made me feel important and genuinely seemed happy to be there and like he enjoys what he does. He is a perfect model for others in the organization. You should hire more people like him. Zenen has a level of courtesy and respect I would expect in a dine in restaurant. I would give a zero if I could. I went to this location on a road trip and was charged overprice for 4 soft tacos. When I asked the cashier why so much she responded with tacos are 2.89 each. I responded back stating on the menu it says 1.49 as well as their website and yelp. She said no and closed the window until the food was ready. So we of course checked our bag, knowing this and sure enough they lived up to their name and our order was wrong. I had ordered extra sauce on mine, my son ordered no lettuce. There was lettuce on his and when I asked which had extra sauce I was told they all did. I ordered spicy ranch instead of sour cream on my nachos, my son ordered no sour cream ( he doesn't like the ranch) both of course had ranch. Okay the old guy taking orders is hella racist. I just went to this location 9/4 at 1:30pm. He looked south asian/indian. When I went to place an order he didn't say anything just nodded his head as if saying what do you want and basically threw my credit card on the table, threw my receipt on the table, and just plain rude. It is Taco Bell in a gas station in a tiny town. There is a Popeyes next to it in the gas station. The menu is limited and they charge a premium for the remote location. The service was quick, the power bowl we both ordered. The drink selection is massive. The restaurant was clean and looked to be well maintained. read more

I had a pretty awesome experience at this Taco Bell. I've been to so many and this one was probably the best service and best made Taco Bell I've ever had! It even beats the TB Catina food I've had. After driving for so many hours, I read the menu wrong and mistakenly ordered something else. When I approached the window, the cashier totally helped me fix my order and really hooked it up on the cheese with the nachos. My cheese quesadilla and super nachos was delicious. 4 stars, not so much for this particular Taco Bell in Buttonwillow, my Chalupa was a bit off, taste wise. But for the entire Travel Centers of America Rest Stop in general. The restrooms are so much nicer than the average state run rest stops, with gas station, convenience store, and a Popeyes Chicken for multiple dining options. Do not go, bad service and extremely over priced. I love Tacobell. Don't get me wrong my regular one is great. But this one is horrible. The lady was unnecessarily rude to me. When I asked what sauces they had she told me, "there on the board". Then when she got my order wrong and I had to come back, not only was the worker rude but even the manager. This was a lunch rest stop. The TA always has clean bathrooms that I appreciate for myself and my family. The folks at Taco Bell were quick, got through the line in no time and had our order to us. We even went back and got a couple of extra items. Those too were delivered quickly. I don't have anything bad to say about our fast stop here. Dining area was clean and the place smelled fresh. I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell but this location has some serious issues. First of all, the restrooms weren't working here. I was in there checking to see if any of the toilets were functional. After my failed quest, I was about to walk out and saw that they put out an out-of-order across the door way (one of the ones that extends like a shower rod). Was I supposed to limbo under it or hurdle over it? There was a family in front of me at cashier who ordered drinks. They were given cups as there was a refill station. Apparently no one bothered to check or let them know but the machine was broken. My order for a single Cheesy Gordita Crunch was simple. The time it took for me to actually get my order was unacceptable. The way the kitchen is set up, I could see the orders on the screen and that there were 3 employees in the kitchen. Another patron came by to ask a question. Why it took the time of all three kitchen staff is beyond me. Two of them came out to meet with him. Only one of them was actually talking, while the other one was standing there with a dumb look on her face. The one that was still in the kitchen obviously didn't want to be left out because her work was at a standstill and she also stood there listening in and looking stupid. The cashier was standing around fidgeting the whole time. This location is a rest stop. I'm tired, likely hungry and in this case, was looking for a working restroom. Timeliness is key and they severely dropped the ball this visit. Don't worry, there is a Carl's Jr. down the street so you won't ever have to walk into this Taco Bell. read more

Driving home to San Francisco, a friend and I pulled over for a quick bite. This is a Taco Bell express, so the menu is limited. My buddy orders the #8 combo, (3 tacos and a drink which goes for $5.79. Even though he's younger than me, he has a shock of white hair. I don't think he looks old, but perhaps I'm just projecting wish fullment about the aging process. Anyway, he pays $5.64. I go order the same thing. I am charged the same amount. Grateful and pleased to be paying less, I then notice why. I have a 10% senior discount! I am not sure if I should be pleased or annoyed. I eat at Taco Bell regularly, and as such, I know how large their portions are supposed to be. I visited this Taco Bell Express yesterday and ordered three bean burritos with sour cream, but I was served bean burritos that were exactly half the volume/size of the normal size. There was a long line at this location because a tour bus had stopped outside at the time, so I wasn't able to complain to the manager about it. Perhaps the staff needs to be retrained on how to provide the uniform Taco Bell experience that their customers expect. Until then, this location should be avoided. read more

I was hungover and famished when I stopped into this establishment and ordered a Nachos Supreme and six Big Beef Chalupa Supremes. I'm lactose intolerant and sour cream gives me the trots but I'm a sucker for big beefy supreme taste, and this Taco Bell location brought it. After I left this Taco Bell oasis, I drove through the night until I had a Level 9 blowout 90 miles outside Reno.
