We thought of trying a Mexican meal at a food truck. The weather was perfect for dining Al fresco. The owner and server is a one-woman show operator. But I have to admire how efficient she is. I had one of the best Mexican meals I've ever had today! It was delicious and refreshing. We had such a memorable and delightful experience. Shrimp Tostada - so refreshing and tasty. I want to go back for this. Tacos: Al Pastor, Chicken, Beef, Carnitas. $3 tacos was so worth it. It had a generous serving of meat and toppings. I had to stop my son from eating, cause he would not stop despite saying he was full. Cocktail - hands down as one of the best I've had. It hs a good Ranchero Plate - Carne Asada meat with a generous serving of rice, refried beans and vegetables. Plus a side of flour tortilla. This was very tasty. My hubby loved the refried beans. My daughter devoured the steak.

    And from the front.

I stopped here off the highway on my drive from LA to SF. I had one their tacos and it was so good! You can choose from cabeza, carne asada, dorados, pollo, and others. Nice people too. Not so fluent in English but so nice. There are several taco trucks at this exit and I've been to nearly all of them. This one has the best tacos out of all the ones I've tried. I'm making this my default stop. Nice and clean too. It's at the Chevron station. I'm getting more tacos to take with me.

Since yelp is asking me what is in the photo as I'm taking the phone ... it's cat shit ... literally cat shitmaybe goat shit..

I hate to talk bad about a mobile trailer selling food .. butttttt I've ate here twice and damn this shit is sad .. like sadder than the whole little town of button willow or what ever it is ... last time I came I got a "quesadilla" with asada and it was more like a fuking kilo of cheese and a half a cow of meat with nothing but nerves... now I got the enchilada and theses shit taste like cat shit .. like I know we should not expect much but this blows my mind that I payed 10 dollars on that here's a pic of my enchiladas sad .... SAD!!! Plus I think the bitch in the front don't even speak Spanish

Solid. Worth a stop on your drive up north. Got a bean and cheese burrito, burrito pastor and another burrito. All were happy.

The food here is so good we might make this our regular stop on our trips up north!!! Loved it!…read more First, it's a road side taco truck so let's talk about the truck. The truck was very clean, and the person working (owner maybe?) was very professional! All five stars. You never know what to expect when you hit a new truck, and we knew we were in good hands from the start!!! What did we get? I wanted a quesadilla and asked for recommendation for what meat. The gentleman recommended carne asada and chorizo, and holy crud was that good!!! Amazing! He's totally right, this was a really good quesadilla! I'm not big on spice and asked if it was spicy. He said no, and he was right: there was just the mildest hint of spice after and it just enhanced the full flavor. We also got a chicken burrito. No joke, the burrito was almost as big as my forearm! The contents of the burrito were really good as well. Bonus, he was such good service he confirmed all the stuff on the inside to make sure it was what we wanted. Really appreciate that since I LOVE cilantro but my gf doesn't like it. That made it all the better . He also put the classic sauces in our to go bag, along with some silverware and plenty of napkins!!! These are small things but make a HUGE DIFFERENCE when you're on a road trip. Legit love this place. Will be back even if I need to go out of my way to do so!!!

I wasn't expecting the beans to look like that...kinda reminds me of beans in a can lol. Also, the salsa was awkwardly in these small plastic bags but I made it work. I really enjoyed the grilled onions, especially the charred pieces #yum I probably wouldn't stop here again because it's on the other side of town, NOT close to freeways/exits BUT overall, super good service. He doesn't sell drinks but is conveniently in the same lot as a quick mart.

Tacos El Paraiso - Teeny tiny sub-par pupusa - ordered a revuelta and got this cheese guy instead.

We initially stopped over here for a quick McDonalds bathrooms break and saw a lot of taco trucks along the road. We've never been here before but the food was excellent for a taco truck! Super fresh, super flavorful with the right amount of Mexican spices done right! Not shown was the devoured especial 3 taco Plato and tacos dorados de papas! Highly recommend to try this place out if you're ever stopping off this way!!! Service was extremely quick and friendly. Ambiance of the place with clean tables with cute flower settings to keep it looking fresh. They have a pumping sink to wash your hands or they offer hand sanitizer at the truck when you're ordering your food. They take all major credit cards and zelle or cash! My husband has the Super Burrito de Carne Asada and devoured it within 6 minutes he's Mexican so he would know what tastes good! The fresh salsa was perfectly seasoned and medium spicy! Yummy! Definitely need to keep this one on my tabs if we ever go back this way!

Don't be fooled into thinking this too! We waited 40 mins for tiny pupusas (and they got our order wrong). The food itself was fine, but not at all worth the wait, and *nothing* like the heavenly food that Tita's usually provides. Two thumbs way down, next time if Tita's is closed we are going to get back on the road to head up to that Mexican place in the plaza at the Paso Robles exit.
