The business owner is Maricella Salinas, and she is very friendly and loves what she does. She makes the drinks quickly and even adjusted my son's drink (because he didn't know it had coffee in it) and he loved it. The truck is so cute and could fit pretty much anywhere. We ordered a dirty chai, thicker than snickers and vanilla frapp that she added mocha and banana to and turned out delicious. They were all very tasty. I look forward to trying a different drink when I see her next.

They have a pumping sink to wash your hands or they offer hand sanitizer at the truck when you're ordering your food. They take all major credit cards and zelle or cash! Don't be fooled into thinking this too! We waited 40 mins for tiny pupusas (and they got our order wrong). The food itself was fine, but not at all worth the wait, and *nothing* like the heavenly food that Tita's usually provides. Two thumbs way down, next time if Tita's is closed we are going to get back on the road to head up to that Mexican place in the plaza at the Paso Robles exit.
