The ribs on the other hand slid right off the bone and was a good balance between tender and soft. I can't imagine what their tri-tip taste like. The tater tots had the right amount of seasoning and the broccoli salad went well with the meal. I found it cool that their restaurant has a warmer to keep the BBQ sauces at a warm temp which I've never seen before. I have to definitely come back at an earlier time to get the tri-tip.
