One of the best taco pitstops otw down to LA imo! Got tripas and buche! The service here is so nice as always. The tacos were delicious as always too - love supporting this spot. It was a bit busier at around lunch time from all the workers coming in. Def check it out if you're getting gas or charging in the area!

We were getting hungry on our way to Vegas and stopped by for some tacos At first online they said they were closed but don't be fooled. The lady was very sweet at the window, she took our order and the wait didn't take long at all. Keep in mind they even stepped out to talk and be thanked by another customer before us. Once we got our food the smell was just amazing The tortillas were hand made, the salsa was spicy and savory and great portions on the meat. They even gave us a complimentary tostada with beans best tacos I've had in a while if you ever get the chance to stop by, do so! You won't regret it !!! :D

Amazing carnitas tacos! The perfect crispiness and the salsa has great heat to it. Glad I didn't join the other at McD's because I definitely had the better lunch.

Stopped by for our second time here and the tacos were delicious once again. The flour tortillas were handmade and very fresh. I really appreciate the meat selection, we decided to try lengua and cabeza this time in addition to getting our favorites buche and tripas. They were all 100/5! The employees were all really friendly.

A new and very clean taco truck in Buttonwillow -- a nice lady working at the window. I had the asada, lengua and carnitas tacos. Surprisingly, they came with a free bean tostada. Also some radishes. Different salsas were offered, and I had the hot one. These were my preferred kind of tacos, basically meat, onions and cilantro. Very tasty salsa. The tacos were well-stuffed with meat, and served on single, thicker homemade corn tortillas.

Some of the best Mexican food I have eaten. Fresh tortillas. I had a fish taco and a pork super burrito.

This place is great! Very quaint with fast & friendly service. Some landscape planters are around where I rested my dogs, we ate at the patio area around the food truck. Protect your eyes when the giant trucks roll pass, the gusts of air are dusty. I got a carne asada torta & it was delicious & of a generous portion, tasty & soft meat.

We initially stopped over here for a quick McDonalds bathrooms break and saw a lot of taco trucks along the road. We've never been here before but the food was excellent for a taco truck! Super fresh, super flavorful with the right amount of Mexican spices done right! Not shown was the devoured especial 3 taco Plato and tacos dorados de papas! Highly recommend to try this place out if you're ever stopping off this way!!! Service was extremely quick and friendly. Ambiance of the place with clean tables with cute flower settings to keep it looking fresh. They have a pumping sink to wash your hands or they offer hand sanitizer at the truck when you're ordering your food. They take all major credit cards and zelle or cash! My husband has the Super Burrito de Carne Asada and devoured it within 6 minutes he's Mexican so he would know what tastes good! The fresh salsa was perfectly seasoned and medium spicy! Yummy! Definitely need to keep this one on my tabs if we ever go back this way!

Don't be fooled into thinking this too! We waited 40 mins for tiny pupusas (and they got our order wrong). The food itself was fine, but not at all worth the wait, and *nothing* like the heavenly food that Tita's usually provides. Two thumbs way down, next time if Tita's is closed we are going to get back on the road to head up to that Mexican place in the plaza at the Paso Robles exit.

The truck was very clean, and the person working (owner maybe?) was very professional! All five stars. You never know what to expect when you hit a new truck, and we knew we were in good hands from the start!!! What did we get? I wanted a quesadilla and asked for recommendation for what meat. The gentleman recommended carne asada and chorizo, and holy crud was that good!!! Amazing! He's totally right, this was a really good quesadilla! I'm not big on spice and asked if it was spicy. He said no, and he was right: there was just the mildest hint of spice after and it just enhanced the full flavor. We also got a chicken burrito. No joke, the burrito was almost as big as my forearm! The contents of the burrito were really good as well. Bonus, he was such good service he confirmed all the stuff on the inside to make sure it was what we wanted. Really appreciate that since I LOVE cilantro but my gf doesn't like it. That made it all the better . He also put the classic sauces in our to go bag, along with some silverware and plenty of napkins!!! These are small things but make a HUGE DIFFERENCE when you're on a road trip. Legit love this place. Will be back even if I need to go out of my way to do so!!!

I wasn't expecting the beans to look like that...kinda reminds me of beans in a can lol. Also, the salsa was awkwardly in these small plastic bags but I made it work. As you enter the serene space, once your eyes adjust to the low lighting, it's surprisingly large and well taken care of inside, with mostly booth tables and an informal service-counter, souvenirs from India, and deli case (with desserts and ice creams) across the dining room from the front door. We had good hearty Indian food served by warm-hearted older gentlemen taking care of us AND our grateful dog, Scooby. He was treated to plain "tiki" cuts of fire-grilled chicken. They said they always reserve a tucked away corner booth for those traveling with dogs to use, because it's simply too hot outside for our furry compan. The overall vibe is more upscale cafeteria than fine dining, but quality and pride of service abounds. Thank you Madu.
