We arrived to find half a dozen people already standing outside the truck, with a guy outside taking phone orders. He was quite busy taking those orders, so don't be surprised if you call in and can't get through; just plan on calling far enough ahead to avoid the lunch rush. In fact, calling ahead seems to be the ideal game plan. Not that the wait for long, but standing outside certainly makes it feel longer than it is. After seeing their drool-worthy Instagram photo of the Pambazo, I was sold. What is a pambazo? Well, think a torta but way messier. It's filled with potatoes and chorizo, and finished off with some of the typical torta toppings. Then (here's the kicker!) it's drenched in a red pepper sauce. Grab a handful of napkins with this sandwich; you're going to need them.
