I love Taco Bell. I only allow myself to have it like once a year. The crunch wrap supreme is soggy, oddly over spiced and disappointing.

Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to stop visiting this location. Tonight marks the fourth time in a row that they've forgotten one or more items in our order. I made the mistake of not checking before going home, so I was very disappointed that once again multiple items were missing. I'm not sure how they can avoid that from happening in the future, but I have politely shared that feedback prior to this visit and so it seems that nothing will be done currently. Very unfortunate when I would have to recommend everybody to avoid this location unless you're dining in or checking your entire order before you leave. read more

Been to this location a few times in the past year or so. Service is a little slow but the worst part is, the people working behind the counter say some pretty nasty things about the customers that they think they can't hear. And honestly, it seems like most of the time it's directed at whites. Also, there's a homeless guy that hangs around this place and uses their bathroom ALOT. The kids are always ultra excited when I give in and take them to taco bell...and it's spring break, so why not? They always get chicken quesadilla, no sauce, and basic plain soft tacos. I know is fast food service, but is 2023 and for the amount of money I'm paying for this food I expect the food to be somewhat decent, but apparently is too much to ask. On my lunch break from work, I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with onions and a side of nachos with cheese. While driving I take a nacho chip and it smelled rancid like the oil was sitting for months. It was disgusting I spit it out. I get back to work and the wrap had no onions. The general manager went out of his way to call me a few times just to make sure I got the refund and he got me and my wife a free meal the next time I stopped by. It's a fast food place. I have been going to Taco Bell for years! The dinner option is great and I have never had an issue. However, I have to say that the breakfast was a bad idea. My daughter and I went in the AM and we were served frozen breakfast burritos. The food wasn't warmed all the way through. They kindly refunded my money but I declined a replacement order. While we love Taco Bell, having to wait in the drive-thru line after downloading the app and being able to choose pick up in the store just to find the doors locked and be told that the app isn't updated to reflect the new store hours and being told to wait in the drive thru line to pick up our order that isn't actually finished even after the update that it was, has been extremely frustrating, to put it nicely. Everything I did to try to make it easier for all involved is now null and void. P.S. the 12 cars in the line for drive-thru really made the whole experience that much better read more
