We stopped here on Saturday after a day at Silver Dollar City. It was quite late but they have late night hours and they were pretty busy. We decided to order inside since the drive thru was backed up but when we went inside I was surprised they only had self serve kiosks to order at and there was a long wait for pickups too. The kiosks were a little tricky to use but once we placed our order I was surprised that even with the wait inside and in the drive thru the employees managed to get all the orders including ours out within 10-15 min. Our orders were fresh and correct except sauces were missing but we were able to get our own. The dining room was very spacious and pretty clean, and even the bathrooms were nice for a fast food restaurant. I would go back if we needed a late night meal again. read more

We didn't get to eat, so this review is on SERVICE only. Ironically, this location takes orders by kiosk but the associates handing out the orders were extremely rude. It all started after we ordered and they informed us that there was no coffee, so they asked what do we want instead. We asked if it was be the same price and they said they didn't know, once we decide what we want we would need to pay the difference. She responded in a yelling voice. My husband said, "You don't need to yell, I'm not yelling at you," she responded by saying, "this is the way I talk." So he said, "then I don't want to talk to you." She stormed to the back and told someone else to help us. We ended up canceling our order. Bad experience. A sign informing customers that the coffee machine is broken would have been appropriate. Less attitude and more good customer service would have made a difference. read more

We went to this location on May 26, 2024 and it was definitely one of my least favorite TB experiences. First of all while waiting for our mobile order there was an employee just leaning on the grab & go area not doing anything. Then a 70-year-old man came in who wanted to order and the employee, with an attitude, told him he couldn't place a face-to-face order but had to use the kiosk. The gentleman had no idea how to use such a device and the employee, though doing absolutely nothing at the time, did not offer to help guide him. My friend and I helped him figure it out. Now, for our order. The bean burritos had hardly any sauce and there was hardly any cheese despite my paying for extra cheese. My daughter's rice & beans had maybe a tablespoon of beans on a little bit of rice (and those containers aren't very big to begin with). Overall, I never have high expectations for fast food, but this didn't even live up to my low expectations. I do not like the self-service menu . You are not able to see the entire menu and you have to click through several screens for each person's order. This would be fine as an app when I'm ordering at my leisure before I arrive but at the counter with all the hustle and bustle and trying to get everyone's order is not efficient and can be very overwhelming. There are zero employees to help with app issues and we weren't even sure if our order had gotten through, which it hadn't because we needed to pay with cash but there's no attendant to take it. I started not to review this... I mean, it's Taco Bell. But the low level of service compelled me to do so. Myself and three other friends were working a late job here locally and wanted something fast we can take back to the hotel. There was nobody else in the drive-through line but they refused to take more than two orders at a time. They said we would have to drive all the way through the drive-through and come back through... We backed up and pulled forward and they told us that wouldn't work... We had to drive all the way around. Two of us ordered and my other friends decided not to get anything just because it was so ridiculous. (later identified as a manager) (great organization ), had us wait on foot in a crowd of cars. After doing this for 5 minutes with another man whose order had been wronged, I informed her that she had yet to apologize. She then informed me that she would let her friend, a local officer, know.
