We arrived at about 8pm. It wasn't crowded at this time of night. Later than we normally eat. Lizzy is our sweet server. She brought us drinks, chips, delicious salsa and took our order. Wife and I ordered chicken fajitas for 2 which came with chicken with onions and bell peppers, refried beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream. It was all delicious, but wifey said hers is better, since she adds MORE seasoning. We easily had 1/2 of the meal left over which we ate a day or 2 later. It was delicious the 2nd time around also. Pinch Villas is our long-time favorite Mexican food restaurant in Branson. The food and the service is typically quite good. The chips and salsa are complimentary and very good. This time we ordered a chicken burrito and a ground beef chimichanga. Both were tasty. I was surprised that the chimi was covered in yellow cheese vs. white, but it did have a good flavor. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is very good. I was greeted and seated quickly and the one server/hostess was friendly and welcoming. Drink refills were quick to happen, which to me is the sign of the server paying attention. Chips were thin and crispy, salsa mild and chunky. My favorite combination! I ordered the enchiladas verde and was completely satisfied with my food. The presentation was impressive as well. I was not expecting that attention to detail. My opinion on the food was not great. I did not care for the hamburger meat at all. It had a very weird taste to me. Ended up here after going to 2 other Mexican restaurants with completely empty parking lots, not a good sign. So glad we ended up here because the food was really good. Chips and salsa were yummy. Went to Pancho Villa for a late lunch, early dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant. Service was great, beer was cold, and the margaritas were wonderful. The large margarita is huge!! The place is hard to get into but worth it. We ran into many locals here and they love the place. I love good Mexican food and live in Chicago area so I know good food. This place has very good service and try the hotter salsa if you dare. I ordered burrito and tamale and wife ordered taco dinner. I used to come here all the time with my family and I never seemed to have any issues until the past few years. The service has gotten very rude and our table waited almost 35 minutes just to be waited on because the waitress was talking to someone she knew at another table. Ran into this place on the main strip of Branson and absolutely fell in love. I'm a huge Mexican food connoisseur and this is EASILY in my top 5. The service was great, the food was amazing. The serving sizes were perfect and didn't make me feel super bloated after we left, which is a problem I always run into at Mexican restaurants. The salsa was made in house and tasted fresh. was looking for a good place for tacos since it was Tuesday, and this place was rated four stars online, so we chose PV. Two of us in the party; we were greeted warmly & seated quickly by the hostess, and she was also our waitress. Turns out this was a bad call for us. After taking our drink order consisting of two waters, a beer and a Pepsi, she returned within five minutes missing one drink and took the food order. After ordering, the food was brought out rather quickly, and it was accurate...but still missing the drink. Turns out, the drinks we did get were the highlight of the meal; $12 for a three taco plate and $10 for a taco salad wasn't too bad, but the taste was Taco Bell on its best night; the meat had no flavor whatsoever; the salsa was watery; the hostess/waitress never returned to check on us except to clear the table and ask if we were ready for the check. read more

The huge amount of ribeye fajitas were so savory and flavorful. Plus the grilled onions made for a great addition to our second entree the chili relleno/cheese only. The fajitas were a better deal than the chili relleno as there was so much meat. The chips and salsa were also some of the best I've had and made in house by our server Veronica. Finally our surprise was a huge tumbler full of yummy strawberry margarita. I wanted something large enough to share for two but it was enough for four. I've never seen a glass that large. Thanks to our server who hustled during the 2-3pm shift and got the food out within 10 minutes or less until another server arrived.
