I'm gonna tell you a story. A young man wakes up at 5:30 to prepare for his long day of midterms. He goes to school, and does shoddily on his tests, souring his mood. He then leaves to immediately clock in to his job, but he frets not. He knows that after his shift, he can go to Taco Bell to get a much deserved Baja blast and quesarito. What he doesn't know is that the workers will basically tell him to F off because they don't have his food (it was placed at the correct Taco Bell AND with ample time for them to make it.) What resulted was an hour and a half wait for 2 burritos and a Crunchwrap, while the workers probably jerked each other off in the back. I mean come on! I was sat with my damn Mountain Dew for an hour waiting for this food!!! And it was mid as hell!!!!! Also the kitchen and dining room was dirty. At least 5 people were also waiting for their food. The workers were very slow and rude. I know this review is long and took way too much effort but I'm riding a high of 4 mountain dews (I drank while waiting for my order) and I need to get this off my chest. TLDR this place reeeeaaallly sucks and you should take the extra time to go to literally any other one where the workers actually do their jobs read more

We got in line tonight after the fair at 9:15pm, 6 cars in front us mind you. We placed our order and waited. Got to the window at 9:40. Wait at the window for about 15-20 minutes. A lady opens the window and says "you have a mobile order? If not we closing up, you got to go" slams the window close when I go to ask her a question and places a piece of cardboard in the window! Rudest lady ever!! It was 9:40 you can't just close the place because the line is now wrapped around the building behind us and you don't feel like doing your job. We didn't even order much and our 11 yr old son was very disappointed. So yeah thanks for that! We will never go to this Taco Bell again. Stay clear of this is how you run the place. The other worker had on gloves and kept having to grab himself and pull up his pants every 5 seconds. Maybe she did us a favor by not completing our order. read more

This place never gets orders right. My most recent order was missing 13 items. What's even worse is I get ready to dig into my crunch wrap thinking that will be my only savior, but took a few bites of all sour cream. Opened that piece up just to see there's ONLY TWO PIECES OF MEAT IN THE WHOLE THING. This location sucks ass and so do the staff. read more

What I find bazaar is that Taco Bell is known for using grade D meat and yet they give you the tiniest little spoonful of meat possible in your burrito like they're handing out prime rib. If you're considering DoorDashing from here, just don't. This location does a poor job of checking for accuracy before sending off with the driver, and I have more often than not gotten incomplete orders from here. Very disappointing to crave something, pay for something, and have to just get refunded for it. I cannot believe I have been here 3x in the last few weeks---schedule has been such that it was late and I did not want to return home and take the time to cook and not much was open so I chose to try out the Taco Bell in my area---each visit was a drive thru visit and each time I have no complaints except perhaps that I voluntarily chose fast food but that's not Taco Bell's fault--each of these 3 visits was efficient, professional, polite and quick---I cannot complain about the visit---the food was as expected --fast food but I chose fast food---based on my experience the 3 times it's only fair to give 5 stars. read more

The Taco Bell employee asked to take my order and before I got through saying what I wanted he cut me off and said "I'm not going to do that. It's just him and me tonight... The poor reviews on this page surprised me so I decided to share my experience. This is our "neighborhood Taco Bell" and we have found it to be a convenient fast food option. Before this year (2022), this place was a big thumbs down... service was slow and the food was always cold,, but something's changed this year and the experience is much better! The inside is very clean and there are three kiosks for customers to use to place their order. The kiosks are fast, make pricing transparent, and make the ordering process easier. I've never had to wait for a kiosk to be available. I've found drive-thru to be hit or miss... service is usually good but the experience is always subject to the cars in front of us. Unless the line is very small, I opt to go inside, use the kiosks, and get some napkins and sauces I have not downloaded the Taco Bell app (just because we don't eat here often enough), but if the interface is anything like the kiosks in-store, it would be a great way to order ahead. Try this place out. It's gotten better! read more

Sat at the window only to have the person making our order leave in the middle of preparing it leading to an additional 20 minute wait just to get our bag of food. Once we finally got our food after telling them what we ordered several times again at the window we were missing items and all our tacos were wrong. Everything was cold bc our food sat on the counter while workers sat in the back hiding out of view from people in the drive thru and they had the inside locked. It says their open until 2am, however they stop serving people between 11:45pm and 1am every night. They always say short staffed. This is sad to see a new store operate in this manner. For sure Jack N the Box and Canes will not let you down late night. This Taco Bell will let you down everything. I don't know what type of staff they hiring, but they all need to go! It actually blows my mind how they can spend money to remodel and make this place look so good but the service still be so terrible. Line moves sooooo slow and they still won't open the inside lobby for whatever reason. Like this time they forgot my sauce which is no big deal. I'll just go inside to grab my own. The service at the Taco Bell on George O'Neill is terrible. I went inside to order food on a Sunday afternoon, and there were four people waiting for their orders in front of me. I don't know how long those individuals were sitting there waiting, but some of them look frustrated by the wait. After about 20 minutes, all four individuals had received their orders. It took another 30 minutes for my order to be ready, and i was the only person in the lobby waiting for food. I timed it. In total, it took 50 minutes for my order to be ready. I watch the guy who was preparing the food for the people inside, and most of the time he was on his phone texting rather than making food. I understand that places get busy, and I have plenty of patience, but when I'm watching employees playing on their phones during each item their making, it's unacceptable. Employee pulls out a tortilla and puts it on the counter - employee pulls out his phone and texts for a couple minutes - employee puts meat on the tortilla - employee pulls out his phone and texts for a few minutes - employee puts cheese on the meat - employee texts for a few min, etc. I love Taco Bell, but I doubt I'll visit this location again. read more

This is the closest Taco Bell to my house. Usually they're okay, but recently service has been terrible. Two days ago, I ordered a Dr. Pepper, and received a Root Beer. I also asked if the straw was in the bag and the boy looked me straight in the eye and said yes. No, there was no straw. I was late to an important event and didn't have time to get it corrected. Today, I've been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. There's no way to leave the line, due to a curbside. 20 minutes for a $2.96 taco. Their online hours state that they're open until 2am. They close at 11. They've stared at me through the window multiple times. read more

I ordered $26 worth of food. I knew I should have checked before driving off. I'd ordered 3 soft and 3 hard tacos in addition to other items, and what I got were 6 soft tacos - 0 hard tacos. In addition to this, the soft tacos contained very little meat and instead were overstuffed with lettuce. I will never again buy anything from this Taco Bell. I normally like Taco Bell but the last 5 times I have been there I've wanted a Black Cherry slush & the machine is always not working." The machine is broken", "The machine is down", "The machines not working","The machines getting cleaned", its always some kind of excuse. I was never asked what I'd like, no apology was offered for being out of most items, nothing! I pulled off so I could call the manager to find out what was going on, but she was useless--no apology, no explanation, and refused to identify the name and phone number of the franchisee. This Taco Bell is the WORST that I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I have been several times, and every time, we wait for more than 20 minutes. Today was the final straw. We waited in the drive thru for more than twenty minutes for some nacho fries and cheesey roll-ups. When we got the food, I noticed that the fries were not seasoned. We tried to go back inside to get them seasoned, but they had locked the doors and were turning people away! A girl saw that we had a problem and was nice enough to open the door and see what we needed. We told her that our fries weren't seasoned, and she told us that they were OUT of the seasoning!
