When I arrived to pick them up, I was told they didn't have white bread or roast beef, meaning they couldn't even make the sandwiches I ordered. I asked to cancel the order, but the employees said they couldn't do it in-store--I had to cancel through the app. However, the app directed me to cancel in-store, leaving me in an endless loop with no resolution. I ended up reordering at another location and figured I'd call the next day to request a refund. When I did, the manager was incredibly rude. She repeatedly told me to "calm down"--even though I was speaking normally and politely--and then abruptly hung up on me. Instead of helping, she refused to process the refund and vaguely suggested I could "come in and get a sandwich," completely ignoring the fact that I had already purchased food elsewhere. This wasn't the first bad experience. Two weeks ago, I arrived at 8:30 PM (they close at 9), but the workers told me they were done for the night and wouldn't let me order. So now, I've tried to get food from this location twice and still haven't received anything--just a wasted trip and frustration both times. Between the lack of customer service, rude management, and overall incompetence, I won't be returning to this location.
