I've been to several restaurants in Louisiana and Texas and I have to say the Louisiana locations have the worst service. This one in particular this morning I ordered two sausage, eggs and cheese taquitos and 99% of the filling was sausage and cheese. There was no eggs on top of that I ordered online and it said to be there by 6:27. I didn't leave until 6:40 with my food. I've been coming to this location for the last 15 years or so. It never fails to give me delicious cheeseburgers of all kinds (highly recommend the Patty Melt). Sometimes, I sit inside or get it to-go; either way, it's a good experience. The workers are hit and miss, much like any fast food place, but that's a given. First of all, let me say Sam and Connie P. made my in-house dining experience most pleasant. It was my first time there and Sam was kind enough to recommend what burger l should order. The burger was delicious and very filling,the onion rings was hot and crispy, and the milkshake was nice n thick-the way l like it. Ms Connie was a gem, she made me feel so welcome by greeting me on my arrival. She went the extra miles to get me a lid for my drink after pointing out where they was located. Both Sam and Connie, was professional yet very personable. I plan on frequenting this establishment because of the two. Service was quick and served with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and although there were patrons there is was peaceful. For chain food it's hard to beat Whataburger in the south. Big burgers made to order. Julie wants hers just so and they got it exactly right. I always get the double cheese burger combo and all the fixens on it, always good! It's a busy place drive through lines are long usually. Drive through is open 24 hours. i ordered my burger with only ketchup, add jalapenos, bacon, and cheese. it came loaded with pickles and no jalapenos. i sent it back, they gave it back to me with a cup of jalapenos to put on myself. i told them i didn't want it with all the pickles on it so to took it in the back, scraped the pickles off, added the jalapenos, and gave it back to me. i took one bite and all i could tast was pickle. i almost threw up. If your from Texas and know what a Whataburger is then skip this one in fact can skip all through state. They do it like all the other fast food places here. Burgers are made in huge batches and are pulled from pile. Unless you catch that magic moment when they are getting them off grill you will get a cold gross not whataburger everytime. This is the closest Whataburger to New Orleans. It's not right off the interstate, but it is definitely worth the 5 minute drive. I love Whataburger and I RARELY eat fast food. This place is different though because the food is better than your average drive-thru. Their breakfast is also great! I order the jalapeno cheddar biscuit with a sausage white gravey and they were sooooooooo good. The biscuit was very fresh, though it was closer to lunch time. I was so excited to see my first Whataburger in months that I went ahead and ordered lunch for later, too. I got a double cheese burger and it was massive. The burgers here are twice the size of Mickey D's, Burger King, etc., etc. You have to try the spicy ketchup with your fries or hashbrowns. It's the best ketchup, ever. read more

Well not too much to say here. Second time here and still just as disappointed from a 24/7 establishment. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Taco with onion rings and a coke. The drink was BIG , onion rings tasted old but "flash heated" in the grease which gave them a soggy taste. I am unsure of what the taco was suppose to taste like.
