I very seldom do business with Taco Bell anymore. When it is run right it is good taste food. The last 3 times I ordered from them I did not get what I ordered. The first time they did not give all of my order. The second time they put maybe a teaspoon of meat on my tacos. The last time I had the girl look inside the bag to confirm my order. She did. When I got home I found stuff I did not order and minus what I ordered. I was pissed. I have now read posts that the manager steps out of the store to do drugs. I'm not saying he does but something is wrong. I strongly say I do not support $15.00 an hour for minimum pay. That is not fair for people who learn a skilled job. How is it that if a customer chooses to spend between $60 and $70 dollars each order, the staff cannot ever get the order complete or correct? Order was wrong. Missing one of the tacos from the combo, onions on the burritos, got nachos with cheese sauce instead of cinnamon twists. I called the location to explain that they messed up again and had to deal with a hostile manager. This is the 7th time they have screwed up the order. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Look. You may think you've eaten at better Taco Bell's in your life. I grew up in the 90's, the little Taco Bell dog.. yeah I remember that guy. I remember the first time I walked into a Taco Bell. The inviting staff, the smell of nacho cheese, fresh seasoned meat, Baja blast.. I remember it like it was yesterday... THAT, is exactly how I felt when I stepped through the doors at this very specific Taco Bell location. I was welcomed into the establishment like a seasoned vet returning home from war.. as I approached the counter, there were no high pressure sales tactics used.. when asking if there was still a $5 box I was graced with a very pleasant "Absolutely", from my new found friend, Eric. Eric didn't speak English very well, but that was fine, I understood him perfectly. I ordered one taco, and one large Baja blast. The fire was actually fire, little hot for my taste so I opted for the Diablo sauce simply for the name. Alas, I should not done this for I was sent running for the restroom which to my dismay, fresh out of toilet paper. The lighting in the restroom was fantastic, floor was slightly sticky. After clogging the toilet with paper towels, I returned to my table where my old friend Eric had removed my tasty Baja blast and placed it in the trash can, why he did this, I'll never I know. After informing another employee that someone had thrown my drink away and asking for another, I was asked if I was the reason why there was water now flowing into the lobby and then was promptly escorted out of the establishment. "Please pull forward to a parking spot" 20 min later, right back to square one. Once they came out with the "fixed order" they still missed part of the order and threw our receipt away.
