Terrible service tonight. I don't know if they had a manager in charge but they had 6 staff members standing around BS but not checking on there customers. We waited so long to place order tgen waited forever for waitress to come back to our table to help us. We request straws and ranch and we had to go fond our waitress to get the things we needed. I read all the reviews, they are a bit mixed, and decided to give this Chili's chance. We were greeted and sat immediately. The staff was very friendly and attentive and it was very clean. We ordered the triple dipper appetizer: sliders, southwest egg rolls, and fried pickles. It came out very fast, the egg rolls looked dry, the sliders were over cooked, but the fried pickles were nice. I ordered tortilla soup and house salad, my husband had potato soup and Cesar salad. Mine was mostly wilted and brown iceberg lettuce, his romaine lettuce was wilted. The soups were not warm and lacked in flavor. The tea tasted like a dirty dish rag. Yeah, not great food. Perhaps we caught the cooks on an off day? It was Sunday just before noon, I'm sure a busy day. I did notice the people at the table next to us didn't eat much of their food either. I doubt we'll revisit because of the food quality. But for those who don't mind subpar food and do prefer great service, you'll like it here. read more

Bummer. I used to eat at Chili's when traveling all the time...and was always satisfied, however, if you say your going to do something, I expect follow through. I ordered grilled avocado Sirloin, which is supposed to be topped with grilled avocado. Got my plate, no avocado...at all. I inquired with our waitress, and she came back and informed me they didn't have any but they would make me something else...Problem with that is my spouse already has her food...and instead she gave me a small cup of guacamole as a substitute.. fail!! If your going to up charge me, deliver what you promised. If you don't deliver, I shouldn't be charged. My spouse had the ribs, with corn and a loaded potato and it was good. Waitress was awesome and did a great job. She was pleasant and friendly and tried her best, even though there was an avocado issue. I realize restaurants run out of stuff, but when it's a major part of a featured entree, its important that everyone communicates so customers, like me, do not get disappointed. read more

Went here with some friends for a late dinner. It had been a long time since I had eaten at a Chilis. My mom and I used to go all time time and did the two can dine for $20. I chose the 3 for $10 which included a tea, entree (I chose hot honey chicken strips with loaded mashed potatos) and a soup. It was a LOT of food for all that it included. I was very pleasantly surprised. It also came with a whole cob of corn that tasted amazing. When my food came out it was a little on the cool side and I asked them to just warm it up a bit and they happily remade the whole plate and were very pleasant about it. Atmosphere was pleasant and the service was fantastic. Food quality was great as well! Very impressed! read more

If you think this location worth only 3 stars try Utah's Chili's, any location will make you feel like going back to Bartlesville in a heart beat. Used to really like Chilis years ago. This was first visit in several years. Maybe it's just this one location. Maybe it was an off night, but I doubt it because they weren't overwhelmed. Regardless, I was very disappointed. The chip con queso just isn't what it used to be. People always joke it's just hormel chili but tonight it might have been. The guacamole was unflavorful. I will admit the salsa seemed the same. They also seem to have changed chips over last year or so and they just aren't the same. My chili con carne was decent but about 1/2 the size it used to be. They charged a dollar extra for corn on the cob (which was always one of their staple sides). I told the waitress to just bring me their elote. She didn't and brought the corn on Cobb and charged me the dollar anyway. To make it worse, the corn isn't near as good as it used to be either. The Mexican rice tasted like it was from a microwaved dollar store packet. My son had sliders and fries. He didn't even touch the second one. read more

I did not like the experience here, I felt like they were trying to upsell me, I get there and after the waitress gives us the menu's, she asks if she could start us off with some strawberry lemonade, no thank you, I would like a cup of water thank you very much. That was the first thing I didnt like, the others were little things, like the fact that on their menu the prices aren't bolded, they're made smaller than the menu items so you have to look pretty hard to see the prices, I hated that, I guess what they're trying to get you to do is to pick the meal without thinking about the price, It just ticked me off. Another thing, the drink menu did not have prices, our waitress had to actually go to the bar to find out the price of a drink and come back to tell us, which we had to remind her to do because she forgot, what sense does that make? The food was alright, nothing to write home about but these little things ticked me off, I'm a college student so prices and money are important to me, it might not be that big a deal for other people but I did not like it. read more

I was meeting my sister-in-law for dinner and we decided to try Chilli's in Owasso. Early evening on a Thursday, the place wasn't busy and we had a comfortable both by the bar. The place was quiet and we were able to visit without having to yell at one another. For appetizers, we ordered chips and guacamole, and a margarita for my sister-in-law. The guacamole had a nice heat to it and the chips were fresh. We both ordered the Quesadilla Explosion salad. My first bite sent excitement to my taste buds from the tanginess of the dressing. There was hardly any chicken and because it was over-dressed, the salad turned to wilts. The cheese quesadilla would have been better had it been served right away. I had a feeling that our salads sat on the kitchen counter longer than they should have. Our server was really nice and friendly and check on us a few times while we were there. The best part of our experience was the fact that we were able to visit peacefully. As for the meal, not so great and it was just there to fill the gap. I'm not saying I won't go back, but when I do, I'll try something different from the menu. Kudos go to our server! This review will be updated. read more

Greasy, over priced, over done, dry food. The best thing about my meal was the pickles. Hardly any cheese on a mushroom swish, cold hard mushrooms, fries were hard or burnt. Not a good experience at all! We were travelling and because we have good Chili's in our area we decided to give it a try. First of all the floors were like a skating rink...we could barely walk in the door, and make it to our table. Next, the food was terrible. We ordered the fajitas and they were served cold. The flavoring they use had not even melted and was sitting on top of the food cold in orange clumps. It looked like the other 3 or 4 tables around us were upset with their orders too. We couldn't even take more than three or 4 bites and we didn't want to say anything, so we just left. We won't ever be stopping at this location again! read more

I'm sure the employees here are lovely people, and I don't necessarily blame them, but for some reason this location cannot figure out carryout/takeout orders. The wait times are always inconsistent depending on when you order the food, there doesn't seem to be a queue once you reach the restaurant, and lately I can't order on the app or online, which is frustrating when I have to consistently engage with the call while waiting in order to not be kicked off the system plus listen to constant reminders that ordering online or on the app would be quicker and easier. I've never had a problem with dining in, but if you order carryout, just prepare for a longer wait. read more

The food here is good for a chain restaurant, but the servers are terrible. It's one of a couple decent places in the Ville but the service is always lousy. Out of 20 servers maybe 2 are decent. We ordered and did not see the server again unless she was walking past our table, we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled, when we asked for more chips as she was passing she said our food would be right out, it wasn't. When we did get our food we had no silverware so we waited and waited and finally asked the manager as he passed if we could have some, he also offered us refills. It seems the servers here always want to give you optimum service right before they bring the check, sadly that's not how it works. I understand the service issue with lack of staff. But when you are waiting 15 minutes to get drinks after your server has "taken" them. And looks at you and runs away multiple times. And when asking what is going on (because other groups bigger than you came in after and have already gotten their orders taken and appetizers. Once drinks arrived, he didn't know which one was which and said, well y'all can figure it out. They were identical, but we didn't order the same. Do not recommend coming here anytime soon. Much, much improved since our last visit over a year ago! We ordered the Two for $25 Special. We chose Salads instead of one of the appetizers and were pleasantly surprised. The salads were large for a side salad, plenty of greens and trimmings. Dressing was on the side and more than enough. The salad was cold, fresh, and attractive. For our entree, one person had the Chicken Strips, Corn on Cob, and Fries. The other person had 6 ounce Sirloin, Mashed Potatoes with cheese and trimmings, and Broccoli. Both meals served hot and prepared to perfection. We brought the dessert, Cheesecake with Strawberries, home. The server did a great job. We left this Chili's last year very disappointed.
