My first and last... The burger was mostly lettuce. Adding an order of onion rings was a disappointment. The speil of how I was welcome and would be taken care of didn't disclose the level of care I would receive. The onion rings were burnt with char marks included. I ate the lettuce sandwich and left the onion rings. I was disappointed the food made it past all the checks and to my table. I wondered how the restaurant has survived several years serving poor quality food. I realized some customers must be treated better than others, and I didn't make the cut. I would have forgotten the whole ordeal if it wasn't for the conclusion of my visit. I was asked, how everything was tonight. I responded to the fact the onion rings were burnt and I didn't eat them. The cashier responded, without hesitation, "oh, okay, that'll be $10.19." I reiterated that the onion rings were burnt and I didn't eat them. "Okay, that'll be $10.19". At this point I thought they may want to call the police, because I don't eat burnt food. She called over the server to deal with the problem customer. That just made me sad. Upon entry the place looked clean then was greeted by friendly waitresses so off to a good start. Great burger! (Got the JJ.) Also had a side of tots. Next time I will request them crispy. We got there about 9:30. Mind you they were not busy or crowded at all. A waitress waited 10 minutes to even come get our drink order. They hadn't even taken the drink order of another table that had been there before us. So after she delivered drinks to both tables. Another 10-15 minutes went by before she even came to collect our food order. We ordered 3 double diner burgers and 1 old fashioned burger. The waitress then left before I could order the tots I wanted so my husband went up there to order the tots. They brought out the tots about 5 minutes after ordering. By this time it was about 10am. We were on a time crunch to get back to Tulsa so once 10:30 rolled around we decided to pay for our drinks and tots. It turns out they never even put in our burger order to begin with. So we were sitting there all that time and weren't even gonna be receiving any food. On top of that they still charged us $17 for the 4 drinks and order of tots. Boomerang Diner downtown Bartlesville Ok. Just a heads up... I ordered a "Big breakfast" this morning ($8.29). It came with 3 half pieces of bacon, that's not a typo - NOT 3 & 1/2 pieces! When I asked the waitress about it, she was as taken back as I was. She went back and asked the cook and he said something (not sure) and she came back with one piece of bacon. Wow! Came here for lunch with a colleague and it was very crowded, but we were able to get a booth. Service is prompt and within 7-10 minutes of ordering, our food was ready. Talk about FAST! I had the pancake platter and it was really good - I can't complain on getting 2 big pancakes, bacon and an egg for $4.99... I think it might be helpful if they had forks and knives readily available at the tables. We had to ask for them. Other than that, everything else was great. read more

Pretty legit breakfast. The western omelette was just the right size and the hash browns were crispy and awesome just the way I like them! Threw some picante sauce in too and made it just right! I got the Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger and it was amazing needed more ranch but was great,so were the 50/50 (Fried Pickles and mushrooms) were great too they were best I have had in a while. They have the good ranch that is not white flavored water like others and the frosted too beers taste better than most root beers. Couldn't decide between 2-3 stars because of pricing. This place is good from the workers to the food. The problem is that on Monday the deal is half priced burgers however when ordering thru an app it doesn't show the half priced only the full price.
