I tried take-out recently after having dined in many times. Everything was packed up very well and at the right temperature for serving. The chicken berry salad was plentiful and very fresh, and the poppyseed dressing was especially good. The meatloaf was also a hit, and the portion was huge, easily enough for 2 people. A couple of things to note: no bread is served with the salad or meatloaf entrees, so order a roll if you need that, and the mashed potatoes did not come with gravy, and could use some butter or gravy (I'm sure they would add it). Also note, the food did not come with any utensils, so if you need those, you'll have to ask. The servers were getting slammed with big groups right at 11:30am on a Saturday, but they were very attentive and the order did not take long to be handed off to me. Bricktown Brewery is your standard brewery in middle America. It feels like a chain with the same wood decorations inside. The menu pulls from a variety of places- pizzas, burgers, tacos, salads. To eat, our table got the trip dip with salsa, guacamole, and queso. The chips are thicker than most. For dinner, my fried chicken sandwich was fine. You get to pick your side and there's a lot to choose from. I opted for the green beans. To drink, they have beer, Pepsi products, sweet tea, and more. Service was attentive. read more

The ambience was expectedly casual if a bit noisy. The staff were efficient and friendly. The cheese curds were excellent. The breading was very crispy and the cheese delightfully melty. I chose my main dish poorly. I ordered the chicken pot pie. What I was served was a distasteful chicken soup with a burned pastry covering that had no relationship to the poorly seasoned soup beneath it. We decided to have lunch here so we can watch the Chiefs game so we sat at the bar. They were busy so it took a little bit to get our drinks and food. The bartender also took and served food orders in the dining area across the bar. We didn't mind the wait knowing that the game will take a while. Lol. I had the Soy Glazed Salmon. The fish, although small, was cooked perfectly. I loved the sticky rice and the steamed broccoli. Chris had the Bricktown Burger with no bun with a side of sweet potato fries (my choice, lol). Driving along after a long day at a golf tournament, in town visiting, I wanted to try something new, something local to beautiful Barrtesville. We came across this by chance....and this will now be an annual stop for me!!! Clean warm environment, the service was exceptional!!! Caring and courteous these ladies kept it going!!! Our server gave us the amazing suggestion of the sweet potatoes fries with the spicy caramel sauce. When I say mind blowing, I mean MIND BLOWING!!!! Just a great combination!!!! We've been here many times since they've opened in Bartlesville. The food is consistently great. I've had many different items, my favorite is their pizza, I love the brick oven bake and the flavor of their crust! The wait staff is always extremely helpful and makes our experience feel special. The music may be a bit loud for my liking but not near as loud as other places. It's always clean, no sticky tables or booths. The wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We opted for the bar. I had the ... DNR beer. I was shocked at how high the alcohol percentage, so if you're looking for a little litty mood with beer - this is the spot. Very extensive craft and local beer options. The menu is pretty expansive - typical bar eats, pizza, battered seafood, chicken. I would like to see some fried pickles on the menu! The pizza was delicious! I appreciate the fresh sliced jalapeños. The cheese cheesing! It was small enough for one greedy person and big enough for two non- gluttonous individuals. My wife and I really love local tap houses, so we were eager to try Bricktown Brewery when we arrived in Bartlesville after driving from the Louisville, KY area. As soon as we checked-in to the Inn at Price Tower, we headed off to find Bricktown. Okay, it's a chain restaurant. We didn't realize this from the previous Yelp reviews. We were both hungry, thirsty and tired, so we just went inside for a couple of local brews and a bite of dinner. Yea!! It was Happy Hour and the Happy Hour beers were all half priced - how lucky could we be. Turns out, not so lucky. The server informed us after we ordered our beers that they "were out" of our first selection. No problem, we ordered another beer. After a few minutes, she returned to tell us that they "were out of that beer, too." Now it wasn't like we were bumping up to the end of Happy Hour, it had basically just begun! The other 2 Happy Hour beers weren't our types, so we just paid full price for the beers they did have available. In short... Happy Hour beers are half price. We don't have any Happy Hour beers available. The food was just fine, no complaints. My wife had Fish and Chips and I ordered a Burger with slaw on the side. We enjoy chips, queso, salsa and guacamole as an appetizer. Nothing special, but not bad. We got what we paid for. We consider Bricktown Brewery "Premium Mediocre". I bet you will, too. read more

My husband and I go to Bricktown often whether it's in Owasso or Bartlesville and have always been satisfied with the food and service. However, today in Bartlesville I called and placed an order to go, our regular the Breakfast burger requesting lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on the side. My burger was totally deconstructed, with only the patty on the burger and all my other ingredients were in separate container, the egg, bacon, cheese and burger sauce...and no veggies at all. The young lady who took my order was not the friendliest, and didn't repeat my order...which is usually not a big deal. Super disappointed, this is one of our go to places for a good burger. I heard it was under new management, not sure if that is true or not. I definitely noticed a difference within the last month or so. read more

Been to this location 4 times since BB came to Bartlesville. Every time the food was mediocre. Just okay. Today was another disappointing day at BB. We wanted a quick lunch, burgers, and got Lawrence as waiter. So quick is out. Nice guy tho. Hamburger was blah..okay at best. Fries are terrible Limp and cold. Pepsi was flat as the table, but nobody cared. Took what seamed like forever to get condiments for fries and burgers. Didn't really have any better experiences the previous visits. Much better burgers at Rib Crib. No kidding. Maybe you'll have better luck than us, but we are not going back. read more

As always the food was excellent as well as the service. Our server was a young man and was very good. He was attentive and brought our food out promptly. We did have to ask for more water so that was the only criticism I could provide, but this isn't a fine dining establishment. Our food was very good, hot and portions were good sized for the money. I would usually get a beer, but because of a medical procedure I couldn't, but the had a good selection of draft and bottles and cans. Food had a good variety and was hot and tasty. Bricktown is one of my favorite restaurants in Bartlesville. First, Help Wanted signs are at restaurants all over town but not at Bricktown. Plenty of courteous servers every time we visited. Tonight, the Bricktown Burger, Sweet Potato Fries, and an extra entree-the Cup of Chilli complete with shredded cheese and Fritos. The food and service was out of the park-a grand slam. On other visits we truly enjoyed the Seafood Sampler, Chicken Strips, and the Meatloaf. So pleased Bricktown is in Bartlesville! read more

I just want to say, I love Bricktown and hope this experience was just an off day. Had the chicken sandwich, which didn't taste the same as Owasso. Neither did the Mac and cheese or the mashed potatoes. Mac was not creamy as usual but very dry. Didn't eat it. Potatoes tasted like instant and as not creamy or hot. Didn't eat those either. Had half of my chicken sandwich and it was very dry. Please make this Bricktown the same as Owasso!!! Not sure if I will try this location again. Two stars for the very nice server, who wasn't assigned to my table. She was wonderful checking on me. Wish I would've gotten her name. read more

I don't know where to begin, I'm a chef by profession usually I don't leave bad reviews but last night made me sick to my stomach, went for the first time to a brand new Bricktown Brewery in Bartlesville and first off as we walked in there is 10 servers just hanging by the front door doing nothing, it's a new place they all "dialing in" I guess but they all looked like they at the concert or something all bunched up together not doing absolutely nothing and it was a Wednesday, we waited for 20 min for a table then we ordered a beer and a glass of wine server comes and says we don't have that beer on the menu even tho they have a tap w exact beer I wanted they say that brewery send them that by mistake, ok, I substitute for another one my wife's glass of wine comes half of what it's suppose to be we just laughed and didn't make big deal of it, I ordered black bean chilli and my wife ordered French onion soup and we ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza to share it didn't take long for food to be made m, they brought it to our table at first looked good my wife's soup was a OK she said she would order it again, my chilli was a complete disaster top layer of the bowl was swimming in oil probably 1" of oil I couldn't get a spoonful of chilli without filling it w straight oil so I gave up told the server about it at the end and he said " manager took a note of it" I still paid for it tho manager didn't even make an effort to come to a table to apologize chips that came with the soups was "hot" and hard to bite, pizza was hot on one end and cold on another w clumps of chicken not diced as explained but one piece was 2" the other was burnt end, food was fucking disaster only thing that was good there was our server was pretty decent I left him still 20% tip at the end not his fault and they all still in training I guess is just I had higher expectations about new restaurant in town and it filed at least for us last night not sure if we gonna be back again, burgers on the other end looked good being taken to a table next to us, so I'm not sure if we picked worst things on the menu or whatever the case is but management should definitely take little closer look at what's going on in the kitchen and maybe call Gordon Ramsey to teach you guys how a restaurant should be serving its patrons. Went to the Bricktown Brewery with excitement and anticipation yesterday. The restaurant is very nice and well decorated. The booth was very cramped and a very tight squeeze for me! I'm 6'4" and slender and had a hard time fitting in the seat. I ordered the Cobb salad and was impressed with the visual presentation, the toppings were very nice, the bacon was delicious and the avocado was fresh and tasty. The salad itself was horrible and the vinegar in the dressing was so over powering that the smell made my eyes water! There was so much that the dressing was completely drenched and sopping with it making the lettice completely inedible! In my 60 years, I've only sent food back twice in my life and I've never been served a worse salad in my life! How is it possible to mess up a salad this bad! I stopped and got an Arbies roast beef on the way home trying to get the taste of the Bricktown Brewery salad out of my mouth! I'll never be back! read more

This is becoming a favorite of ours. They are always busy but the wait staff is attentive and kind. I had chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes while my friend had a shrimp poor boy. Both of us had delicious food and it very warm on this blustery day. The portions are more than generous, and for some reason we scored a complimentary warm apple dessert with ice cream.
