I have used her before for corporate event with a headcount of 300+ and it was always phenominal! This time we were needing catering for a Celebration Of Life for my wife's grandpa, It was small ~100 people. We wanted just appetizers, drinks and desserts. After selecting our appetizers, drinks and cupcakes we were sent the invoice. She included full service for two hours, she didn't want us to worry about anything. We have someone who is allergic to gluten and Carolina was more than accommodating. The day of service the caterers showed up EARLY!!!! How awesome! They were ready to go and I showed them where to set up and reminded them about the allergy. The display was amazing, it was so beautiful and more than we could ask for (pictures). The servers were on top of it, the food was being plated as people took it to make sure it was fresh (no chaffing dishes)! When the allergy plate needed to be made they changed thier gloves and went above and beyond to serve. We got rave reviews on the food from everyone! 10/10 for these guys! They are rock stars.
