She was so good at recommending different window styles that would elevate the look of our home plus improve insulation, meet fire requirements. As soon as she heard we have young kids, she automatically made sure all our 2nd floor windows had child safety locks, something my husband and I never would have thought of. She went the extra miles to make sure we were getting the windows that suited our use cases plus increase functionality. We didn't end up replacing our windows like for like because of the amazing recommendations by Lana and allowed us to make informed decisions that we wouldn't regret. She gave me a reasonable quote, put in the order for the replacement parts and said it would take a couple weeks to arrive. The parts arrived much faster than that and Joe reached out to schedule a time for the replacement.
