It's hard to believe that this BEAUTIFUL kitchen belongs to us! Since we had burned by contractors for other jobs in the past, I did my due diligence. Craft was recommended to me by a friend, but I still checked with references and got honest feedback from their past clients. Fortunately, Craft delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to others without ANY hesitation. Our project required architectural plans and structural engineering as we needed to remove walls. The timeline Craft gave us was adhered to and weekly communication kept us apprised of what work would be done each week. The crew was highly skilled, friendly, and clean. Since we were still living in the home during the remodel, we appreciated the crew's cleanliness and accommodations. Craft brought in expert craftsmen to build our cabinetry and fabricate our stone; both of whom were willing to customize our kitchen with unique touches specific to our requests. When questions arose, Chris and Jennifer addressed them immediately or patiently awaited our decisions. The two of them are a WINNING TEAM and were always willing to listen to our ideas and brought our dreams to fruition! They truly aim to please and care about their clients. Flores Construction based upon their Yelp reviews and the thorough and timely estimate that Rudolfo provided after visiting our condo. This is a family operated business. Rudolfo started it and now his son, Jonathan, works together with him on their projects. His daughter, Vanessa, handles the business side preparing contracts and staying in touch with their customers. They all worked together to make sure every part of the project ran smoothly. For our condo, Rudolfo and Jonathan, along with two employees installed bathroom tile floors, a full tile shower, a new vanity, lights, faucets, etc. They also did a full repaint of the condo interior and refinishing of the kitchen cabinets. Everything was done to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond what was expected from them even volunteering to help me move furniture out to my truck as we were emptying out the condo. One of the very big pluses in working with them is that Rudolfo and Jonathan are usually both on-site working together. I like this because there is always someone there with whom I can talk and get decisions made quickly. They always made time to answer all my questions. Another big plus is that Rudolfo works very closely with his customers to make sure that they select the hardware and supplies that are best for them. Rudolfo accompanied us to Home Depot to help us select items for the bathroom and kitchen and then went with us to a tile store to help us select bathroom tile. They are honest, forthcoming, and patient, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire project as they worked diligently to keep everything on track. Of course, with a full home remodel there are always unforeseen problems. When we hit a major delay due to the HVAC subcontractor, Aaron and Alex worked incredibly hard to resolve the issues and advocate for us. Even though those HVAC problems cost us about six weeks, the overall project still came in right on schedule.
