Whenever I'm home in Olympia, I refuse to go anywhere else for a manicure. Do not let the 1 or 2 star review unnerve you. If you want to see rude and rushed service, just pop down to any comparable salon in LA. T Spa is the best in Olympia for service and price. They carry a great color selection of OPI and Orly polish. Cindy is awesome for brow waxing ($7). The girls who work there are SO sweet, albeit a little pushy for silly flower and sparkle details on your polish job. Jade is my favorite for manicures. No place I've tried in LA even comes CLOSE to her detailed attention, not to mention her positive and empathetic demeanor. She takes her time, and makes you feel valued (not like you're just another rushed through chore). Miss you, Jade! It's definitely a fluorescent-lit in-and-out style mani/pedi strip-mall hang, so obviously if you're expecting a luxury spa-day gardeny escape, go elsewhere. I have always left relaxed and satisfied. After the nail spa I had been going to for years changed ownership, I decided to give T Spa a try. The ladies here were wonderful. The water for my pedicure was too hot, and she immediately turned it down and made sure I was comfortable. She took her time massaging my feet and legs, was friendly, but also let me relax and enjoy the experience. Top notch service in a laid back atmosphere, even on a Friday afternoon with a full spa! To address other reviewers complaining about the staff communicating in Vietnamese...get over it. Yes, you are paying for a service and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect by the staff, but they all deserve to be treated well also. T Spa nails is one of the best. Many would disagree with me, but I will share my reasoning. First of all, T Spa is quick, but not rushed. Every experience I have had generally has limited wait time and efficient service. If you are looking for a long, careful massage and an extremely relaxing experience, I recommend you go to a high-end salon and pay double to triple the cost. If you are looking for a quality manicure and pedicure T Spa is your place. One benefit T Spa offers is their amazing selection of gel polish. They have every shade and color imaginable. Tip: be careful of the brand you choose and ask your technician if they reccommend it. Some of the polish brands just don't have the longevity. I always have a great result at T Spa. If you don't set your expectations too high, you will be very pleased. It "is what it is" and they do a great job at what they do. read more

they were kind to me, but my nails weren't what i asked for. they also didn't clean up. i had excess nail polish under my nail, and on my actual finger. i also had to file the sides of my nails myself when i got home. i did ask for a more pinky pink (less nudish) but not this bright of a pink.. i was just disappointed. :( read more

I've been to this location a few times and have had a good experience. This last time I went was terrible. When my friend and I went, we just wanted simple manicures, no gel. And it seemed the service got worse from there. The gentleman who helped me didn't make eye contact, smile, or even said hi when I sat down. Another person had to tell me to sit down. Once I sat down, he got on his phone and started talking to someone. After awhile, he finally looked at me and all he said was "you need to relax." Referencing my hand, since I guess they weren't relaxed enough while he was prepping them? Before he painted my nails, he said I needed to pay so I didn't mess up my nails, afterwards. I decided to tip him 5 dollars because I wondered if he was having a bad day and a fair tip would help a little. Nope. He was about to shape my nails, but asked me how I wanted them. I said rounded, but wasn't sure and wanted to see my friends nails. Literally, he looked at the woman doing my friends nails raised his eye brows and said something I couldn't understand and they both laughed. After they were done, my nails looked great. He turned the fan on and told us to dry them and they left . He didn't say he'd be back, just turned the fan on and walked away. After about five minutes, my friend and I weren't sure what to do. Finally the guy came back and said "you should be fine." Didn't look at my nails, obviously didn't care if they were fully dry or not. So we left, and of course when I opened the door to my car and got in my nail smudged against the handle. I was tempted to go back, but I decided to just leave this review and say that I will never return to this location due to the horrible service I received. read more

My younger sister (16) went here to get her nails done for prom with some friends. The nail tech asked about all their boyfriends and when my sister she was actually going with her girlfriend the lady got very weird and rude and said "You have a girlfriend? That's sad.". Then she started asking invasive questions like whether our mom was okay with her being gay and if she had ever dated boys and why didn't she like them. Unfortunately, my sister and her friends didn't remember the tech's name but I was disgusted to hear about that homophobic behavior, particularly directed at a child. If a lot of girls come all the time to this one place to the point that all the chairs are practically taken it means this place is good. It is also clean, major plus. My issue wasn't with the pedicure itself that I received, that was fine. What wasn't fine was that directly after the woman finished my nails, she handed me MY bag and started in about paying. I thought that this was EXTREMELY RUDE. And as I sat there and waited for my toes to dry, I noticed that this wasn't done to anyone else. Just me. So after a while, she came back after she finished another client and essentially told me to go. So again, I was shocked about the rudeness of this one woman. Normally, I wouldn't have come here, but my friend likes it there and we were mainly there for her services anyway so I thought why not. After I was moved to the front for more waiting, I noticed that there was something on my shoulder. It was a chunk of the gel pedi that the lady next to me had removed. No stars is more likely. Terrible for the past year. I have given T Spa numerous opportunities to prove me wrong. Nails look like garbage after 3 days and they weren't spectacular to begin with. Little to no prep work. Don't push back cuticles and when they do they don't fill correctly. Nails peeling up after day 2.. So many things I could say... Not worth my time or my money. Never again. And they ARE RUDE!!!!! Would reccomend to someone I didn't like. And of course an employee's family member is going g to get good service. Duh!!! read more

The good: place is large, modern, and clean. The bad: frustratingly long waits, poor customer service, communication barriers used as an excuse to charge more than is listed on the services menu. Decent job on acrylic nails, but did a full set when we just asked for a fill... did the wrong gel shade... and offered to charge $16 more for a color change... glad there are so many other places in town because we can check this one off the list! read more

I have gone to TSpa since at least 2008 and I'm DONE.....will never go back. 6 months ago they burned me with my lip and brow wax. Pay attention they redip the same stick in the wax. Did not get a I am sorry when I complained about this for being burned. I have continued going back still for my manicure and pedicure, I have had my last straw with this establishment, my cuticles have be cut one too many times. I think this is one of my first posts in a while, and I think it's my only negative one. First of all, I brought my son in with me to get a "boy's pedicure" and the woman who took care of him did a wonderful job, so this post is not about her in the slightest. The woman who did my nails misunderstood me when I said I needed a color change and back fill (because I have acrylics). It would have been fine if she had corrected the mistake, after she had already started the process of just giving me a gel manicure, but instead she continued to give me a regular gel manicure. She sanded (for lack of a better word) my acrylics down, but did not back fill or anything like that. Then she gave me a manicure that looks incredibly hurried. I went in at 10 this morning with my son. I'm finding more and more spots where it looks like she hurried through the "manicure". I'm left with a botched set of nails that were pretty to begin with, and I'm never coming back here, not even to get my son a "boy's pedicure" again. I left a $10 tip mostly for the lovely woman who took care of my son. read more

If I could leave no stars I would! I will NOT be going back again! I wanted to try the dip nails.... I've never had them but hear great things.. tell them what color.. a very RUDE lady starts doing my nails and is annoyed when I try to help with the way I bend my fingers like trying to help.. so I stop then she gets mad because I'm not doing it. ‍ so I ask her if it's going to change to the color I wanted.. I wasn't sure if there were steps to get there. She gets angry and says that's the color I wanted. I tell her no it's not I wanted a pink with sparkles! She started yelling around to the the girl who did my pedi. And at me asking why I didn't tell her sooner! I explained I thought there was steps! At this point everyone in the salon is looking at me. My face is on fire! I tell her I don't want my nails done anymore.. she starts angrily removing it. Puts the cotton and foil on and walks away! Nobody is helping me I walk to the front embarrassed wanting to pay for my pedi and leave! I take the foil off myself and tell them to let me pay so I can leave! The guy starts picking my nails at this point I'm In tears and he just tries to give me $5 off for next time... there won't be one ever again! And still charges me full price after being treated awful! I couldn't leave fast enough! This is the third strike for me! This is Olympia's very own pedicure factory!! By far the BEST place to get a good cheap pedicure. All the gals are very thorough, make your feet look beautiful and give you a great leg/foot massage on top of it. If you really wanna go all out they offer a salt scrub massage (for an extra $5--watch out though because they don't tell you it's extra when they offer it). But this is definitely the place to go. I go here for my monthly pedi and I have never left dissatisfied. You walk in, they sit you down in one of their massage chairs and off they go! For regular color it's 15 dollars and then twenty if you want french tip or nail art. Cheapest in town!! read more

I went here with a friend for pedicures after work recently, and neither one of us will be back! The techs were not friendly at all; hurt my friend's feet while taking care of the cuticles, and neither one of us got a good pedicure. My tech got up and left three times. She didn't slough the dead skin off my feet other than a light scrub with the sponge, which is the main reason I get pedis. I asked for a flower on my big toe for the first time ever, and she didn't even make them symmetrical. One toe has it in the center of my toe; the other is off to the side. After the 15 minutes she took for my whole pedicure (aside from the 10 minutes she was doing other things), we were herded like cattle to the drying table. In fact, she picked up my purse from my pedi chair, raced ahead of me and dropped it on the counter there, and I never saw her again. The other tech told us to sit to dry our nails and wanted payment then. Nobody ever told us it was okay to go, thanks for coming, or anything else. There was polish on my skin when we left, too. I went in to get a fill and was told the wait would be 15 minutes. i didn't mind, until i sat there for 45 minutes without any help, after about an hour went by, 2 ladies walked in and wanted a fill as well as full set and were seated right away. customer service was not great and i will not be returning to this spa again. read more

DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed here! On one of my eyebrows, they waxed off 1/4 of the hair on my eyebrow and now my eyebrows are not even. My eyebrows are naturally blonde and don't have much pigment in them, but you can still tell where my eyebrows start and end! I've been comin here since July 2016 and I've been getting pedis , so just today I go back and they do my pedi and they are charging me $37 just for my pedi!!!!! When they have always charged me $25! I asked why so much and they replied with " we charge on what we do" like what ???! They have always charge me $25. Also the lady that was doing my full set was acting so unprofessional. I went for a manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure did not want to be there. She barely got any of the dry skin off my feet. When it was done you could see all the dry skin remaining. Seeing what a poor job she did on my feet I told her I would not be needing a manicure anymore. She scolded me for not letting her know sooner because she just told a customer to come back in 20 minutes. Will never go back again. read more

I drive all the way from Aberdeen to get my nails done here- they are great! Quick, and their work is good. I get a fill every three weeks and never have lifting. And their prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone! The only drawback is that they are usually very busy, so it's not really a relaxing atmosphere. But that's not what I'm looking for, so it doesn't bother me at all. read more

I have been in twice now and both times I was deeply under satisfied. I gave it two stars because it is clean and they didn't hurt me and did their job competently but my design was terrible. I came in with very basic designs and both times they were unable to do them even close to what I was asking for. For example I asked for two stripes on my nails and they did my whole finger in stripes even though I asked them to fix it. They had a second nail artist come over and she was unable to do it as well. It was also very difficult to communicate with them and they were not very friendly or talkative in general. read more
