I don't review often but today I feel compelled. I've been to this location for four manicures now. The first three were great. Fast, good price, wide variety of services and colors, clean and friendly. However, I found my 4th manicure disappointing. I usually get a 'dip manicure' which lasts me more than three weeks. With this particular manicure I had breakage after day 5. I felt really bad going back in and asking to have them fixed... but I'm glad I did. Julie was so kind and not only did she fix them, she fixed them quickly and also offered me an alternative product that already seems like a better fit for me. She fixed the few broken nails and then spruced up all the others so they matched. I'm so glad I went back in. I highly recommend this T Spa location and Julie- but Same is also a total sweetheart and gives a great pedicure, if that's what you're looking for. read more

Extremely poor and rude service. Low quality work as well. I have given this place 3 opportunity's to redeem themselves, each time has somehow been worse than the last. There are a few other places in the area that do better work, more professional and they are pleasant to deal with. DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE! 100% unprofessional. I called at opening time to see what time they were closing, the gentleman notified me of a 7:00 pm closing time. I requested a 6:00 pm pedicure appointment and they gentleman accepted and took my name. I arrive at 6:00 pm and a gentleman notifies me that I can't get a pedicure (ALLOW I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT) because he let everyone go home early at 3:00 and he didn't know my number so he didn't care to call to see if I could come in earlier. Nor did he try to offer me any form of customer service. Just turned me away and kept on about his day without a care. I wish I could give them 0 stars! read more

I really wanted to like this place. I ignored the previous review and went anyway, hoping maybe they simply had an off day. With only 1 hour to do anything and being my first time out of the grasps of a 2 and 5 year old I would have taken almost anything. They have a nice interior and somehow avoided the "nail place" smell. They do have cute kids chairs with DVD for kids if they are getting pedicures. I got a pedicure and my eyebrows threaded. The pedicure was pretty standard, even though the girl spoke English she didn't engage in conversation. I had to request to have any callus treatment done which was met by some resistance on the techs part. The eyebrow threading was horrible with more plucking then threading, as well as pinching my skin causing bleeding twice. I will not go back for this. Pricing structure is the same as all salons. 20$ pedicure , 12$ manicure and they do offer gelac manicures for 25$. If I ever make an escape again and haven't preplanned I would go back, but I think I'll be looking for a new place to go in the future. read more

Called last Saturday to make an appointment for my mother in law and myself for the following day. The next day my mother in law and I show up for our appointment on time. The gentleman at the counter asked what he could do for us, (like we were a nuisance) I told him my name, my appointment time, and what we were getting done. He told me he had no appointment time for me, and then said I probably wasnt at the right nail salon. I pulled up my call log, and asked him if their number matched the one I had in my call log. He said, "yes it is, I guess we didnt write your appointment down." He then walked away. No apologies. No fucks given. Sat down, and ignored us. He never apologized for the mix up and never tried to make it right. We were ignored in the waiting area and never addressed again. I will never come back. Customer service is key to keep people coming back so that these people can stay in business. Royally failed. I will never ever give this place my money. If you want to be treated with appreciation for giving a nail salon business, do not come here. read more

Horrible place went there today for the first time because I needed a quick pedicure. As I came in the lady just looked at me like she seen a deer in headlights I asked are y'all to busy to do pedicure because they looked pretty packed she said no with an attitude. She was like sit. I should have left then. They also were making rude comments while doing the pedicure and of course I through shade back. Lastly if it was up to me they would get 0 stars. I just discovered gel nails and how much I love them so I have been searching for a place in my area that will be my new go to place, T-spa will definitely NOT be that place. The whole process took about 2 hours (had to call DH to make him pick up the kids as I had only planned for about an hour and 15 minutes tops), the girl that did my nails made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time, I kept having to apologize to he about needing my current gel nails taken off and asking for a design.. She talked about what a pain gel nails are, told me she hated doing designs and insulted me and my job. There are little fibers and strings under the topcoat she put on because she didn't clean them before slapping it on. I'm not even sure she did the right topcoat because my nails were not shiny at all when I left. I had to put on another topcoat when I got home (thankfully I have an at-home gel nail kit). It has been 3 days and the design is already starting to chip off. Save yourself the aggravation, do not go here. read more

Love this place!! They always do a great job on my nails (I get gel on top of acrylic). I feel like they take their time and give you exactly what you want. I don't go to any other nail place when I'm home. I recently moved to California for a few months and had to get my nails done somewhere else and realized how awesome my nail place back home is!! My nails NEVER chip and NEVER break. And they can serve you a glass of wine while you get a pedicure, my mom and I have done that a few times. I started going to tspa about 2 months ago I was referred there by a dear friend of mine I had my first set put on by Julie she did a amazing job..went back 10/11/18 had a pedicure and a fill done pedicure was great but the fill was something else Ben the owner of tspa did my nails he was paying more attention to his phone than to me his customer and it showed in the end result..I went ahead and paid for the services but was not happy I called back the next day and talked to Tina I told her that Ben didn't take the acrilic all the way to the cuticle and it looks I need a fill after just having my nails done yesterday she said please come back we will fix I told her I couldn't make it back till Tuesday or wed because of my schedule and I live a long distance from tspa she said that was fine..So I met my gf there that refired me went in and seen Ben told him I talked to Tina and he instantly was rude to me I explained to him what happened and who I talked to and he says I am not giving you a fill it's been a week I was completely thrown back after I had already talked to Tina he proceeded to grab my hand he buffs off all the color gets a Polish that is completely a different color and paints my real nail where it should be acrilic I was in shock then he grabs a sponge and puts silver from top to bottom on my nail he shows me and says like this I said no you are not listening at this point my blood is boiling and my friend said something to him at this point and she was extremely upset I told him to paint them just like they were before nothing else after he was done he got up walked away not one word...Then the gal that was doing my friend's nails asked to see them all she could do was say she was so sorry she new he was in the wrong and Ben does to...like I said before Ben should not being doing nails he is to concerned with his phone and what ladies meaning customers has his number as for all the other employees there they are wounderful but I definitely won't be back after being treated so poorly.. read more

This is my go to place. The folks here are always polite, funny and welcoming. They ask after my mother and grandmother every time. I regularly get pedicures and manicures here (during my busy season I get gel manicures) and they are great every time. If I happen to smudge/chip my nails, I've gone back as far as 5 days after and they've gladly fixed what I messed up. Also, if anything isn't done exactly the way I want, I simply tell them and it's fixed. On a personal note, I love that they speak English as much and as often as they can. I've been here several times and can never get a consistent mani/pedi. I stopped in last Thurs to get a gel polish change. They were busy so I had to wait, which was totally fine. The girl rushed through the mani, as well as applying the gel and top coat. When I got home I could see how uneven the top coat was applied, not over the entire nail, and several nails are wavy from being uneven. Within 24 hours I had gel chipping off the ends. It's been 3 days and I've had to file several nails down due to the gel pulling off the ends. No impressed....doubtful I'll return. read more

I went here with my friend and I got the guy that works there. He was the worst!! First he was pressuring me for a gel manicure over and over I had to tell him no many times.. then he cut two of my cuticles to the point of bleeding a lot !! So bad! Came to get a fill here because my usual nail place was closed for the 4th of July holiday. My nails were uneven. I had gel polish all over my fingers. There were air bubbles, lint, and the polish was lumpy. When I told the gentleman that was doing my nails that there was lint he seemed very annoyed and sighed as he continued to "fix it." I left so unhappy and didn't even bother trying to make them fix it. I went to my normal nail place and had them fix the horrible job that Tspa did on my nails. read more

There aren't many places where you can walk in and be serviced right away... however, I've been here several times and each time I've just walked right in and been able to go straight to one of their many spa chairs to await my pedicure. The pedicures themselves are great! I always get the french tip and it lasts for at least five to six weeks! The service is great too... everyone has always been very friendly. Best part? The value-pak in Oly has a coupon in it for $5 a spa pedicure! I should mentioned that although I live in Tumwater, I come to this one as I've been to the one near my house and feel that the quality of the work they do here is much better! read more

I've been a loyal customer for years. 8 years. I used to be a nice place to go to relax and whatnot thank them a lot of nice things if accepted for tile on walls they now serve drinks and things like that. They are so busy though that it's no longer fun to go. Their work is not as good as it used to be some of the girls can be rude.this last time that I went I wasn't even told how long we would wait and I couldn't just leave because my daughter's prom was the next day. It's been a frustrating experience over the last year. on one hand I'm happy for them that they're growing in there going to be any more clientele on the other hand I'm frustrated that the service is suffered and it's not a nice place to go anymore. read more

I always come here for my eyebrows. They're reasonably priced and they do them how I ask. Today I took my 3 year old for a mani pedi , they have children's spa chairs. They did an amazing job. I would rate it negative stars if I could :( I had the most rude nail tech who did my nails, she burned me with a heat fan then didn't care that she burned me . before she finished she requested my payment on the counter then didn't run it till much later . wanted me to leave my debit card out while she sat a person right next me and my Unexposed debit card . . The wanted to go digging in my purse to put it away . I'm like no! She then started chatting with a employee and giving me a rude eye . It was Just rude :( . Then she flipped a top coat one very thickly. I went here after going to a few nail places in Lacey and olymbia and i liked it here. The prices were find. It was $30 for a pink and white fill. they also do threading there too and perm tattoo. The two ladies there were nice the girl that did my nails looked like one of the youngest girls there she was just turning 25 and has been doing nails for 9 years and she did an awesome job!!! i did love them. i will go back to her next fill in. read more

I went here today for the first time, not really knowing what to expect after reading the mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The spa is very large, open feeling and most important (IMHO), very clean. I had a pedicure and a fill. My pedi was great! I just about went to sleep because I was so relaxed. The fill looks fantastic. The last two places I've been have either made my nails as thick as toenails or way too wide. My nails are perfect now. I will definitely be going back! read more

Won't be back. I used to go to the one located in Olympia all the time. Nice girls and more of a family run shop. Now its lost its charm and service. Had to wait almost 50 minutes to get in for a pedicure. I've had a lot of pedicures and the last one I got here was not great.
