The maître d' said "No", that they reserve those seats for four people. I completely understand if the restaurant was busy or expecting more people. I said, no, I would be leaving. I was allowed to leave. After all, he had no stake in the revenue. But I hope the owners will take notice of this. You have lost a customer, and likely a repeat customer.
