I really like this place. I've been going here for the past 2 years about every other month. The prices are reasonable. I always get gel polish and it lasts for 3-5 weeks! I've been to other salons where it doesn't even last 2 weeks. They do great eyebrow waxing as well. The staff is polite. I would highly recommend them. read more

I had a Heavy set mid 50's Woman do my Nails, She was terrible. The rest seemed fine. she did not use base coat on my toes. no leg or hand wrist massage. one hand was filed pointy, the other round, Started to put on the wrong polish but I caught her mistake. The drying light she used only stayed on 5 sec then she would have to hit a button to turn it back on. I watched all the other girls doing other customers the right way. This Woman was the laziest I have ever had. I was just rushed through. When she was done with my nails she got up and moved to the next customer not saying a word to me. My Sister was so Embarrassed as she told me this was a good place that she paid for mine. I was pissed she gave her a good tip. I may go back there but I will make sure that woman never does mine again. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in to get my nails done w a bride and her mother. We asked about different types of nails and instead of getting informed, we got rude responses. We ended up w simple acrylics. The bride had child like hand writing "I do" on her ring finger being that's all they were able to do. As for the nails...well , a picture can say a thousand words. They are huge, crooked, thick and chucks of acrylic surrounding our nail beds. We politely voiced our opinions only to be insulted as to where we are from w jokes. Needless to say we left and immediately found another salon to fix the damage we were left with. And wipe the tears from the brides cheek! Awful! Just awfull! read more

Ew. My nails were awful. They were thick and globby. I was never asked at any point to wash my hands. They werent busy but rushed thru everything. If it were only that I would probably give them a second chance because anyone could have an off day. It appeared the sterilizing unit was being used for storage. The couch was grubby and had rips in it. The ladies went in the back to eat and when a customer came in they came back out picking food from their teeth and did not wash their hands. Later I found a weiner dog hair shellacked into my mani. Yes, they have an over weight dog that shares the chair with the techs. When not in the chair you get a half time show where he rubs his nub on a piece of carpet. Buyer beware. read more

Went here once because it was near where I was running errands and it was a good experience. The girl was very nice and talked with me the whole time. She did a great job and I know they keep up to date on nail trends. Only minimal pitfall was it took a bit longer to get my acrylic fill here but she did do a fabulous job and I wasn't in a hurry. I have been going there for a while never had a problem until like a week ago when I went in. I went in there to get a fill my finger nails were hurting not because of them but because I waited to long to get them done I get in there and I get the girl I don't really like going to cause she very rough. I had a broke nail she rips the acrylic off a long with a piece of my actual nail it's bleeding she acts like nothing happen she didn't even ask if I was okay she just continued to fix my acrylic . I ask her if She can make them a little shorter because I know I can get them a little shorter and still have coffin shape cause I've done it before and she told me no I was just like I've done it before and then she just started arguing with me so I was like whatever just keep them the length they are. My nails were inflamed and that one finger nail that was bleeding was really hurting she was just be so rough. Fast forward a week after getting them done they don't feel like there on very well I work in fast food so my acrylics normally go through hell and never break unless I've had them on for 3 weeks it's been a week I go to unbuckle myself in my car and my nail breaks Ridiculous not going back read more

Went in without an appointment, they were slow. Had 2 adults and a small child. We asked for mani/pedi's. As we were getting pedi's done they became busy and told us "they were too busy to do our nails." They changed their price to benefit themselves after they were "too busy" and still charged us thier picked price. As we paid with credit card and it was signed with a zero tip, we were asked "no top?"... When I walked in it took a few minutes of standing there to even be acknowledged. When I was finally acknowledged I was asked what I wanted in a rude way. After answering, I was then ignored even more (note: most of the people working here were just sitting on their phone). After finally getting someone to start working on my nails, the workers where to busy talking to each other to even talk to me. I tried starting a conversation but my questions were brushed off. Do NOT go to T-Nails in Graham . After only hours of having nails done starting chipping and flaking off. The owner said they were picked off. I showed him the lifting and he kept arguing in a loud voice I told him I'll go someplace else and he replied I don't care once again in a very loud voice with a salon full of patrons. Just a word of caution, as my niece and I are getting a pedicure at T Nails in Graham they were having a hard time understanding the designs we wanted . Come to find out they could not do the design I wanted after trying. So instead of giving me a discount the gentleman decided he should raise his voice at me... Don't waste your time at this crappy nail salon. Tina is nice but the rest of them are rude and rushed, they always want to do my pedicure and manicure at the same time which I don't like because they charge me for a full manicure when all they do is polish and half ass the massage. Me and the owners husband do not get along well, he is always sitting there on his iPad looking uninterested while their 10 year old son scratches his butt in the chair next to him. There are ants all behind the pedicure chairs and when I brought it to the attention of the owners they took out some generic raid and sprayed it once to pacify me. Can you say unsanitary?! I will only go back there if I'm in a jam, oh and DO NOT GET A BROW WAX HERE! They will make your eyebrows uneven and when you tell them about it they will blame it on your face (seriously, wtf?) This place sucks, they don't even have a TV for you to pretend to watch as they interrogate you about why you don't come more often or where you got your nails done last time. The worst experience ever. I just went in to get my nails cut down and they are soo rude. Soo unprofessional. Why keep asking me where I got my nails done, why does it matter? The place is soo filthy. I didn't even want to sit down on the couch cause it looks so nasty. I don't know why they kept telling me that I would have to pay for the cut down, I am aware of that. Honestly one of the most ridiculous nail salon I have ever been to. I seen the ratings so I thought why not give them a try? Plus I love animals & I don't mind the cute dog. The lady who did my pedicure was so nice but she did not spend a lot of time on me. The place is dirty, they are low in staff, they are horrible with kids, & there is something wrong with all of their nail polish, anyone would know just by looking at the polish. Anyways, I was kicked out because my sister's daughter accidentally broke one of their bowls that one of the employees left in her reach because their staff was so low that they were rushing to do other customers nails. There was only 5 people there including my sister & I. They began muttering in their language and a lady was called to the back room by one of the men and she came back & literally snatched the toe cushion from my toes & said "Go, your done". I don't like confrontations so I just apologized, paid & left. As I left my polish was bleeding onto the side of my toes & my sisters polish chipped. I will NOT return here. And OBVIOUSLY they are not good with children! read more
