I asked for a polish change today on my toes. I had a horrible experience with a man that ordered me to sit down when I tried to look at polish colors. He painted thick coats of polish on my toes and when it dripped off my toe , he was frustrated with me. I have never been treated in such a rough manner. It was awful! I won't ever come back. read more

Gosh! I wish I could give this place a 5 star review. The nail techs do a great job whether it's a pedicure or a manicure. The problem is you can't just drop in. They are so understaffed that I would say the last 3 times I went there, they told me to come back in 45 minutes to an hour. I ended up going to another nail salon. I don't mind waiting 10 even 20 minutes, but almost an hour means I have to rework my schedule. My daughter has even made an appointment and still has been told to come back. This is not a super big deal, but they will lose customers from time to time due to this inconvenience. I still recommend if you have patience and a lot of time to play with. read more

Don is my pedi guy & he is simply amazing! He actually takes the time to give me my full pedicure, keeps a constant conversation & even remembered my baby boy when he wasn't with me! I appreciate how clean they are, they open all their tools right in front of you, so you can verify they're clean & new! Don always makes sure you're comfortable & that the water is just right! read more

I absolutely love this place! Jenny has been doing my fills every other week for a few months now and it's always the best part of my day. She does an amazing job and is one of the sweetest people ever. By far the best nail place I've been to! read more

Not sure about there charges! Was handed a price guide on services chose one and then when done they charged me more! They speak broken English and it's hard to understand what there asking as your trying to relax and enjoy service. Be careful what your getting and be specific what the charges are for! read more

I highly recommend T Nails. I have been getting pedicures 1-2 times a month for the last 2 years and get my nails done. This is a very clean salon and they're always accommodating. All of the staff are amazing!!! It's always a pleasure going there. read more

This is the second time I have visited this establishment and been told different prices for services rendered. Each time I want to pay by credit card, they quote me a higher price. They tell me the cash price is cheaper than the credit card price - I suppose they're making me pay for the credit card charges? They never mention this during the initial quote for services. Shame on me for being suckered another time. Will not go back. read more

When I sat down for my pedicure she said to put my feet in the water that was ok at first then it became scalding hot then she proceeded to cut the nail on my big toe and went too deep in the side and really hurt me. I also noticed when I got home that the back of me heals are still very rough so needless to say I am not happy read more

Tried this salon a couple of times. No complaints at first but like many shops the more you go the sloppier they get. Last visit I cautioned Jenny to be very careful because of a deep cut on my thumb which had been healing well. She got over zealous with the dremel and ripped open the cut causing much bleeding. She minimized the damage she caused by blaming me for "jerking" my hand. Hell yes I jerked when she opened me up with her carelessness. Won't be returning. read more

I was a walk in and asked if they had time for a manicure. After being told yes I sat down and they started. After about 10 minutes in the nail technician stopped working on my manicure and started and finished a pedicure with another person. I understand being a walk in I might have to wait but I am frustrated they did not share their schedule with me. Additionally, at the beginning I shared I needed four dip Nails removed and they agreed. It wasn't until after I found out there was an additional $7 charge for the service. I think being upfront with both cost and schedule is important for customer retention. read more

I usually get my nails done at KB nails in Sacramento but was short on time, so decided to stop here after a recommendation from a friend. I was needing to get my nails and toenails done for my engagement photos. The polish on my toes was messy and in the end I had to quickly repaint them myself. Even after almost two hours of dry time the polish just wiped away and never dried. I have never paid $70 for a gel mani/ pedi, nor do I ever intend to again especially with this kind of quality. Two stars for the lady who did my gel nails, because she was so nice. read more

Where do I even begin. My daughter and I had appointments at 1:00. They didn't get me in until 1:30. My daughter had the female owner who took 3 FACETIME CALLS while we were there! 3! AND she put the phone up to my daughter's face and introduced her to her brother in Nashville! She got up and walked away 3 different times. My daughters nail polish was globby...a total mess. The nail tips were left far wider than her fingers. They were hideous. Now, on to mine.... It started out ok. She put my tips on. When she trimmed them, she asked if the length was ok. "Yes. Perfect." THEN she proceeded to file them down so short that they're hardly over the tips of my fingers! They're wider than my nail beds and ridiculously thick. It took forever for us to get done. When we left, our fingers were glued to our nail tips. Yes. Glued to our tips. When we went up to pay, the male owner, who KNEW we were unhappy, proceeded to take my money and said they'd make it right next time. No you won't. There won't be a next time.... read more

First impression: The place is very nice and clean, with nail stations in the front and pedicure chairs in the back. The service menu is easy to read. They have a wide selection of colors and fancy nail trends. I had a full set and pedicure done. Friendly staff and the manicurist did an awesome job of doing glitter ombre. Definitely coming back next time! read more

Love t nails! I got a few mixed reviews when they first opened but I gave them a shot and I'm not even the least bit disappointed. Tim does a great job at running his salon. I come every two weeks religiously for a fill and pedi, and recommend them to everyone. Lee is my go to girl for fills! The salon it's self looks so put together unlike the other salons in the county, music always on, everything is clean and matches. Love coming here. read more

I have been here a couple different times and have excellent service. I had my 11 yr old granddaughter visiting and so made appointment for her and I to have mani/ pedi. Had very good service but I was very shocked that my granddaughter mani/pedi was same price as mine. It was $130.00 for both of us. read more

The first time I came it for an eye brow wax it was great. The door has a sign that says "walk-ins welcome". Twice now I've walked in and was told they were too busy to help me and told to come back later. The place isn't packed- there's usually 5 or six customers. How about you hire a few more employees so that you can actually honor the"walk-ins welcome" sign on the door. Twice now I've been turned away, pretty sure I won't be back. read more

I have been to most nail salons in Jackson and by far this is the cleanest and the friendliest place I've been. The prices or about the same as all the other salons except gel nail polish on your toes are only $10 more vs $20 like at most other salons I have been to. read more

This place is amazing. I had a fill on my nails and he did an amazing job. They are very clean and very friendly.

Haven't been able to find a nail place that I could become a regular at. After getting my nails done by Tim, I honestly never want to go anywhere else. He does the dip powder flawlessly. He gave me an ombré this time, which I didn't even know you could do with the dip powder. Love them so much! read more

I love T-Nails and the owners, Tim and Jenny. They made me feel welcome the moment I came in, months ago, and that has never changed. Jenny always remembers just how I like my nails to look and waxes my brows better than I have ever had done before. Tim is vigilant about getting nails done to perfection, and he is always kind and helpful. I strongly suggest making T-Nails your new home for nails. read more

Great! Best pedicure I've had in Amador County. The nail tech was very friendly and attentive, she didn't rush the pedicure at all

This is probably the best pedicure I've had in the county. When you first walk in the shop is super clean and has a relaxing vibe to it. I walked in needing a pedicure, was seen within minutes and handed a bottle of water before they got started. The pedicure was awesome! They use disposable liners for every pedicure, all instruments are sterilized in between each client, they took their time, I did not feel rushed and my pedi looks great! I will be back! read more

I love this place! I drive from Tracy for the pedicures. The Hawaiian is the best hands-down it is so peaceful, no small talk, just pure relaxation. Almost fall asleep in the chair They give a discount for paying cash but I love my airline points so usually use my card, honestly so worth it. Been coming for 3 years and its remains my favorite part of the month. Ask for Don, best massage! Broke my ankle in 3 places a few years ago and he is not afraid to really work the area. read more

Worst gel pedicure I have ever received , it lasted maybe 5 days and did not look good. The guy who did it was being creepy. I got my nails done and was cut three times. Waste of money! read more

This is by far the most efficient nail salon in Amador County. They honor appointments-which you should make ahead! I don't even go in without an appt because they make sure they take you before the walk-in's. I usually get the acrylic sign gel polish and they last up to three weeks! I have gotten a pedicure once and loved it! Best massage ever! They are always accommodating to my children and very very friendly. This is the only place I go for my nail and pedicure needs. read more

I've been coming to T nails for over a year now and I've resided in Amador county my whole life. When I tell you this is the best nail salon in Amador county I mean it. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and talented plus the salon is well lit and very clean. They do a great job at listening and they always offer friendly advice in order to help my nails (and toes!) stay their healthiest. I feel like the review below mine is extremely inaccurate @Leigh F. I've never left unhappy because if I didn't like something just speak up? They will happily fix it because Jenny and the staff would hate to see you leave unhappy. And yea sometimes they fall behind, that's apart of being in this industry. Someone is late for an appt or the service takes longer than anticipated. That's why they recommend an appt???? They also are very considerate to walk ins. Of course it's tough to squeeze you in when they're such high demand. I just hope people will realize when you come to a salon you're not supposed to be in a hurry it's supposed to be a relaxing service. I highly recommend this salon for numerous reasons, you won't regret it. Also keep in mind they are a small staff that commute three hours a day to provide this service to you, they're doing us a favor by providing the guests with one of the best nail salons in Amador county. Kudos to this hard working staff!!! read more

Jenny did an amazing job on my nails!! The service was excellent, the price was reasonable and the shop was clean.

I love this place always leave here very happy the owners are very nice and wants to make sure you are happy with your mani/pedi
