I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I rarely get pedicures, but my mom generously treated me for Valentine's Day and recommended Organic Nail since she's had good experiences there and it's close to home. We went as a walk-in and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The technician cut, shaped, and exfoliated my feet, which I appreciated. However, during the service, the top of my right foot was accidentally scratched, leaving it sore and blotchy red. Additionally, the polish wasn't applied fully up to the cuticle line, which made the finished result look incomplete. I'm not upset just disappointed that my mom paid $50 and the results didn't meet expectations. I do appreciate that they provided a refund, which we're thankful for. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward. read more

Very nice people and accommodating. I called that morning and they got me in right away. The place is dirty though. Old aesthetics and cleanliness is not a priority. I had Hu and Mike - very nice and did a good job. They wore gloves and it wasn't until the end of my treatments that I noticed Mike went to service a new client and he didn't change his gloves from working on me. Then I remembered he did the ladies pedicure next to me. That doesn't sit well with me. I know to ask next time that a tech changes their gloves going forward. read more

Used to come here all the time and loved it. In the last few months the cleanliness has gone extremely down hill and the quality is not there at all anymore. I'll attach pictures of my 56$ pedicure that took over an hour and half with zero foot rub because the polish took so long. I don't think they could file any more nail off of me. I am not one to write a review, good or bad, but I literally went home crying from this experience. The nail tech was constantly on the phone and I had to bring up my nails being crooked and lopsided multiple times. She then asked if it was crooked and then blew it off. I was sitting in there for 2 hours almost and after having the nail tech fix somethings I was done with the experience. I just wanted to go home. I have been crying because I spent $50 on nails that look really bad. I didn't wanna make a scene or hurt anyone's feelings but in the end I was very upset. Please don't use this place at all. Update: I called and they are refunding me. The nail tech admitted to using the wrong tips, stiletto for square shaped nails. I still stand by what I said sadly :( read more

My husband recently had hip surgery he's using a walker at this time I took him to this establishment yesterday we struggled a little trying to get him in the chair the husband and wife were horrible they refused service and asked us to leave shuffling their hands asking us to get out! I was horrified to say the least! Not only did they violate ADA requirements but extremely rude and embarrassing! I am in the process of filing an ADA complaint at this time. This is an unfortunate situation but they need to be flexible with people with disabilities! I do not recommend this establishment!! read more

First time experience: I called to make an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed and get gel nail polish put on top. I have had my acrylic nails on for over three weeks now, and have been getting my nails done for about six years now. I go three weeks with my acrylics on and normally get them removed. I do not get fills done and never have because I constantly use my hands and things get underneath my nails. When I came in she (didn't know her name) didn't pull me in till 15 minutes after my appointment. She then attempted to remove my nails and said they wouldn't come off because the wouldn't "lift". She kept trying, and was looking away while trying to use the tool to lift them, then causing my whole fingernail to start bleeding. read more

I went there yesterday for a brow and stache wax at 530pm. I woke up this morning with a burn patch by my mouth and between my eyebrows. I've gone here before and this is my first and last bad experience!! I'm never going back. Maybe the girl who waxed me was mad because I don't go in anymore. I went there today to show them my face and they didn't give a damn! Now I'm trying to find an attorney who will take this kind of injury. Most take slip and fall or car crash. Everyone is very nice and the manicures and pedicures and relaxing. However, my complaint is the pedicures and gel nails don't last. Last time I spent $81.00 for a special occasion. The nails lasted for 2 days before the chipping started. A friend told me that's what happens when if the polish is too old. I've been there four times and that was the last time. read more

Love this salon! I'm new to the area and have been trying salons out in the Jackson area, and had a terrible experience at another salon! I had gone to a different nail salon for over 10 years. I thought they did a good job, but my nails would lift and pop off after about 2 weeks. They told me it was because I had "oily nails"!!?! When I moved, I wanted a salon closer and found Ione Organic Nail Salon and what I'd been missing all this time. Mike did my nails and did an excellent job.
