I rarely get…read morepedicures, but my mom generously treated me for Valentine's Day and recommended Organic Nail since she's had good experiences there and it's close to home. We went as a walk-in and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The technician cut, shaped, and exfoliated my feet, which I appreciated. However, during the service, the top of my right foot was accidentally scratched, leaving it sore and blotchy red. Additionally, the polish wasn't applied fully up to the cuticle line, which made the finished result look incomplete. I'm not upset just disappointed that my mom paid $50 and the results didn't meet expectations. I do appreciate that they provided a refund, which we're thankful for. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.

They had a walk in brow wax so the woman got up, didn't wash her hands , and went straight to touching the customers face so I hope she washes her face right away. Didn't even notice there's polish all over my toes and even on the side and under my toes until I got home. Polish missing on some areas. Hair stuck in polish. Now I have to go take the polish off and do it myself. My daughter got a manicure that lasted about 8 minutes and it didn't include the lotion massage or hot towel wrap that it stated on their services menu. But of course they charged me full price for that. Gave me attitude because I didn't want gel even though I explained to her multiple times why i don't like gel. Didn't ask what scent we wanted for our deluxe pedicures but I heard her asking other customers. My daughter tried talking to her and she would just ignore her. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. Very upset that I paid them $140 for this

I've had long hair, short hair, in between lengths and a variety of colors over the years and have loved every single cut and color. Not only that, he's become a trusted friend. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to continue with my appointment, just because I had wasted too much time and needed to get it done that day. But, after that, I decided to never go back. There seems to be a pattern and motivation to take as many walk-ins as they can and are not mindful of the customer's schedules.
