I had a really disappointing experience and this is worst set I've ever had. During the service, I was cut on two nails to the point of bleeding, and the cuts were not properly addressed. The shaping is uneven (my pinky is visibly crooked), and a significant amount of my natural nail was filed down on one side. My nails are still sore after the appointment, which shouldn't happen. I was initially told I would receive a refund or credit, but was later told that they looked much better after they were "fixed" that they would give me a certificate for a basic pedicure. The video attached shows what they look like "fixed" which look better than when they were initially done but there is no coming back from the damage of the over filed side wall. I've included photos and a video so you can see the issues for yourself. I'm not someone who is overly picky, but this experience and the final result were not acceptable. I'm not one to usually come on here and complain, I have been coming to T-nails on and off for years and everyone is very nice. My boyfriend and I went today to get pedicures and I got a manicure as well. My pedicure turned out great, and my manicure is okay but we did not have the same experience with my boyfriend's pedicure . His nails were cut far too short and he was nicked and started bleeding, he didn't say anything because he's not one to complain but he had mentioned it to me after we left and that it was bleeding and was uncomfortable. I'd like to add 2 days later and my gel manicure is lifting/peeling. read more

Christmas is coming! I wanted something special. Tim did these beautiful Christmas nails with snowman and santa hat. He is so talented. I enjoy going to T-nails & Spa. They do nail care services like manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. It's a great place to get foot spa as well. I came in with my daughters for a girls day and I have to say they were all very kind and inviting at first. One of my daughters asked for pink nails with a pink French ( I didn't get a photo) they were so terrible looked like my 1st grader did it. - I asked them to please remove it and just make it 1 solid color. After they argued with me and I had to show them bubbles and how the lines were not even and way too thick they finally did what I asked of them. I left the room to go sit in my car with my other kids and my daughter told me they called me crazy and mean. So unprofessional to speak about me in such a way in front my daughter - your customer. Shame on you. I came back in to check on her and they complimented my looks (same woman who called me crazy) - I'm sorry but your flattery that doesn't take away from your lack of skills or rudeness - I am paying for a service I expect to get monies worth when I'm paying $155 for 4 services. (2 full sets, a manicure and a pedicure) My other daughter got black full set her coffin shape was not coffin and the acrylic wasn't placed close to her cuticle at all, no wonder why their regulars have to go back every 2 weeks! Nice trick guys! My 6yr old had hair in her nails probably from the brush but paying $27 for a little girl mani is a little crazy to me. ($10 for the mani and $17 for gel??) wow!! Her nails are as tiny as a pinky toe. My "pedicure" was basic - my heels were untouched she basically painted my toes. Next time I visit Jackson I will not be returning at all. I hope they take some time to learn how to do a French tip and speak up if they cannot do it. Now, if my service was better I wouldn't mind paying the price, I pay my nail tech at home $100+ for my set each month - that's right 4 weeks go by before she touches my nails. I came here because they had 4 stars but I honestly feel like this is simply based on their customer service to their regulars. I do not appreciate being called crazy or mean. Another great experience here today! I got my dip powder done by Tim and I love the shape and color so much! Love that he was detail oriented! So good!! My Hawaiian pedicure was done by LeLe and she is the best! The massage was AMAZING and she is always so sweet! I've gotten a couple of pedicures done by her and she is great!!! My daughter got her dip powder done by Jenny who is so talented! She did a great job and is also so detail oriented and seriously is such a sweet person! Every time we come in she remembers us! Went to this salon yesterday for the first time. Get disappointed for the moment I enter the door. Smelled of someone smoking cigarettes inside with the door closed. There were NO customers at that time. I asked the gentleman if I could get a fill and he said not today. I was shocked considering there were no customers. Didn't offer to come later etc. That being said I went up the street and they gladly fit me in immediately. Note that I would never go there ever again. Update. I did give T Nails one more try. The gal I got dremeled the crap out of my nails. That was two months ago. Finally glowing out split, weak nails. It's so bad I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible, so I'm giving you a one. I tried this salon twice. Third time may be a charm, but I will never know. Quality: The first time I got a gel pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was meh, but the gel manicure was a definite bad choice. It turned out to be too big of a commitment for a very mediocre job. It was like entering into a relationship where there is no spark...you hope for one, but ultimately you know it won't last, even as you are committing to it. As the woman was applying the polish, I found myself already wondering whether I had any tin foil at home. Needless to say, I had to remove the gel myself shortly thereafter. The second time was just a manicure: bare bones, no polish, only protein. Kept it as simple as possible. Needless to say, it was one notch below doing it myself, maybe two. Left with sore/red cuticles and round circa eighties shape instead of flat, even though I specified. Customer Service: Walk-ins not welcome. Those with appointments, not welcome either. The first time I had to wait a half hour despite having an appointment. They were unapologetic. The second time, they seemed confused and aghast as to why I was even there, despite again, having an appointment. The audacity of me! Not to mention, even getting an appointment for simply the basics is like trying to get into French Laundry. To boot, they are abrupt and rude on the phone. You know it's already a bad spa experience when you have to work yourself up to even call. Put this salon anywhere else and it would be out of business in no time. They are the only salon in Jackson open on Sundays, but do yourself a favor and wait until Monday or drive to EDH. read more

I know that this place usually is very busy and the chances of getting a same day appointment for a pedicure and full set was rare, however I called at 10:15 and David told me 1030 thank goodness I live so close and was able to get there. And even more grateful that Tim did my nails and I love the shape and professionalism. I will be back. I came in without a reservation ( I needed to get my nails done for a wedding and that was the only day I had, and I was new to the town so I wasn't sure where would be open on a Sunday or their hours) and they stayed about an hour after closing time to do my nails and pedicure! They were so packed but their service for each person was not at all rushed or sloppy. They were kind and accommodating also got the best nails of my liffffeee! Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and booked a pedicure appt for two on Saturday. They were able to fit us in! The salon was very clean inside and outside (next to Raley's).which was the first reason we came here, and the pieces were pretty reasonable #2! They charge less if you pay cash so we were able to get a KDS Deluxe Pedicure for $50 each. The chairs were very comfortable and the massage feature was very much needed. This didn't feel like some chairs that dig into your vines... We left after a bit over an hour with happy feeling feet and my wife got some polish with a gel protectant layer to boot. We both thoroughly enjoyed our pedicures and a day later my feet still feel relaxed and smooth. My only complaint was that the rocks weren't hot enough and the hot rock massage was like 1 minute each. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and if I ever had an issue, which is rare, they would fix it without hesitation because their customers are everything.
