They do your appointment by 45 minute slots which would be understandable but I didn't see many people in there and I explained my hair was naturally extremely straight so I like them on the bottom because it loosens the but it is now a little on the straight side but it still is BEAUTIFUL with volume! I requested Ebony and the front desk rep brushed it off. ( mind you; Ebony was working today, she took the guest ahead of me ) Today they assigned me a woman who gave so so customer service as well as I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen . I get finished with the appointment and my hair looks like nothing happened to it. My edges and roots not straight at all. The stylist even had the nerve to say that maybe I need different hot tools for my texture. I don't appreciate how my request for someone who can accommodate my hair type was completely disregarded. Drybar is supposed to be a place where all ethnicities can get their hair done and done properly. I'm so sad today went like this. The photos are in the car immediately after appointment. The two front desk reps were very unhelpful with finding a solution as well. The energy overall today was not a fun festive vibe as I head to travel for the holidays.

No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.

The first time, I called to see if they could push back my appointment, but the lady couldn't because she had an appointment right after mine, which is completely understandable. I was seen right when I walked in with no wait. However, my curls did not hold up for a few hours, so I was pretty disappointed since I paid $85 specifically for that. The second time I came in, it was a waiting game. I understand they were really busy since it was commencement weekend, but it seemed very unprofessional to not let me know how late they were running, especially since it was almost an hour. No one apologized or let me know I would be waiting more than just a few minutes. I rushed in because I did not want to be late and had I known I would be waiting 50 minutes, I probably would have stopped to eat or buy a drink before coming here. Anyways, I liked the makeup they did. It was exactly what I asked for. But the haircut was not. For reference, my hair was very long before, past my butt, and now it is barely below my shoulders. I kept reiterating that I did not want it short, and that is exactly what I got. I also wanted my hair in layers, and it is barely in two layers, not what I wanted unfortunately. Now I have to wait another two plus years to grow it out again. (Paid $252 this second time) I think the person in charge could definitely be more professional. He is also the one who washed my hair the second time I went in, and I honestly do not think he knew what he was doing. Not only did a lot of water get in my ears, but my back got really wet, and he forgot to remove my towel. I probably would not come back here.
