I asked to keep the length in front and shoulder length in back and even had a photo. It took me almost a year to grow my hair out... needless to say I was more than disappointed when five to six inches was taken off the front. The hair stylist didn't even wet my hair, she just brushed it over my shoulders and started dry cutting. Not only were there long random strands of hair but there was more than half an inch difference between each side. It still wasn't straight after I went back in to get it fixed. I even had a hairstylist make a comment about how uneven it was when I had it styled for a wedding a couple weeks later.

I rarely get…read morepedicures, but my mom generously treated me for Valentine's Day and recommended Organic Nail since she's had good experiences there and it's close to home. We went as a walk-in and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The technician cut, shaped, and exfoliated my feet, which I appreciated. However, during the service, the top of my right foot was accidentally scratched, leaving it sore and blotchy red. Additionally, the polish wasn't applied fully up to the cuticle line, which made the finished result look incomplete. I'm not upset just disappointed that my mom paid $50 and the results didn't meet expectations. I do appreciate that they provided a refund, which we're thankful for. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.
