It took me almost a year to grow my hair out... needless to say I was more than disappointed when five to six inches was taken off the front. I rarely get…read morepedicures, but my mom generously treated me for Valentine's Day and recommended Organic Nail since she's had good experiences there and it's close to home. We went as a walk-in and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The technician cut, shaped, and exfoliated my feet, which I appreciated. However, during the service, the top of my right foot was accidentally scratched, leaving it sore and blotchy red. Additionally, the polish wasn't applied fully up to the cuticle line, which made the finished result look incomplete. I'm not upset just disappointed that my mom paid $50 and the results didn't meet expectations. I do appreciate that they provided a refund, which we're thankful for. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.
