Tim and Jenny are beautiful people and, they are a wonderful addition to the businesses of Jackson, CA. I have been a consistent customer of T-Nails, since the day they opened, years ago. Not only do Tim and Jenny do wonderful work, they also intentionally make the customer experience top notch, regardless of the nail technician one is seeing at the time. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by not only the desk attendant that day, but also by the other employees, whether they have been there for years or have recently been hired. While the entire staff work to make sure every client has a wonderful experience, Tim and Jenny are also keenly aware of what is going on at every nail station both in the front and the back of the salon, and every time I go in for a manicure or a pedicure, they both make sure it's a superb experience. Lastly, their son, who works there occasionally, is extremely friendly and hardworking; so they are good parents, too. I am 41 years old and I have been to a million places all over Northern California to get pedicures this place was absolutely the very best I have ever been to I was in there for a good hour and a half getting massage and everything else my feet look fabulous they took time to actually work on my feet and I swear the person who did my pedicure was in Miracle Worker name was Don Juan all the employees there are super fabulous so intent on making your experience pleasurable I recommend this place to everybody you have to at least go and try it once they have won me as a lifetime customer I felt so good and the massage and everything was wonderful I got the Hawaiian which was $40 it was absolutely amazing read more

This nail shop is the best in Amador County (I have tried several others.) The owners, Jenny and Tim, are extremely talented nail technicians. Along with their entire staff, they provide an atmosphere of relaxation, professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency. There has never been a time when I felt they were rushing through my services. They take the time to get to know their clients, and allow them to enjoy that "spa" feeling. I would highly recommend T-Nails! It is best if you make an appointment, so they can accommodate all of your needs, including waxing services! However, they also try to fit in walk-ins as much as they possibly can. Super sad to post this because I used to really like coming here but they've continuously gone down hill. Made an appointment for a dip manicure but then they made me wait in a chair for 30 minutes. 3 different people worked on my nails, one of the ladies kept pressuring me to get tips even though I kept saying no. They didn't file down anything so the bails are super thick. Worst of all they left so much dry dip powder on my skin, it's all hardened and so hard to get off my skin.
