Horrible! If you can find somewhere else to go to, please go. I went to get my nails done this past Saturday and came here because this spot was closer to my house vs. the place I usually go to. I got dip as I usually do, and realized that my nails were extremely thin, which isn't usually how they are after a dip service. One of my nails had broken as well. I was not able to come in the following day or even few days due to the snow storm that hit. Instead, I came in today looking to see if there were any possible way that I could get them redone by someone else. The person who met me at the counter was extremely rude. I let her know that I was dissatisfied with the service and instead of offering to help, she said the nails looked over a week old so there was nothing she could do. To charge someone $55 for a service that isn't even good is ridiculous! Please save your time and money, and do not come here. read more

I normally go to this salon to get my nails done and while they don't have the best design skills i am still a satisfied customer when I leave. Typically, coming here to get my acrylics taken off results in lots of soaking in acetone and drilling to get the acrylic and fake nail off of my real nail. This time, I was put with who I believe was named Mimi. She did not drill my nails at all, nor did she soak them. Instead, she brought out clippers and clipped the ends of the fake nails off. She proceeded to clip a corner of the acrylic in order to show my real nail. At this point, she brought out what looked like a large fake nail and proceeded to dig the nail into the space between my nail and the acrylic product. This was easily the most painful process I've ever received to remove acrylic. With every nail, it felt like she was ripping my own nailbed off of my finger, and Mimi (I assume) did not care. At one point she laughed, and she didn't speak a word to me throughout the whole process, not even a hello. Ultimately, I found this encounter and service completely unsatisfactory, considering I left with pain in my nails and a rude encounter with my nail salon lady. read more

This was my first time at this location. I was very pleased with my service. I got a regular gel full set. It was probably the fastest I've ever gotten a full set. The technician paid great attention to detail. I returned later in the week to get a gel French pedicure. The technician for this service was also detailed and gentle on my feet. When asked to re-do my nails to my liking to feel comfortable paying set price, I was constantly reminded they couldn't do it exactly, that the price is set, and she wasn't really good with designs. Not willing to fix the mistakes or accommodate in changing the price to match their service. When I asked for a manager I was ignored. Which led me to let others know, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! A classic pedicure is $50. No hot towel. No scrub. The massage chairs are older and some remotes are broken and hanging off the chair. Trash on counters. Floors. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I came in to get a simple clear manicure. I was charged $20 for a regular manicure with clear polish. When I mentioned that I didn't agree with the price because I didn't get any color and I usually pay $15 she shooed me to the front desk and said same price. Why would I pay the same price for clear as someone would pay for color? I also have been to this salon several times and only paid $15. I expressed this to her and she just showed me the price on their list saying it's been like that for two years...I've been coming here for two years and have always paid $15. The older lady who did my little sister's nails forced her to pay for the service before she started it. It's discriminatory practices I do not like. Every customer should be treated the same whether they are young, old, Black, Purple or White. It's a shame that employees of a salon can treat PAYING customers so poorly. I really wanted to like this place because it's super convenient for me but the price did not match the quality. I only wanted a regular pedicure and I was in and out in about 11 minutes. My toes drying took longer than the 10 second massage and scrub I received. The scrub felt good but it was all too quick. When I tell today was the worst nail experience ever i checked in at 12 left at 3 and all i got was a classic pedicure and and fill with two nails repaired messed up my whole day. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They are expensive and not worth the quality of work that they claim they have! This place is the worst! I paid $60 for mediocre work. I got my nails and feet done. That was the first thing I was upset about. So now I have two different colors on both. Second, he cut my fingers all up! I had cuts on three of them and they were burning for two days! I was here today for the first time. Brought my mom and sister for mani pedis. I was impressed by the decor and decided that I wanted to treat us 3 there. Over all our pedis were amazing my full set was honestly bad though. My nails are uneven, there are bubbles on them. I asked for a soak off while doing my pedi the nail tech proceeded to finish my pedi and cut off my acrylics by hand. My nails were thick from the last salon I went too and she decided to tell me she's fill in the last one. I let her do as she pleased. To finish up my nails had many bubbles on a chrome coat. The black chick (cashier) tried to guilt-trip me into giving my nail salonist more than 20%. They said something about how additional charges/tips made by the customer will be deducted by 15-25% before it is given to the nail salonist, meaning they will not get the full tip you intended for them. There is a charge because the additional charge/tip is being run through the register (or something). Anyway, she had an attitude saying "You KNOW she won't get the full tip RIGHT? She only gets a small percentage." I said "I know." And she had maaaad attitude after I said that. I didn't like the customer service this time. I don't think I'll be going back, thanks to her. Moving on to the pedicure... The lady that did my pedicure didn't know what she was doing. The polish on my toes was uneven and and you could see where she missed entire portions of the nail with the second layer of polish. Again, the shape of the nails was terrible. I dont frequent this nail salon although it's literally next door to where I live. Today reminded me of why. I've had a gel mani here before but today was the worst. I went in for a simple gel mani with clear pink polish I was serviced by Diem who was in her phone the entire time and appeared to have an attitude as if a gel manicure was beneath her. Needless to say she was extremely rough in my nail beds while looking down at her phone every five seconds, and the results of my polish was horrible.
