T-mobile is good most of the time, but there are times when I get too many "call failed" situations.

Amazing customer service. Went in today because I have been without a phone for a couple of days and my service has been stuck on SOS. Kristopher, which I believe is the manager and another employee help me get my phone back to working, which was not an easy thing to do. my wife barbara and i had the very good luck in meeting with store employee branden hymon, we went into the store with the problem ofour phone service being cut off. instead of the fast this is all we can do, brandon went over the problem with us and gave us a couple choices we could take and then called his manager at home,to resolve the problem.......we walked out of the store with phone service restored, and both my wife and i saying thats service you just dont see any more.........brandon rates a 10 out of 10 for working with his customers.........this is why the store in webster scores such high point for over all care of its customers..,,,,,,you just cant get better service.......thank you brandon and team...... don and barb read more
