BEWARE of Metro by T-Mobile on Elmira Vacaville! They are SCAMMERS!!!…read more Mya and Genesis are very unprofessional and manipulative. I went in to buy my daughter a phone. Mya the store manager had stated an IPhone 13 128 GB was $250 with activation fee and 1st months bill. She also stated a tablet and phone case was free. When she asked me if I wanted to add a line for the tablet, I had told her NO. I also asked her if the phone case or tablet would show on the receipt and she said no. We were rushing with 3 kids running around, we didn't even think that she would over charge us. Until I got home, and received a message stating the monthly bill would be $70, due to the fact that she did in fact add the second line for the tablet, when I clearly said NO. When I looked at the receipt, I saw she charged us 425$ for purchases we never even received (speaker and power bank), and that she did in fact charge us for the tablet $13. When my husband went back the following day for a refund for the tablet and the speaker and power bank we never received. Mya stated those purchases were required and part of the purchase for the phone and only refunded him back the $13 for the tablet. She also mentioned that, Since she didn't have the items in stock she gave us a phone case instead. But when you look at the receipt, it says $43 for 2 items. So we basically paid $90 for a phone case? And she said yes. When we requested a refund, she said she needed the box for the return. So I went back, and she had Genesys tell me they couldn't do the refund without the district manager. After talking to corporate and a different metro store, it came to my knowledge a district manager was not needed for the refund. So, I went back one last time and demanded my refund. But instead Mya was upset I posted my experience my experience on the Solano Community FB page and said it was bad for business. After requesting a refund 4x, I yelled at both Mya and Genesys, and warned incoming customers of their shady business. Mya then banned me from the store. So she can ban me from the store but can't give me a refund? Make it make sense. Mya and Genyses both make money by commission, so charging me for these extra items I never received only benefits them. And stating I have to come Thursday or Friday when the district manager was available is ridiculous, when I asked for the time he will be in they said they didn't know, so they basically want me to run around and chase down the district manager? This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Metro by T-Mobile is scamming the working class that works hard to make these purchases. All I wanted was an honest transaction, even if I had to pay $600 for a phone, I value honesty. And when that is crossed, I will then continue to post on social media to create awareness. This is not right. Atttached is a picture of my receipt for your reference. Where it clearly states I was charged for *speaker and power bank I never received * tablet that Mya stated was free and nothing would show up on the receipt * $75 activation fee This place is a scam! I would also like to add Mya and Genesis are on Yelp hyping up themselves and the store. They are so pathetic.

As you can see in this photo this is a 14 day return policy. Item must be in package with receipt…read moreand in good condition. Item was bought on 12/09. So simple math 9+14=23. So that mean I can return it on the 22nd if I wanted to. But yesterday 12/16 my husband went in and tried to return it. They said that they can not do it because there DM said not to. So I called today and got the same response. So then I asked for the DM email she put me on hold. She didn't hit the button correctly and heard her call me THE BITCH OF THE GUY FROM YESTERDAY. I hope she has fun when corporate comes and dose an investigation because it took all I had not to go down there. If you're going to talk shit and call customers names make sure you mute or put on hold. It would suck to loose you job around the holidays.
