Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. Despite my frustration with the service itself, Stephanie made the entire return and cancellation process incredibly easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was handled correctly. What really stood out, though, was the care she took when applying a new screen protector to my daughter's iPhone 17. I was genuinely amazed watching her work. My phone was on its last bit of battery, and despite staying a few minutes past closing, they never made me feel rushed. They patiently helped finish setting up my phone--even after I accidentally ignored the "don't touch anything" instructions and somehow managed to manifest a last-minute rush of customers. I also want to thank the wonderful woman who answered all of my questions before I even started the setup process. Everyone in the store was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping. Salena even made small talk with me about my nails while we waited. As someone with social anxiety, it definitely spiked my anxiety a little--but it also counted as my social interaction for the week, so I'll call that a win. The first time we met up they were very thorough about the required work. We discussed the amount of cable drops and camera placement and they assured me that they could meet my requirements. The OTHER 3 cable vendors I contacted never even sent me a quote after the site walk. I deal with many cable vendors at my job in Southern California so I knew what to look for. NORCAL Voice and Data checked all the boxes. Great communication, Great response via text and email and most importantly there was no change orders. The price was what they quoted. What made the experience even better was they went above and beyond with placing my existing security NVR's and programming a new NVR without any questions. I thought was going to have to fly to the Bay Area to configure the Security NVR's but they offered and did all the work for me. The finished product is great. Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire.
