Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I honestly hope to not need Zencom again, but if you need them, I highly recommend Adam and the Zencom team.

I had a very poor experience with this company. My first impression was formed by the tech being…read morehours late, and the company usually gives a 2 hour window - he missed the window. Then, he gave a verbal quote for the next job (which again, he was over an hour late for), and that quote was inaccurate because of his incompetence in doing the job - he kept messing up and since he's charging by the hour, there's no incentive to do a job quickly and correctly the first time, as he said: "if there's anything wrong, you've got the warranty to fix it." Good thing I had the warranty, because a different tech had to come out and fix the problem from the second job - and he was still late, but I was given a phone call by his manager this time to warn me (I guess complaining induces manners), and he stayed less than half and hour because 1) he's a better tech (it was Randy, named in the prior review, and if I'd had him the first time I'm sure this review would be totally different) and 2) he's not getting paid by the hour. The business model of this company seems to be: "take a long time to do a crappy job the first time, and "fix" the job under the warranty plan." They don't put any quotes on paper first, because hey, then you've got proof of what they quoted you and how can they jack up the price afterwards? If you've ever taken a taxi in a foreign country and got taken on the "scenic route", that's exactly how I felt during my experience with this company - unprofessional and untrustworthy. I explained how I felt to both the tech's dispatcher and his manager and his account manager - nobody cared, and so I'm glad I'm not ever dealing with this crappy company again and would not recommend them to anyone. If I ran my business like this, I'm sure my doors would be closed in no time.

Recently, I availed myself of their telecommunications review service to find a new telecom service provider for voice and data at five of our locations. I'm very pleased to report that ATS's Christine ("Chris") Cahill assisted me with this project that spanned nine months (because we had various prior carrier contracts expiring at different times). Chris stepped us through the project from researching our needs, finding cost-saving options by negotiating rates with carriers, changing mid-stream to a different plan when a given carrier wasn't able to execute on promises, coordinating and scheduling installations, and even reviewing and correcting initial invoices for new services from the new service provider to ensure accuracy. She saved me an incredible amount of grief and time-consuming coordination and trouble-shooting, and followed through on every detail of the project through to its final completion. Having handled details of conversions to new carriers in the past by myself for just single locations, I would have been overwhelmed by a project of this magnitude without her help. I recommend using ATS Communications for any business looking to find and implement their most cost-effective telecommunications options!
