Went to this store to help my grandmother close her 3 lines that had been open and charging her for 2 plus years. The woman barely speaks English and one of the team members named Hume wasn't very friendly. He didn't want to help us as soon as we explained the reason why we was there. I asked him for the phone number to call T-Mobile and he sarcastically asked if I needed him to put the numbers in the phone to dial. In the end another team member helped us and gave the token codes and passwords to the account to the service representative that we spoke to on the phone, since we had been getting the run around for a few weeks now. Glad to say the account is closed and we won't be dealing with T-Mobile anymore. Terrible experience with that rep. And terrible service for T-Mobile in the west Seattle area. Follow-up response: Store manager impressed me by calling back right at an agreed time, however my meeting ran late and I missed the call. He took the time to follow up next week and further took time to get to the bottom of the issue. He listened, stated the facts, identified the miscommunication, and addressed it without haggling/judgment/etc. Impressive level of customer service hence updated review. Never about the money, just the vibe of paying for something you didn't want. I now chalk it up to miscommunication. Customer Service Rep was very friendly/helpful getting family set up on my T-Mobile plan and helping us transfer our Netflix account to the T-Mobile paid version. Will visit again for any future needs. read more

I received multiple alerts from different sources today that both my social security number and driver's license is on the dark web and all sources show T-Mobile is the source of the leak. My social security number was leaked twice by T-Mobile in August 2021 and January 2022. I switched from T-Mobile about 10 years ago. Why do they even still have my social security number? read more

This review is in regards to Tmobile - Southcenter Mall 7 Suite 440. 2 stars for customer profiling. Upon approaching the store for my 5:30pm appointment, I saw a line of employees standing out front. I approached them and was met by a different employee who was enthusiastic and was quick to check me in. He pointed to a man and said that he will he helping me today. I stood there and waited for him to nudge so I can follow him into the store... after a few looks and some exchange of words, he pointed to a different employee and said she will help me instead. She walked in and I followed her. I told her i wanted to see the Galaxy Tab S6 (a $700+ product which I originally wanted to buy out right)... instead she directed me toward a different Tab that costs $200 and told me its free with a new line. Now, I have done my research and compared products before coming - I knew the quality was different. I asked her many times to explain how they compare and each time she would tell me they're practically the same but this one is "free" with a new line. I'm 36 weeks pregnant, in my plain white t shirt, black leggings, dirty sandals and little back pack that looks like it came out of my 5 year olds closet, I couldn't possibly turn down "free" while she gets commissioned for the new line. The conversation started to get frustrating and the tension grew as I noticed she wanted to make a quick sale and then onto the next fancier customer. At this point I could just be like any customer who asks to "look" at expensive products and walks away without a sale (probably what they expected), but I was short on time. I had her take me to the Tab S6 and told her I wanted it - I told her i wanted to buy it out right and like magic, her mood changed. There was a 24 month credit deal for financing it and so I figured as a loyal 10 year tmobile customer, I won't be switching service soon so I took it. Now she gets line + product $ (could have had more if she tried). I came in knowing what I wanted but was redirected to a cheaper product to ensure I wouldn't say "no". I know sales. I come from finance. Especially for tmobile where commission is "where the money is at". I spoke with my friends that night - one who used to be an assistant supervisor for tmobile. She told me: A) Why didn't she pitch the keyboard or even a screen protector (she told me about it but made no attempt to sell it. I would have bought it from her if she made an effort) But ultimately, I probably looked broke. B) The gentleman who passed me up profiled me. I didnt look sale worthy based on my appearance - I had shown up to my friends home in the same clothes, she confirmed that profiling my "look" is a huge issue with most stores. C) My experience is not return worthy. I would have gone straight to the Downtown Seattle 6th Ave. Location if my mobility weren't limited due to my pregnancy. THAT store earned my business the last 3 years - they deal with corporate employees to homeless customers and they treat everyone with the same enthusiasm and respect. The two stars simply is because the female employee, once we got over the tension, was a great conversationalist. A little piece of advice to the employee who passed me up - smart work is also hard work. 100% of the sales you don't pitch, you don't get... Whether we look poor or rich, if you deliver better customer service to each and every person, you walk away with commision OR free marketing for your name. That's a 100% win for you. read more

I'm going to give this store a 5 star review because they have helped me both times I have went to this specific location. The first time I went in (2 weeks after the 5s release) looking for a white iPhone 5s which they had in stock as of that morning. I was waiting for that model/ color combo for a couple weeks and was pleased to get one fresh off the pallet. The second time was today. I was ready to cancel service on my iPad Air because of a hack job T- Mobile did at their Everett mall location. With some research in my account they changed the plan to reflect the 200MB monthly freebie instead of making me strictly a prepaid internet user. Everything was set up wrong and the network didn't even register my SIM/IMEI because nothing was saved on my initial set up of my device. The $10 I was charged at the other location for a new SIM that I didn't even need was credited to my account and all is well. I brought in a new unopened iPad Air and these guys got it up and running with in 15 minutes of me getting to the store and waiting for general care to answer the phone to cancel the old data line which was incorrectly set up at the Everett Mall. Some of my faith has been restored. I'll just stick with this store from now on. read more

My husband and I came in to get a receipt for the purchase of our iPhone in order to show Apple, to help us unlock our phone. Carrie the store manager was undoubtedly the rudest manager I have encountered in customer service. I stated that Apple told us that receipts were saved for around 7-10 years. She condescendingly said 'no, it's 5-7'. She proceeded to be rude by, telling me 'she wasn't finished'! I looked at my husband who also, could NOT believe she was being so rude. I am however, grateful for Steve and the other employees that assisted us. Carrie the manager at the Southcenter T-Mobile needs to be re-trained in customer service and politeness. read more

I purchased a case from Cellular Zone/T-mobile Limited in Tukwila, WA at the Southcenter Mall. I walked 25' from the Kiosk and found that the guy had sold me a case that was for a much larger phone. I walked back and he told me all sales were final. He then sent me to another Kiosk and told me that I could exchange for a case that I wanted. I wanted the Body Glove hard case for the G2. So with my pregnant wife and my daughter walked across the mall to the other Kiosk. At this one, we were told that they didn't have the correct case...but they would be happy to give me another one...which was the exact one I left at the other Kiosk. I was so frustrated, I walked away. So, it has your name on it...you own it. T-mobile has poor customer service in general but for the most part that was from ignorance or laziness. This went across the line to blatant theft. At this point, they have my money, the case, and I have no recourse. Gotta love T-mobile. read more

Khojesta and Lynn are amazing! I went in today with a broken phone and they spent almost 2 hours with me trying to get it figured out with warranty issues. They actually fought FOR me to try to get it replaced through the warranty because of some computer issues on corporate's end. Though they were not able to completely resolve my issue, they got me far enough where there is light at the end of the broken phone tunnel! read more

Most of the time, you pray you don't have to come to the physical store of your cell phone carrier. It means one of few things: Your phone broke Your phone needs replacement You need 'something' replaced or fixed Mine happened to fall under needing a new "SIM" card as it wasn't Wifi compatible apparently. How this happened; I have no idea. They re-designed all the 'stores' to now be hip and with all magenta everywhere. They try to be more 'take a number' type of feel but it just ends up making people feel ignored. The guy who helped me was helpful and moved things along as quick as he could. 5 Star rating for T-Mobile as a "peoples Company". I switched from greedy. Nickle-diming Verizon (and prior to that totally rude AT&freakin'T ) and these guys are awesome. I rx you make full use of their unlimited data (throttled at whatever threshold you can afford) and get a " capable and new" iPhone or Droid so as not to handicap yourself. Great service most places in the Puget Sound. Spotty some places and in buildings but super deal at $60 for u/l everything. read more

I went in on Black Friday to take up on the Black Friday offer to trade in my phone and my wife's phone for new Samsung Galaxy S7. Person who helped was Crystal and she was just absolutely fantastic. I had a great experience at this T-Mobile. I have had a phone through t-mobile for many years and have walked into many different stores but the best experience I have had was at this location. As soon as my friend and I stepped in we were greeted by Jason. He listened to the problems we were having and immediately summarized what it was that we needed to do to fix the problems and the proceed to fix them. He took the time to show up how to prevent problems in the future and even showed us a few extras that we were not aware of. I highly recommend having Jason help you! He takes the time necessary and goes the extra mile to fix the problem. read more

Came here today this morning and had a blast. Was helped by a very nice lady named Crystal. She was very helpful and very cute.

Literally unprofessional! I went into T-Mobile and I've never felt so disrespected in my life. I had to call the customer service line from the actual store. After explaining my situation to the manager (Neetha) about my problem she seemed annoyed and went on chatting with employees while I remained on the phone with customer service to resolve my issue. They were huddled in a group laughing and on their phones. The employees were so rude and even after explaining to the assistant manager she seemed to defend neetha, literally felt like HS. After going to the other T-Mobile store across from Cinnabon they were very helpful and kind. Made my day so much better... I'll continue to be a T-Mobile employee! read more

Worest experience I had ....the Sales man I talked to, is also a manager with rep#2660598 is lied to me and made me sign and chage my plan with out my knowledge and didn't even gave me a copy ....when I call and complain they told me that I have to pay 50$ for returning the device and told me that I wasn't on the previous plan even if I've got a proof.No Supervisor to talk to cos he's the boss well bye bye T-Mobil sorry for wasting my time standing there....Doesn't mean it's successful to lie and sell or have more number of customers. I came to T-Mobile because they seemed to be fairly pro-customer (no contracts, reasonable prices, etc.), but I had a fairly rough time once in the store. The first time in the store the attendant was talking and moving really fast, and I was having trouble finding a cell phone that fit what I want. To her credit, she found something that fit my specifications at the time, though I was pretty uninformed as to what I *could* get. She then told me I could bring my phone back and transfer my contact info over. 5 days later I called because I had found the perfect phone online. I asked someone in the store if they could order me a phone and they said yes. I drove in and asked about an exchange since I was within the 14 day limit. I was informed that they could *not* order me a phone, that the restocking fee for my phone would only get my $5 back and (in the words of the representative) "wasn't worth it", and that they weren't able to transfer any of my data from my old phone to my new one. Some of this is on me. I wish I had done more investigating before going in. Then again, I don't spend a ton of time looking at cell phones, and it would be nice to be able to rely on a knowledgeable staff the first time to find the right phone. The restocking fee is onerous, especially with an approach that I felt was a "hard sell". Finally, the staff in the store needs to get their policies straight, it's very frustrating to have staff members on the phone and in person give contradictory information. read more

They hassled us over restocking fees and told us that they are going to have to work out how to return the money since we didn't have the credit card with us (611 said it would not be a problem). It has been over 1 month and we still have not been given a refund. They have promised us many times that they would do it, but they haven't yet. Despicable. read more

I'm not sure where this one is, but there is this one T-mobile store right by the food court, by the front doors, and that place sucks. No one in there is professional and if you are a woman, the guys are all over you and flirting. I went in there and tried to get out of a plan with my brother and mom, and 2 guys told me two different things. One of them said I could get out of it without paying anything as long as I was staying with the company, while another guy told me that I couldn't do that, I would have to pay the $200 termination fee. The guy who told me that was an As*****. He was SO rude and did not care at all. I went to a kiosk and told the guy there my situation and laughed and said I COULD get out of my contract, but I would have to sign another one. 6 months later, I am now with Sprint. If I could give them more stars I would!! The rep that helped my husband and I was amazing!! When we st up service with T-Mobile we weren't placed on the right plan so we couldn't process an upgrade which really aggravated me!! The store rep took his time with us and called customer car to have this problem fixed which really made me happy!! Not only did the rep do this but he also managed to get us a credit and gave us a phone case for free!! My husband and I both walked away with new phones that we couldn't be happier with and I myself wouldn't switch carriers if givin the choice! Plus seeing as how I work for a different carrier he was able to explain it to me in terms that we both understood using the terminology that I use every day at work which I got to explain to my husband all the terminology and what it stood for which was pretty awesome lol!! I came in to purchase an I-pad Pro. I was immediately greeted by Brian. They had none in stock. Brian ordered one for me, had it shipped to my office and it arrived 3 days later. The transaction was flawless and Brian was great to work with. I had been to another store, waited forever while they called around to try to find me one and they never offered to order one for me.
