!!!​Never EVERRRRRRR bring your phone here! They are beyond HORRIBLE. My phone broke. Needed it fixed. I was quoted a cool low price about $40 cheaper than others. They didn't tell me my price was going to be so low because I wasn't getting the right screen for my phone. They put on a regular LCD screen which made my phone screen yellow (nearly impossible to use in the day), fingerprint sensor unreadable & I'm unable to put my phone on speaker and have a Convo. If they would have told me I I was getting the job for cheap because they were using the wrong product (My phone required an AMOLED screen), I could've made the right choice for me. I could've visited another repair shop in the mall and paid $120 to fix my screen the right way instead of having to buy a new screen online for $120 and now paying more. I asked why the back of my phone wasn't glued back right, they tried to blame me for it, that I dropped it after ... Which I never did when it was in my purse and then my night stand. Never out of my bag. THEN when I mentioned that they used the wrong things and asked for them to make it right they said "our supplier doesn't carry the screen replacements for the AMOLED. Not happy at all. There's discoloration on my screen, the typing is all wrong because it's not registering right, and half of my front camera only produces foggy images now. Along with that, when I got there no one was there. I was mildy annoyed but there was a sign saying they'd be back, so I know sometimes low coverage is a thing and people deserve their breaks. But they didn't come back until 10 minutes after the advertised time on their sign, so I was waiting for a while, which is misleading because it doesn't say with their online hours posted. I wish I never got the Groupon here and paid the full price for a quality screen replacement. My phone worked better when it was cracked. Been to this place a few times, but this time had a horrible experience. I went in recently for a quick screen replacement, ended up with a broken Touch ID and battery issues. Later when I informed them of the damage they had done to my phone, they wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix the damage they had done, saying it was a battery issue (it had actually been damaged during the rushed repair). I ended up going to an alternative repair store, where I was successful in getting my phone to work 100%. I did not get reimbursed for the damage that THEY had done to my own phone and was basically let on my way with to make up for their own short-comings. I only came to this shop because of convenience and was very disappointed. Overall I give this place a 2/10, mainly due to the lack of responsibility and professionalism during and after repairs/transactions. read more

I don't even know what to say but their service was horrendous! My phone got fried after they changed my screen.

I was having a bad day, some ratchet bumped into me without apologizing near Seafood City and made me drop my business phone while on a call with a client. It wouldn't turn on at all after that. I have all my client's information stored on the sim card so it's not like I was worried of loosing that part, but I also have cute photos of my dog in that phone and not to mention, I needed to return my call that Miss Ratchet rudely interrupted. I just freaked out and stopped at the first place I saw that fixes phone which just so happen to be this kiosk in the middle of the mall. Tony was the very nice guy that helped me and told me that he was going to take lunch break, but he would rather take care of me first and it would take about half an hour. Was in the area and came to get my screen fixed. It was completely shattered and my touch screen wasn't working very well. I had been putting off getting it fixed for a while, worried about the price and quality. Alvin helped answer all of my tech questions and concerns and went out of his way to make me feel like I was priority. He took care of all my needs and answered all my questions happily. Had a guy "try" to replace a screen protector on an iPhone 7+. First off, he wasn't going to clean the screen until I mentioned it. Then after he put the screen on, the bottom corners weren't sticking. He was shaky and hands probably dirty/oily/sweaty AF! Charged my card on the Square and didn't even ask me if I wanted a receipt. They had to hand write one out instead of texting/emailing me the receipt. We then walked over to their other kiosk and the other guy wasn't successful putting it on. As a long time loyal iPhone user, they have high chances of wear and tear. I had a problem with a dead battery that needed to be replaced. I went to Apple at first and their quoted price was $80. The wait times were also long at a minimum of 1 hour. I looked elsewhere and found this kiosk! They asked for a much cheaper price and it only took 20 minutes to fix it. This place is super sketchy. I walked past when Christmas shopping and asked the guy if he could fix screens and he said he could do it while i waited for $60 and throw on a screen protector for an extra $10. I thought it was great and told the guy I'd be back. My wife and I went back and had a very odd experience. No one was at the kiosk and when I called they said they would send someone down. When the guy arrived, he said it was $110. I said another guy quoted me $70 and he said the "lowest" he could go was $90. Way too many stories here for me and certainly not somewhere I'd want to leave my phone. read more

So one day I had an issue on my phone which it didn't let me charge my iPhone for some reason. So the sad news is that I bought a new phone knowing that my old iPhone couldn't be repaired. But the great news is now I have a second working phone now. As I dropped off my phone for repair Tony the person who fixed my phone said it's just a bad charger port which can be easily repaired and would take about 30 minutes to do. I left my number and went to do my ritual shopping at Nordstrom. About 20 minutes later I got a call from Tony. He had wonderful news for me saying that my phone is back to life and was ready for pickup.
