Had the worst experience with the girl working at this store (Arizona Pavillions Dr, Tucson, AZ)on 12/19/2022. Cold, closed off, short, mean, and rude/snarky comments were made to my mother and I who just needed help. Made us feel like a burden and a bother- terrible customer service. The manager was able to control the situation better, but this store needs better employees with better customer service skills. There are going to be difficult customers anywhere you work at, if you want to work in the industry, you need to know how to talk to them! read more

Jose at the the Foothills mall location by subway and chipotle, is very informative. Explains everything super patient and honest. Wonderful customer Service. I have followed him to three stores knowing that he's going to take care of me. I would recommend anyone to go there I had AT&T for 12 years and every month it was a different price . Angel was great in helping and finding out the issue on my bill. Great job !!!! while I was waiting there was a customer calling in. The other agent just told her he could hear and hung up this customer call back three times. lucky for her Angel picked up the line and let her know that no one was able to hear her and to please come in to the store. This guy has great customer service. I wish Sam in the call center that was who I have to talk with would have been as good. As a new-ish T-mobile customer, I have been super impressed with the customer service. Although riddled with issues getting started, at least you could talk to someone on customer care, chat with someone online, and bring your issues into the store. Recently been at the store to exchange some faulty hardware and the staff was super helpful and prompt in response via the phone. The clerks were able to see what I had done online and also help me exchange my old phone in for the upgraded one. I called ahead to check if the items were in stock and if the store was busy (for proper social distancing). Once I arrived, everything went smoothly and all of the issues were resolved. The only negative is that they did not enforce the requirement for a face mask inside. There was another customer inside the same time as myself and they were not wearing any face protection (which is required per the door sign). read more

WARNING for end of term Jump Leases! I went into the store Feb and set up payments for the balance of the end Jump Lease due Mar 5 for the 1st phone on a Jump Lease. Was told all set but call 611 to confirm. I called 611 6x in two months, signed an installment agreement to split the $160ish balance into monthly payments- and was required to make a payment, which I did. Today, T-Mobile still took the entire amount out of my checking account and dishonored the signed installment agreement. I followed up with another phone call and you get India. First, severe language barrier, but they are SUPER nice and polite. End result- T-Mobile did not honor the signed installment agreement even after taking a down payment two weeks ago. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 5 years and NEVER been late on a single payment. Sadly, I have another Jump Lease phone maturing in May. I won't bother, I will just pay the balance on a credit card. Not a good way to treat long-term customers. This is how Verizon lost my business. read more

The associates at this location was great! I was having a great day. Vistiting from out of town. decided to come get a new sim card for my phone. called in avance to make sure i can pick one up. then when i got to the store the associate was about to give me a sim card then the manager josh cane over and refused to give me a sim card! i asksed speak to his district manager. he refused! telling me his DM does not have time for something that pettey. inasked multiple time and he refused. i called care they asked if he can make exception he said no. After an hr if back n forth i called him incompetant as a manager being so petty over a sim card. he asked me to leave n said my kind is not welcome here. idk what he means by that but i left because i got very annoyed! definitely not happy. the funny part is i used to work as a retail store manager at T-Mobile. so I know this guy is worried about is SSK percentage. Went to this location to replace my broken phone. The manager here was training a kid named Tony. Tony was very friendly and professional. The whole crew was nice, but the manager was something special. The way he interacted with the staff was cool to see. He gives a lot of positive feedback to the workers. He even brought waters out to us while we waited for out two new phones to be setup. Pleasant experience. read more

I opened an account with 5 lines for a grand total of 2 days. It was the worst customer service I've ever seen, the phones changed phone numbers back and forth, I couldn't make or receive calls, they activated a pin number for my account but never gave it to me so I have to go into the store every time I try to get something fixed. They charged me over a thousand dollars and here I am 4 months later still getting monthly bills, Everytime I go in they transfer me around with customer service for at least an hour, hang up on me at least twice and transfer me to a supervisor that in all this time has never once answered. Last time I stood in the store on hold for an hour and twenty minutes while we waited on two different phones trying to get at least one person to do something to help. Every time is the same, they swear it's fixed but they just keep shuffling me back and forth, never fixing anything and still trying to charge me. I even filled a better business complaint trying to get them to close my account and refund my money, but they never responded. read more

Carl J A most unsatisfactory experience here. I had intended to transfer service from my old carrier to T-Mobile, and keep my phone. While the salesgirl was going through the motions for transfer to my phone, she deleted all of my contacts, and removed the current email setup, nor could she reestablish my original email setup. I cancelled the prepaid account then and there, but they wouldn't offer a refund. Nothing but a run-around later from the national office (customer care--what a misnomer). Turned out the account was never cancelled as they agreed, they just used my first month payment without providing any service. Store manager was of no help, full of promises that a refund would be forthcoming, but nothing happened. Completely dishonest, unhelpful, and technically unqualified group and organization. Prospective customers, be on your guard at this place. read more

I did receive a cold call and I was lured to the store with lots of phony promises. I dealt with Esteban as well, very disappointing. The customer service is awful, it took him 2 hours to get me a new phone and update my subscription! He kept talking to his coworkers; e was taking phone calls not pertinent to the service he was supposed to be providing to me at that moment. I never received such a bad customer service. He promised me lots of credits and deals and other things. I had to go back to the store and ask for it a second time a month later when I saw they were not applied. Now the second date he promised me is passed and I still did not receive the credit, I have to return there a third time. He also upgraded (without asking me first) my second line to unlimited web service. My daughter had already unlimited calls and text and there was a good reason why I did not want her to have internet!!! He cannot just upgrade people's services without asking. Somebody needs to do something with this unprofessional rogue. Something fishy is going on in that store! It is the most convenient to my home but I decided not to go there anymore, I cannot stand his lack of customer service and deceiving way of treating customers. We aware! read more

We have been a t-mobile customer for about 15 years now. We went to the marana store to upgrade our phones and we were told that this would decrease our bill significantly, when in fact our bill became 30 plus dollars more a month. We went back to the store and the employee stated that it was a mistake and he would fix it. The problem was not fixed, and now we owe $900.00 for phones. We feel as though we were not told the correct information ,and that we were deceived. Nothing the employee told us was the truth. This is a very shady practice. read more

I've been a T-Mobile customer for years & recently went into this T-mobile store to inquire about changing my plan to a more affordable one. The employees at this store informed me it could not be done without upgrading to a new phone for 300 dollars! Somehow, this didnt make sense to me, and I doubted it was the truth. So I went back in there a week later & happened to be able to talk to the store manager, who informed me that the employees I'd previously talked to were correct. And that if I wanted, he could break up the 300 dollar new phone payments to only 15 bucks a month. When I asked him why I should be forced to buy a new phone when I clearly didnt need or want one, he said it was just company policy and that nothing else could be done about it. He was trying really, REALLY hard to pressure me into purchasing a new phone and it reminded me of a stereotypical slimey used car salesman. Then he had his emplyees gang up on me, praising the attributes of the new phones & trying to persuade me to see things their way. I declined his insulting offer & left the store empty handed a second time. A few days later, I called T-Mobile's customer service & asked to speak to a manager, and lo and behold, was able to cut my monthly expenses in HALF without having to change phones! So it turns out that the manager of the Arizona Pavillions store is basically lying to customers on a daily basis and having his employees do the same, all to boost the sales & profits of that store! After learning of this, I would recommend that anybody who deals with T-Mobile avoid that store like the proverbial plague, and just call the customer service people directly. At least that way you will be told the truth and not be talked into phones and service plans that are uneccessary and unwanted. read more

I cannot express how unprofessional the employees at this location are. I have filed a complaint with T-Mobile's corporate office, including Estaban, Tony, Ivan, Liz, CJ, and Tony the trainee. From the lack of customer service, blatant disregard for T-Mobile policies, un-kosher conversations between employees, and just RUDE behavior in general. I personally witnessed an employee make changes on an account for an unauthorized user. The employee went so far as to tell the customer to have someone pose as the account holder with all the correct credentials, and have them add him on as an authorized user. Not to mention the less than stellar service I received! A 10+ year, loyal T-Mobile customer. During the course of an hour, the representative that was "helping" me, disappeared into the back room for a "manager's meeting", leaving me on hold with a T-Mobile representative on the phone for 27 minutes. Then upon his return, I explained the representative would like to speak to him, he helped another customer and disappeared into the back room, yet again. Since October 2015 I have been using this location. Needless to say I will NEVER be returning to this store. I still have a huge billing mess to clear up, that only this store can seem to understand and fix? It may have something to do with the 3 extra lines that were added to my plan.
