Can I give a negative star? This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We needed help transferring one of our phones to consumer cellular and they said that they couldn't do what the TMobil representative told us to tell them to do. So after being snotty with us, my husband called consumer cellular to ask them what we should do and then the two workers started talking in Spanish to each other(which is so rude) and then decided to make a call where they put me on the phone and got the transfer pin # that I needed and had asked them to do in the first place. It was only after we didn't give up and just leave that they actually did their job. I wish I knew this girl's name but she didn't have on a name tag and when I asked for a manager she just responed" we can't do that". read more

HORRIBLE service!!!. Extremely disappointed in the assistant manager who didn't seem to know/ or want to do their job. My mom came in with my brother to get a new phone because his was paid off & wanted to SEE OPTIONS before they switched over his service from AT&T. Multiple times she was reassured that that would be done before anything else was to be proceeded in switching lines. I am the owner of the Tmobile account so my mom had to run out to grab my ID and by the time she can back it was someone else who was there she had to readdress the situation & what she wanted. The assistant manager instead proceeds to set up the line without telling them the estimation so they could make a decision & required $600 upfront. At this point they couldn't say no or cancel because they opened the line WITHOUT permission. I love the decency they had my for my mom to go to AT&T not once but TWICE to tell them to fix their mistake mind you, just for AT&T to tell her that "Tmobile is being lazy and not doing their job and need to release the phone number." So she goes back to tell them that they need to release the phone number, and that's when Tmobile gives her the runaround again & even write a note for AT&T to fix the situation. So she goes back to AT&T for them to tell her they absolutely can't do anything because the number is locked in & owned by Tmobile and it was a commission sale they didn't want to lose out. As a client of Tmobile I am extremely disappointed in the pathetic service of the staff who can't do their job properly let alone an "assistant manager" I will be looking to change services because you won't make a dime off me anymore. read more

Quick shout out to trainer Dominic trainee Luis and all the team who were kind, patient, and the picture of what customer service ought to be. They helped out a couple less than tech-savvy older customers today, with transferring service from older phones to newer ones. Despite these customers having bogged down, super slow, obsolete phones, missing passwords, and various other issues, the team was capable and up to the delicate task. Both customers left with their new and up-to-date phones having all files and accounts transferred over and ready to use. read more

BEWARE OF LIARS AND THIEFT! Trust your gut about the store manager, Brandon. He will talk horror stories of the other carriers. Boasting his experience at Verizon and being forced to do illegal things to clients phone agreements. So he left because he is such a reputable guy. Sure! Now after all is said and done he has stollen my phone I traded in. It was a 2022 SE. It wasn't even mentioned in the agreement. He assured me in front of my father I would get a $300 trade in on a new iPhone 14. For several months my brother had to spend countless hours trying to fix the family plan on several occasions. For about 4 or so months, I got nothing for a trade in until my brother was given a token $30. credit. I believe this make shift branch should be avoided like the plague. Oh and to top that off when I went in last to complain again my phone was not credited. I asked if it was stollen in the back or maybe still back there. Brandon sheepishly avoided me as he did several times hiding in the back room. He came out acting as if he called the police. I sat there waiting because I couldn't wait to till the police officer he stole my phone. But the police never came. I think he bluffed about that too. You have all been fairly warned. I waited this long to post this because I gave him/them ample time to fix the situation. read more

T-Mobile is most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. This store gave me a faulty router, then would not allow me to cancel service or return it in store. I was specifically advised to return the device to the store after spending an hour on the phone with someone who could not figure out what was wrong with it. When I shared that with the gentleman working he told me I needed to call them back and initiate the return and cancellation over the phone. I was hopeful that their internet would live up to the hype, but it was absolute trash. read more

T-Mobile promises a lot but they don't deliver. The phones don't work half the time even though you are within their "service territory."

Terrible reception in my area, 85748. Most of the time all it does is buffer. 5g cell phone signal is terrible out here also.

I purchased two iPhones with a BOGO promotion. I specifically said no to the insurance. In order to get the BOGO we added a line to our account. There was no phone attached to this line. When I received my bill, I see I was charged for insurance on the two new phones AND THE NEW LINE THAT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE ON THAT LINE! I got the impression the sales people were trying to upsell to get a bonus or meet a quota, but this was deceptive sales practices. AVOID THIS STORE. I have been to other T-Mobile stores and worked with honest sales reps. The sales reps and sales manager at this store were deceptive. read more

If you need to have a SIM card placed in your phone, it's really easy I was told by this store. They said it's really easy you can do it real quick. I said if it's real quick can you please do it? He asked if I had all my log in numbers, I said no. He said he couldn't do it. I recently had my SIM card changed at a different location and no problem, they didn't need any information. The point to this, is that you need to call before going to the store. They are not all the same, he was surprised that another store could do it. Didn't give me much confidence about going back to this store. read more

Went in to get two new Iphones. Spoke to a Jennifer all day but when I arrived I was past to a guy names Chris. Kind of weird we got passed on to another associate as she already knew what we wanted. So Chris the employee told us the total cost of 260 for both phones. Period. Did not mention that it costs to ship phones. He entered my card information himself ( because I might do it wrong) and up charged my card 160 dollars for shipping. And the whole time he is conning and sweet his plan is you hope you don't catch him swindling your upcharge. He is a terrible employee and does not care for the customer or their pocket. Because I could of not had enough and I would then be forced to pay my bank back what I did not even have. I give his service less than one star if I could. And all he could do was laugh at me when I asked him why he never mentioned my cost for shipping. He never even brought it up. RED FLAGS!!!!!! read more
